一种旋转密封阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种旋转密封阀,属于密封阀技术领域。
背景技术
日本是资源贫乏的国家,他们注重能源的综合利用。早在80年代初期,他们就停止了焦炭粗犷生产,用先进的干熄焦工艺技术生产焦炭及煤化工产品。90年代中期,该项技术传入我国,约2000年日本某钢铁公司与首钢组建中日联合公司,专业从事干熄焦技术及设备的技术成套工程,这项技术覆盖了我国大部分焦化企业,并出口至印度、越南等国。我公司于2001年与中日联合公司签订技术协议,专业生产制造主要部件旋转密封阀,协定约定该套设备只准按日本原图制造,不准改动,合同期十年。十年间我公司共制造200余套,返厂修复60余套。通过制造、安装、调试、修复我们发现了该设备的不足之处,并提出改进方案,但始终未得到日本专家的允许。合约期满后,为摆脱技术封锁,升华该设备的技术含量、研发了精品版的旋转密封阀,专利号:201822185112.5,该阀主要面向新制造产品。另外,针对现在使用的产品的返厂,研发了一种用于进行修复的旋转密封阀的结构,专利号:201920436874.X。
现在需要一种简易型的旋转密封阀,该旋转密封阀需要结构简单,加工成本低,为中小客户降低使用成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改进型的旋转密封阀,该旋转密封阀能够满足使用性能需求,并且加工成本低。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种旋转密封阀,包括阀体和设置在阀体内的与阀体内壁配合的转子,转子的两端与阀体铰接并且由驱动装置驱动转动,转子包括中心转轴、环绕设置在中心转轴表面的若干叶板以及设置在中心转轴两端与叶板形成料斗腔的端板,阀体由合金结构钢调质后组焊一体成型并且对耐磨部位高频淬火处理形成高硬度的耐磨层;阀体两端设置圆锥形盖板形成圆锥形空腔,所述圆锥形空腔的下部设置排灰孔上部设充氮孔和检测孔;转子的中心转轴与圆锥形盖板之间设置轴向密封。
本发明技术方案的进一步改进在于:圆锥形盖板的连接端设置连接法兰,圆锥形盖板通过连接法兰并且使用螺栓与阀体固定连接;连接法兰与阀体之间设置柔性端面密封,连接法兰与转子的端板之间设置柔性端面密封;圆锥形盖板的中心部位设置轴承座,所述轴承座内设置若干个用于镶嵌设置密封圈同中心转轴形成迷宫密封的密封槽。

本发明中的阀体使用一块板制成并且是使用合金结构钢,通过对其耐磨部位进行表面淬火处理,提高耐磨性。该结构的阀体还能够便于进行后续的磨损部位的修复。
本发明中将阀体的两端设置圆锥形盖板,圆锥形盖板对于转子的支撑更好,能够减轻转子装料和卸料时对于阀体所产生的振动,保证阀体工作时的整体稳定性,并且有利于密封阀的使用寿命的延长。圆锥形盖板能够形成圆锥形空腔,通过在圆锥形空腔内设置粉尘检测仪,可以在粉尘进入到圆锥形空腔时,及时检测到并进行报警。圆锥形盖板的下端设置排灰孔,万一密封失效,底部可自动排灰,不影响设备运行。圆锥形的盖板具有良好的散热性。
本发明在阀体的侧面设置用于进行圆锥形盖板安装定位的止口,通过在加工时确保止口与阀体的同轴度,能够确保圆锥形盖板与阀体的同轴度。圆锥形盖板与阀体的同轴度符合要求后,转子与阀体的同轴度也得到了保证。转子与阀体之间的间隙一致性好,转子转动的稳定性好,转子两端密封面不易磨损,使旋转密封阀的使用寿命延长。
本发明中转子的中心转轴与圆锥形盖板处的轴承座之间的密封设置为了轴向密封。同时,在圆锥形盖板与阀体和转子的端板之间设置端面密封;整体上提高了该旋转密封阀的密封性能。
