Abstract
本发明公开了一种养乌骨羊的方法,包括以下步骤:(1)搭建圈舍;(2)沼气发酵;(3)发酵废渣的处理;(4)放牧管理;(5)饲料准备;(6)乌骨羊的喂养;(7)疾病防治。本发明利用可持续的发展的理念,利用养殖过程产生的羊粪生产沼气,再将残渣作为种植基肥,不仅节约了大量的成产成本,还产生了很多养羊中副产业,增加了养殖收入,也保护了环境,同时也根据乌骨羊的生长特性,制定出科学合理的饲养方案,使得乌骨羊更好适应当地气候条件,以使得乌骨羊的生长发育、繁殖等性能接近或达到原产地纯种羊的水平。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及乌骨羊养殖技术领域,具体为一种生态养乌骨羊的方法。
背景技术
凤凰山乌骨羊肉质鲜美,黑色素含量丰富,具有滋阴补阳双重保健功能。乌骨羊分为乌骨山羊和乌骨绵羊,全世界唯一的原产地是在云南省怒江州兰坪县通甸镇弩弓村,由于乌骨羊原产地主要居住着普米族,因此当地人就把乌骨羊称为“普米乌骨羊”,2006年国家根据该品种的产地、特点正式定名为“兰坪乌骨羊”。兰坪乌骨羊于2009年10月份经国家畜禽遗传资源鉴定委员会专家组鉴定验收通过,同年被列入《国家级畜禽遗传资源名录》、《中国珍稀动物品种名录》和《世界珍稀动物品种名录》。
随着养羊业的壮大,规模化、集约化养殖越来越普遍,集约化养羊中,为了节约成本,羊舍较轻便简易,使用的顶棚较薄,材料隔热效果差,且顶棚一般设置较高,导致夏季隔热效果差,冬季保温效果差。在南方地区,夏季高温高湿,顶棚隔热差则羊舍内温度过高,超过羊生长适宜温度范围,使羊出现热应激,易患病,而冬季湿冷,顶棚设置高,保暖效果差,使羊易受寒生病。加上养殖密度大,羊在生长过程中被局限于羊舍内,缺乏活动,且羊舍内空气流通不畅、恶臭味重、卫生条件差,容易引发疾病,不利于羊的健康成长。因此,需要优化养羊场配置和养殖方法,为羊提供适宜的生长环境,减少发病率。
现有的养羊方法往往只注重养羊本身,却忽视了养羊可能带来的副产业,不仅无形的增加了养殖成本,降低养殖效益,羊粪还会污染环境,不利于可持续发展。
发明内容
鉴于上述对现有技术的分析,本发明提供一种生态养乌骨羊的方法,通过标准化羊的建造、饲养管理条件的改善和充分利用养殖、种植过程中的废物利用,建立一套生态养乌骨羊的方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种生态养乌骨羊的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)养鱼管理:鱼塘要求长30-60米,宽5-20米,深2-4米,建好排水系统,鱼类主要选择养殖鲫鱼、鲤鱼和草鱼,鱼饲料是羊粪和玉米粉以及杂草。
(2)种植管理:种植玉米,一年两季,第一季:3月种植,7月收获;第二季:7月下旬种植,10月收获;空白季节种植牧草,鱼塘的污泥和羊粪等都可以作为肥料。
(3)放牧管理:选择阳光充足、植被茂密、杂灌木密集、生长有数十种中药材且水源洁净的山地作为牧场,采用轮牧进行放养;春季放牧先放枯草坡或喂一些干草,然后再放青草坡,要防止羊跑青和臌气,早上天冷,不能让羊吃露水草,否则易引起拉稀;夏季应做好防暑降温工作,中午炎热时应让羊群到通风、阴凉处休息,同时要多给羊群饮水和补盐;秋季是羊群抓膘配种季节,要将羊放饱、放好;冬季注意防寒、保暖、保膘、保羔;羊群回圈后,饮食金银花和蒲公英煎煮过后的煎煮液。
(4)沼气发酵:所述的沼气发酵是指在养殖场边建设多个沼气发酵池,利用养殖过程中产生的大量羊粪进行沼气生产。
(5)发酵废渣的处理:发酵后产生的残渣作为种植基肥,再将农作物秸秆用于养羊过程中的粗饲料,多余的秸秆也可以用来发酵沼气。
(6)饲料准备:将乌骨羊可食用的各种植物新鲜茎叶切碎后,经厌氧发酵制成青贮饲料,或将植物新鲜茎叶晾干后制成干饲料,或将各种豆类、谷类、玉米、高粱、豆饼制成精饲料;
