Abstract
本发明公开了一种增强人体免疫力的中药食品制备方法,其特征在于:其具体制备方法如下:a、材料准备,有且只有下列组成:黄精12‑18份、枸杞子9‑15份、黄芪12‑18份、莲子9‑15份、覆盆子6‑12份、沙棘9‑15份、山药9‑15份、葛根8‑10份;b、预制方法:所述的黄精酒制九晒备用,即,以黄酒与黄精1:10的比例浸泡并晾干,反复9次;所述的枸杞子生用;所述的黄芪蜜制备用,以蜂蜜与黄芪1:10的比例浸泡并晾干;所述莲子去莲心、莲子清炒8成熟备用;所述的覆盆子生用;所述的沙棘生用;所述的山药麦麸炒备用,以山药与麦麸2:10的比例翻炒,至山药呈赤黄色为佳;所述的葛根麦麸煨炒备用,以葛根与麦麸2:10的比例翻炒,至山药呈赤黄色为佳;c、将上述各组份混合。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健食品,尤其涉及一种增强人体免疫力的中药食品制备方法及产品。
背景技术
众所周知,中国传统中医文化认为,人类生存于宇宙天地阴阳之间和五行物质的制约关系。依赖于五谷等营养物质成分而生、长、化、收、藏。人类日常生活中因“七情”、“六淫”和“不内外”因素和高脂血症、同型半胱氨酸、高血糖、病毒等有害物质在漫长的岁月里伤害着人体组织器官,日积月累五脏六腑等组织逐渐受不良负面因素影响,生命不知不觉就有所受到威胁。
中医药以人类生命论治以“防范于未然”和上工“治未病”的基本特点,结合现代中药医学“中药植物成分与人体结构相结合”,运用中草药有效成分参与人体日常中的新陈代谢,促进自身调节机能。“减少外源性脂质的吸收;减少内源脂质的合成;代谢食物中的蛋氨酸;同型半胱氨酸”在人体分解的中间代谢产物,促进脂质、蛋氨酸、同型半胱氨酸、病毒等有害物质的运转和排泄。
由于现代人们生活压力较大、加班、熬夜、劳累、缺乏运动,导致大量人群身体呈亚健康状态,免疫力低下,这是本发明需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种以药食同源的中药食品为原料的药物组物,以增强人体细胞免疫功能和体液免疫力,以食品方法预防人体多种疾病。
本发明一种增强人体免疫力的中药食品,有且只有由下列配方组成:
黄精12-18份 枸杞子9-15份 黄芪12-18份 莲子9-15份 覆盆子6-12份 沙棘9-15份 山药9-15份 葛根8-10份
所述的黄精酒制九晒备用,即,以黄酒与黄精1:10的比例浸泡并晾干,反复9次。
所述的枸杞子生用。
所述的黄芪蜜制备用,以蜂蜜与黄芪1:10的比例浸泡并晾干。
所述莲子去莲心、莲子清炒8成熟备用。
所述的覆盆子生用。
所述的沙棘生用。
所述的山药麦麸炒备用,以山药与麦麸2:10的比例翻炒,至山药呈赤黄色为佳。
所述的葛根麦麸煨炒备用,以葛根与麦麸2:10的比例翻炒,至葛根呈赤黄色为佳。
将上述各组份按照比例混合制成粉末,并制成颗粒,每早晚各服用一次,直接服用或泡水冲服均可,每次服用6-10g。
本发明一种增强人体免疫力的中药食品,优选的,有且只有由下列配方组成:
黄精14-16份 枸杞子11-13份 黄芪14-16份 莲子11-13份 覆盆子8-10份 沙棘11-13份 山药11-13份 葛根8-10份
本发明一种增强人体免疫力的中药食品,最佳配比为:
黄精15份 枸杞子12份 黄芪15份 莲子12份 覆盆子12份 沙棘12份 山药12份葛根9份
从本发明的技术方案可以看出:黄精,性平,味甘,归肺经、脾经、肾经,能补气养阴、健脾、润肺、益肾,属补虚药下分类的补阴药;枸杞子,性平,味甘,归肝经、肾经,能滋补肝肾、益精明目,属补虚药下属分类的补阴药;黄芪,性微温,味甘,归脾经、肺经,补气固表、利尿、托毒排脓、生肌,属补虚药下属分类的补气药;莲子,性平,味甘、涩,归脾经、肾经、心经,补脾止泻、益肾固精、养心安神,属收涩药下属分类的固精缩尿止带药;覆盆子,性温,味甘、酸,归肾经、膀胱经,益肾、固精、缩尿,属收涩药下分类的固精缩尿止带药;沙棘,性温,味酸、涩,归脾经、胃经、肺经、心经,能祛痰止咳、消食化滞、活血散瘀,属消食药;山药,性平,味甘,归脾、肺、肾经,能健脾补肺、益胃补肾、固肾益精;葛根,性凉,味甘、辛,归脾经、胃经,解肌退热、生津、透疹、升阳止泻,属解表药下分类的辛凉解表药。