本发明中将刀体由平行改为端面安装,并且在叶板的最外侧端面设置止口台定位,将刀体镶嵌设置在止口台内,能够保证刀体与叶板连接牢固可靠。本发明中还将刀体的材质由把高速钢换成碳素工具钢,并且在刀体正旋前角钎焊WC硬质合金刀条,刀体的其余面高频淬火,回火,能够使刀体整体硬度达HRC≥60,刀尖刃口硬度达HRC≥65,延长使用寿命。
本发明中的润滑系统设置了流量传感器、压力传感器的信号自动化控制定量、定时循环供油,并且由PLC进行控制,能够根据工作的需要定量供应润滑油,杜绝了润滑油的浪费现象。

下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明:
本发明公开了一种旋转密封阀,是针对于背景技术中提到的日本技术的旋转密封阀的全面改进,使其能够符合现今的使用需求,并且具有结构简单、加工成本低的优势。下面是具体的实施例:
如图1、图2所示,该旋转密封阀包括阀体1和设置在阀体1内并且与阀体1内壁配合的转子2,转子2的两端与阀体1铰接并且与驱动装置动力连接。转子2由驱动装置(如电机)驱动,通过不断的转动实现给料布料。在转子2的上端和下端对应的阀体1上设置进料孔和排料孔。旋转密封阀的转子2包括中心转轴2-1、环绕设置在中心转轴2-1表面的若干叶板2-2以及固定设置在中心转轴2-1两端的端板2-3。叶板2-2与端板2-3能够形成料斗腔,焦炭等物料从进料口进入阀体内并落入料斗腔,然后转子2整体转动,至盛有物料的料斗腔转动到开口朝下并对准出料口时,物料下落。
以下是对与旋转密封阀的各主要改进部分的详细说明。
一、该旋转密封阀对于阀体有所改进。
现有技术中阀体包括阀体外壳以及位于阀体外壳内的衬板。衬板的材质为高强度结构钢板,HRC40~45,这些衬板与阀体的本体使用锥形平面螺钉连接,平面螺钉帽的凹处,用耐磨焊材填平,使衬板与阀体形状一致。这种结构在图面上是很好实现的,在生产制造中很难完成,因为原设计阀体外壳强度不足,衬板的成型尺寸也有偏差,两者用螺钉连接后很多部位存在两张皮的现象,使加工精度难以保证,椭圆度偏差≤0.09mm。此外,由于耐磨面材质不同,硬度不同,耐磨性有差别,使用一段时间后耐磨面凹凸不平,堆焊的螺帽孔是耐磨焊材,耐磨损;高强度结构钢衬板硬度低,磨损快;转子的叶片刀是高速钢,几种材料耐磨度很难匹配。转子与阀体间隙过大后锁不住气,造成排料不均,影响设备正常运转,需要返厂维修,使用寿命降低。
现将其改进为阀体外壳与衬板合二为一,即阀体1由一块钢板加工形成。阀体1由合金结构钢调质后组焊一体成型,并且对耐磨部位高频淬火处理。需要保证耐磨部位的硬度以及淬硬层厚度。该结构的阀体,其内部的密封面发生局部磨损后,可以针对局部的磨损部位进行堆焊修复,而大面积损坏可经机加后喷熔硬质合金,并可多次进行修复使用,实现再制造。
二、该旋转密封阀对于阀体的改进还在于阀体形状的改进。
原设计盖板是一块平板与加强筋的结合,只有封堵作用。该旋转密封阀在阀体1的两端设置圆锥形盖板3,从而能够形成圆锥形空腔9。如图1、图3所示,转子2位于阀体1内轴线方向的中间部分,在密封正常状态下,圆锥形空腔9内是没有粉尘的。因此,可以在圆锥形空腔9内设置粉尘检测仪,一旦粉尘进入到圆锥形空腔,粉尘检测仪能够及时检测到并进行报警。
粉尘检测仪还能够通过控制系统能够与氮气排放系统配合。原装的日本旋转密封阀,由于密封方式的缺陷,运行中靠正压的氮气吹扫空腔迫使阀腔的煤气和灰尘不能进入浮动密封副每日消耗上千立方的氮气,增加运行费用。尽管如此,还是不能保证无漏灰窜气运行。该旋转密封阀通过在圆锥形空腔内设置粉尘检测仪,能够随时监测圆锥形空腔的粉尘含量。当旋转密封阀正常运行,检测指标在设定值范围不报警,一旦超出设定值自动报警,同时指令电磁阀开启,向空腔输送氮气,使氮气只起备用作用,节约运行成本。