(7)乌骨羊的喂养:成年羊饲料以粗饲料为主,并搭配着精饲料进行喂食,每天每只喂养1-2kg,分3-5次进行喂养;其中精饲料是由以下重量份数的组分组成:玉米30份、麦麸30份、花生芽5份、麦芽根5份、豆饼10份、麸皮10份、鱼骨粉2份、食盐0.5份、蛋黄粉6份、干草粉10份、胡萝卜冻干粉5.5份;其中粗饲料是由以下重量份数的组分组成:干玉米叶35份、干红薯秧40份、甘蔗渣20份、青草25份、食盐1份、豆渣12份、麦麸8份、玉米10份、麦麸10份、增香剂5份;
优选的,所述煎煮液的制备方法为:取150-200g、金银花100-150g、水4-5g,煮沸小火煎30min,然后向其中加入60-100g的水,搅拌均匀,即得煎煮液。
优选的,所述复合维生素剂包含维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素B1和维生素B6,且每千克复合维生素剂含有:维生素A15000000IU、维生素D36000000、维生素E100000IU、维生素B113000mg、维生素B615000mg以及余量为载体脱脂米糠。
优选的,所述微量元素添加剂配制比例为:硫酸铁0.6%、硫酸铜0.4%、硫酸锰0.3%、硫酸锌1.4%、硫酸镁4.18%、氯化钴0.02%、碘化钾0.004%、纤维素酶1.32%。
优选的,所述催乳剂由如下重量份的原料制备而成:环糊精20-40份、葛根素10-13份、人参茎叶皂苷8-10份、金银花8-10份、非酯化脂肪酸5-10份、芍药5-10份、桂枝3-10份、红枣2-10份、茯苓1-5份。
优选的,所述高养分饲料是由以下重量份数的组分组成:小米浆50份、奶粉18份、玉米浆7份、花生浆3份、食盐0.3份、山药多糖1份、南瓜5份、白术多糖0.7份、中草药促生长剂10份。
优选的,所述中草药促生长剂由黄芪10-25份、金银花10-15份、砂仁10-15份、当归10-15份、甘草12-15份、白术10-12份、山楂5-10份加水200-300份,先浸泡40-55min,再煎煮1.5-2.5h后过滤,取滤液,即得中草药促生长剂。
优选的,所述粗饲料与精饲料的重量比为8:2。
本发明利用可持续的发展的理念,利用养殖过程产生的羊粪生产沼气,再将残渣作为种植养鱼的基肥,不仅节约了大量的成产成本,还产生了很多养羊中副产业,增加了农户收入,也保护了环境,同时也根据乌骨羊的生长特性,制定出科学合理的饲养方案,使得乌骨羊更好适应当地气候条件,以使得乌骨羊的生长发育、繁殖等性能接近或达到原产地纯种羊的水平。

实施例1
本实施例的生态养乌骨羊的方法,包括以下步骤:

优选的,所述煎煮液的制备方法为:取200g、金银花100g、水4g,煮沸小火煎30min,然后向其中加入60g的水,搅拌均匀,即得煎煮液。

Claims (8)
1.一种养乌骨羊的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)搭建圈舍:将养羊场建设在远离污染区,所述养羊场包括羊舍和设置在羊舍四周的露天运动场,所述羊舍内铺设有除臭垫料,且羊舍可调节空气流通,所述露天运动场围栏划分为至少4个轮牧区,羊在羊舍和露天运动场中养殖,羊舍中羊占地为2-3m2/头,保持羊舍内白天温度为25-28℃,夜晚温度为25℃;
(2)沼气发酵:所述的沼气发酵是指在养殖场边建设多个沼气发酵池,利用养殖过程中产生的大量羊粪进行沼气生产;
(3)发酵废渣的处理:发酵后产生的残渣卖给周围的农户作为种植基肥,再从农户手上收购农作物秸秆用于养羊过程中的粗饲料,多余的秸秆也可以用来发酵沼气;
(4)放牧管理:选择阳光充足、植被茂密、杂灌木密集、生长有数十种中药材且水源洁净的山地作为牧场,采用轮牧进行放养;春季放牧先放枯草坡或喂一些干草,然后再放青草坡,要防止羊跑青和臌气,早上天冷,不能让羊吃露水草,否则易引起拉稀;夏季应做好防暑降温工作,中午炎热时应让羊群到通风、阴凉处休息,同时要多给羊群饮水和补盐;秋季是羊群抓膘配种季节,要将羊放饱、放好;冬季注意防寒、保暖、保膘、保羔;羊群回圈后,饮食金银花和蒲公英煎煮过后的煎煮液;