本发明以药食同源的中药食品运用中医药学理论、结合现代中医药学“辩证”特点,以“宏观理论与微观理论相结合”和“食药成分与人体结构相结合”。以人体气、血、精、津为生成物质基础,食品中运用补气类品种黄芪、山药、沙棘为行气血之动力,因气行则血行,气滞则血凝;运用补阴类品种黄精、枸杞子为补阴液之基础;以收涩固精类品种覆盆子、莲子为固本养体;配方中配以解毒发散风热类品种葛根为防外感解肌表被免留邪为患。
预防作用:
1、黄精枸杞茶具有人体调节功能。提高机体非特异性免疫力,对细胞免疫功能和体液免疫力具有保肝和免疫调节作用,增加多种维生素、氨基酸、叶酸、蛋白质、磷酯、有机酸等;
2、黄精枸杞茶抑制体外自发和诱导脂质过氧化产物丙二醛的生成,直接清除氧自由基,保护染色体,保肝促进肝细胞再生。预防脂肪肝、酒精肝和脂肪浸润;
3、黄精枸杞茶具有化浊降脂,除湿健脾,降低高胆固醇血症,能有显著降低甘油三脂和总胆固醇;
4、黄精枸杞茶具预防消渴,具有抑制肝糖原酶解而降低血糖;
5、黄精枸杞茶具有促进人体脏腑组织气化机能稳定性,而调节高血压或者低血压,预防动脉血管粥样硬化,植物总黄酮和总皂苷保护缺血缺氧心脏,扩张血管,降低外周血管阻力,增加心脑血管血流量;
6、黄精枸杞茶植物微量元素具有溶解体内浊质,溶解高同型半胱氨酸血症,代谢体内分解的中间代谢产物,促进脂质、蛋氨酸、同型半胱氨酸、病毒等有害物质的转运和排泄;
7、黄精枸杞茶具有抑制脑和肝组织中的B型单胺氧化酶活性。抑制老年胸腺萎缩,提高老年机体胸腺依赖的免疫功能,增强环磷酰胺的免疫抑制作用,增强酷胺酸酶活性和黑色素的合成;
8、黄精枸杞茶植物蛋白质、氨基酸、叶酸作用于增强生长发育和新陈代谢,增强蛋白缴酶活性,提高学习记忆力,改善脑功能,以延缓衰老;
9、黄精枸杞茶具有补养肝肾、阳痿遗精、早泄、固涩止带、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、防癌变、抗辐射、抗诱变、乌须黑发、促进毛发生长、坚固牙齿、目暗不明等;
10、黄精枸杞茶具有促进营养物质吸收,调节胃肠道功能,补气固表,气虚乏力,抗病毒,耐低温等;
预防功效:本发明的服用,可充分发挥各食材,心脑血管病,冠状动脉血管粥样硬化性心脑病,高脂血症,高血压或低血压,高血糖,补益肝肾、补益气血,健脾除湿,肾精亏损,阳痿早泄,女人白带增多,增强免疫力,延年益寿,抗衰老,抗疲劳,抗癌防癌,抗氧化,防突变,乌须黑发,促进毛发生长,坚固牙齿,减肥,啤酒肚,脂肪肝,酒精肝,抗病毒等。
临床资料:
本发明经过研究所以对照组的形式对特定人群进行了临床分析,研究两组,每组100人,年龄20-80岁,跟踪一年,每三个月进行回访调查,回访采用现场判断、人面观察或电话回访的方式。第一组服用本配方,每日服用两次,第二组不服用本配方。
两对照组期满一年后观察总结,第一组服用本产品,100名患者中96人全部康复,4人症状明显改善;98人血压恢复到正常标准,2人血压接近正常;100人血糖正常;其中68人经医院验血正常,其余32人没有进行验血;100人自述服用本配方后效果显著,面像正常,98人身体健康,2人病情大大改善,有效率100%。
第二组没有服用本产品,一年后观察总结,其中8人因患高血压病和其他病死亡,其余的都有不同程度的亚健康,高龄者有高血压和高脂血症。
两组对照都是在基层乡镇,如同型半胱氨酸无条件检测的,放弃检测。两对照组的检测主要以血压、血糖临床常规检查为主。
由此可见,本发明的服用,完全实现了以药食同源的中药食品为原料的药物组合物,能增强人体免疫力,以食品方法改善人体健康、预防多种疾病的发生。
具体实施方式
实施例1, 一种增强人体免疫力的中药食品,有且只有由下列配方组成:
黄精15份 枸杞子12份 黄芪15份 莲子12份 覆盆子12份 沙棘12份 山药12份葛根9份
所述的黄精酒制九晒备用,即,以黄酒与黄精1:10的比例浸泡并晾干,反复9次。
所述的枸杞子生用。

1.一种增强人体免疫力的中药食品制备方法,其特征在于:其具体制备方法如下:
a、材料准备,有且只有下列组成:黄精12-18份、枸杞子9-15份、黄芪12-18份、莲子9-15份、覆盆子6-12份、沙棘9-15份、山药9-15份、葛根8-10份;
b、预制方法:所述的黄精酒制九晒备用,即,以黄酒与黄精1:10的比例浸泡并晾干,反复9次;所述的枸杞子生用;所述的黄芪蜜制备用,以蜂蜜与黄芪1:10的比例浸泡并晾干;所述莲子去莲心、莲子清炒8成熟备用;所述的覆盆子生用;所述的沙棘生用;所述的山药麦麸炒备用,以山药与麦麸2:10的比例翻炒,至山药呈赤黄色为佳;所述的葛根麦麸煨炒备用,以葛根与麦麸2:10的比例翻炒,至山药呈赤黄色为佳;