在圆锥形空腔9的下部设置排灰孔4,万一密封失效,底部可自动排灰,不影响设备运行。圆锥形盖板的设计使用,由于增加了阀体侧面的表面积,所以散热性得到了提高;并且外形美观。圆锥形空腔的锥形侧壁,便于灰尘的下落,灰尘下落后聚集度高,便于排灰。圆锥形空腔9的上部设充氮孔和检测孔。
圆锥形盖板的形状对于转子的支撑更好,能够减轻转子装料和卸料时对于阀体所产生的振动,保证阀体工作时的整体稳定性,并且有利于密封阀的使用寿命的延长。
三、该旋转密封阀的改进还在于密封上。
首先,如图6所示,该旋转密封阀在圆锥形盖板3的中心部位固定设置轴承座8,在轴承座8内设置轴承,转子2的中心转轴2-1套装在轴承的内圈中,从而实现转子的铰接设置,转子能够顺畅转动。转子2的中心转轴2-1与圆锥形盖板3之间设置轴向密封,具体的是,转子2的中心转轴2-1与设置在圆锥形盖板3中心的轴承座8的内壁之间设置轴向密封。该处的轴向密封为柔性迷宫密封,在中心转轴2-1与圆锥形盖板3之间设置若干道柔性密封圈。
然后,如图5所示,圆锥形盖板3与阀体1之间设置柔性端面密封。具体的是,在圆锥形盖板3的连接端设置连接法兰5,圆锥形盖板3通过连接法兰5与阀体1的侧面对接后使用螺栓与阀体1固定连接,在连接法兰5与阀体1之间设置柔性端面密封,该处的柔性端面密封由若干道柔性密封圈形成迷宫密封,迷宫密封取代日本技术的弹性浮动密封能够减少故障率。为了便于圆锥形盖板3与阀体1的组装以及精确定位,在阀体1的侧面设置用于进行圆锥形盖板3安装定位的止口。加工时确保止口与阀体的同轴度,圆锥形盖板3同阀体1组装时与止口进行对装即可保证同轴度。止口一体设置在阀体的侧面,加工阀体时可以一并加工,易于保证同轴度。圆锥形盖板3与阀体1的同轴度符合要求后,由于转子的两端是同圆锥形盖板铰接的,所以,转子与阀体的同轴度也得到了保证。转子与阀体之间的间隙一致性好,转子转动的稳定性好。
在连接法兰5与转子2的端板2-3之间也设置密封圈,保证圆锥形空腔9的密封性,从而使转子所在的阀体内腔区域内的粉尘不会泄露到圆锥形空腔9内,具体见图5。
四、该旋转密封阀对于转子的叶板的刀体以及刀刃也进行了改进。
原设计转子上的叶板的端面,平行安装高速钢的刀体;刀体与阀腔内壁的间隙用厚度不同的铜板垫调整高度,工艺性能差,精度低,刀体磨损快,互换性低,更换难度大。现改变刀体的安装方法及刀体形状,原来刀体与叶片平行安装,螺栓侧面定位固定,现将刀体6由平行改为端面安装,刀体6与叶板2-2顺时针转动时的前方设止口台进行定位,刀体6镶嵌设置在止口台内,保证刀体6与叶板2-2连接牢固可靠,具体如图7所示。另外,把原设计的高速钢刀体除进行形状改进外,更新材质,把高速钢换成碳素工具钢,在刀体6正旋前角钎焊WC硬质合金,刀体6的正旋前角属于易磨损部位,需要进行耐磨损处理,通过钎焊WC硬质合金,提高其耐磨性。在刀体6的其余面高频淬火,回火,刀体整体硬度达HRC≥60,刀尖刃口硬度达HRC≥65,延长使用寿命。
此外,还将叶板2-2与中心转轴2-1之间设置为圆弧流线形连接,在相邻的叶板2-2的底部之间固定设置弧形连接板7。该设置能够便于物料从料斗腔内下落,料斗腔内不存料。如图4所示。叶板2-2采用合金结构钢调质件成型后高频淬火处理形成高硬度耐磨层。
五、该旋转密封阀对排料结构进行了改进。
原设计在阀体底部设一排料口,应对排料口处设一个直角形的平台。如图9所示,该平台与人孔盖板联通,转子叶片排出的焦块先卸入平台,再由平台流入排料孔,由于结构错误,在平台直角处长期堆积焦块,使排料受阻。现改进为在阀体1的出料口设置导料斜板10,所述导料斜板10沿人孔盖板11至排料孔设置。导料斜板10倾斜设置,能够使物料直流排料孔,使焦块不滞留。具体如图8所示。
六、此外对于旋转密封阀进行了控制智能化的改进。