(5)饲料准备:将乌骨羊可食用的各种植物新鲜茎叶切碎后,经厌氧发酵制成青贮饲料,或将植物新鲜茎叶晾干后制成干饲料,或将各种豆类、谷类、玉米、高粱、豆饼制成精饲料;
(6)乌骨羊的喂养:成年羊饲料以粗饲料为主,并搭配着精饲料进行喂食,每天每只喂养1-1.5kg,分3-5次进行喂养;其中精饲料是由以下重量份数的组分组成:玉米25份、麦麸35份、花生芽5份、麦芽根5份、豆饼8份、麸皮8份、鱼骨粉2份、食盐0.6份、蛋黄粉6份、干草粉11份、胡萝卜冻干粉6份;其中粗饲料是由以下重量份数的组分组成:干玉米叶35份、干红薯秧40份、甘蔗渣20份、青草25份、食盐0.8份、豆渣12份、麦麸8份、玉米10份、麦麸10份、增香剂5份;
(7)疾病防治:定期用生石灰粉对羊舍和环形活动区域进行消毒,定期主射疫苗预防羊炭疽、羊快疫、羊肠毒血症和破伤风。
2.根据权利要求1所述的养乌骨羊的方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述煎煮液的制备方法为:取150-200g、金银花100-150g、水4-4.5g,煮沸小火煎35min,然后向其中加入70-100g的水,搅拌均匀,即得煎煮液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的养乌骨羊的方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,所述复合维生素剂包含维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素B1和维生素B6,且每千克复合维生素剂含有:维生素A 15000000IU、维生素D3 6000000、维生素E 100000IU、维生素B1 13000mg、维生素B615000mg以及余量为载体脱脂米糠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的养乌骨羊的方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,所述微量元素添加剂配制比例为:硫酸铁0.6%、硫酸铜0.4%、硫酸锰0.3%、硫酸锌1.4%、硫酸镁4.18%、氯化钴0.02%、碘化钾0.004%、纤维素酶1.32%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的养乌骨羊的方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)中,所述催乳剂由如下重量份的原料制备而成:环糊精20-40份、葛根素10-13份、人参茎叶皂苷8-10份、金银花8-10份、非酯化脂肪酸5-10份、芍药5-10份、桂枝3-10份、红枣2-8份、茯苓1-5份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的养乌骨羊的方法,其特征在于,步骤(6)中,所述高养分饲料是由以下重量份数的组分组成:小米浆55份、奶粉18份、玉米浆7份、花生浆3份、食盐0.2份、山药多糖1份、南瓜5份、白术多糖0.5份、中草药促生长剂10份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的养乌骨羊的方法,其特征在于,所述中草药促生长剂由黄芪10-25份、金银花10-15份、砂仁10-15份、当归10-15份、甘草12-15份、白术10-12份、山楂5-10份加水200-300份,先浸泡40-50min,再煎煮1.5-2.5h后过滤,取滤液,即得中草药促生长剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的养乌骨羊的方法,其特征在于,步骤(7)中,所述粗饲料与精饲料的重量比为7:3。