原来的润滑系统落后,无计量,无定量,油多油少不显示,要么油多的跑、冒,滴漏,要么缺油干磨。现在的润滑部分包括用流量传感器、压力传感器的信号自动化控制定量、定时循环供油的润滑系统。润滑系统由PLC控制。PKC还控制粉尘检测仪,用粉尘检测仪检测灰尘含量,超标时自动补充氮气用正压的氮气压制灰尘外泄。此处的改进属于对旋转密封阀的智能化控制的改进,是旋转密封阀能够适应于现代化的生产要求。
本发明的旋转密封阀通过对阀体结构的改进、对转子的刀体部分的改进、对轴线密封和端面密封的改进,提高了旋转密封阀的密封性以及安全性,使其工作安全稳定,便于维修,该旋转密封阀整体材质的改变、热处理工艺更好,使用寿命得到延长。该旋转密封阀结构合理,加工方便并且成本低。

Claims (10)

1.一种旋转密封阀,包括阀体(1)和设置在阀体(1)内的与阀体(1)内壁配合的转子(2),转子(2)的两端与阀体(1)铰接并且由驱动装置驱动转动,转子(2)包括中心转轴(2-1)、环绕设置在中心转轴(2-1)表面的若干叶板(2-2)以及设置在中心转轴(2-1)两端与叶板(2-2)形成料斗腔的端板(2-3),其特征在于:阀体(1)由合金结构钢调质后组焊一体成型并且对耐磨部位高频淬火处理;阀体(1)两端设置圆锥形盖板(3)形成圆锥形空腔(9),所述圆锥形空腔(9)的下部设置排灰孔(4)上部设充氮孔和检测孔;转子(2)的中心转轴(2-1)与圆锥形盖板(3)之间设置轴向密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转密封阀,其特征在于:圆锥形盖板(3)的连接端设置连接法兰(5),圆锥形盖板(3)通过连接法兰(5)并且使用螺栓与阀体(1)固定连接;连接法兰(5)与阀体(1)之间设置柔性端面密封,连接法兰(5)与转子(2)的端板(2-3)之间设置柔性端面密封;圆锥形盖板(3)的中心部位设置轴承座(8),所述轴承座(8)内设置若干个用于镶嵌设置密封圈同中心转轴(2-1)形成迷宫密封的密封槽。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种旋转密封阀,其特征在于:圆锥形空腔(9)内设置粉尘检测仪。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转密封阀,其特征在于:叶板(2-2)的外端部设可拆卸的刀体(6)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种旋转密封阀,其特征在于:在叶板(2-2)顺时针转动的前方依次设置止口台,刀体(6)镶嵌设置在止口台内。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的一种旋转密封阀,其特征在于:刀体(6)使用碳素工具钢制成,在刀体(6)正旋前角钎焊WC硬质合金。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转密封阀,其特征在于:阀体(1)的出料口处设置导料斜板(10),所述导料斜板(10)沿人孔盖板(11)至排料孔设置。
8.根据权利要求1、2或5任一项所述的一种旋转密封阀,其特征在于:叶板(2-2)与中心转轴(2-1)之间为圆弧流线形连接,相邻的叶板(2-2)的底部之间固定设置弧形连接板(7)。
9.根据权利要求3所述的一种旋转密封阀,其特征在于:还包括用流量传感器、压力传感器的信号自动化控制定量、定时循环供油的润滑系统。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种旋转密封阀,其特征在于:旋转密封阀由PLC控制运行;用粉尘检测仪检测灰尘含量,超标时自动补充氮气用正压的氮气压制灰尘外泄。
