Abstract
本发明公开一种用于排焦输送设备的旋转密封阀。结构是套于转子外部的圆筒形外壳,其两端分别由端盖与外壳法兰连接,外壳设有进、出料槽,转子由转子轴、转子轴上适配位置轴向对称固连的端板、轴套筒、两端板之间沿轴套筒外圈周向均布若干格腔板,以及各格腔板上远离轴套筒一端固连的转子刃构成,两端板的外圈均垂直固连转子端面,外壳腔体内易磨损部位上固连有衬板,该衬板与转子刃的刃口设有间隙,刃口上设有厚度为3~10mm的耐磨合金,刃口面与衬板内表面的切线设有角度,外壳上的油路设有环形润滑油槽,与该润滑油槽开口对接处设有密封副金属圆环,且密封副金属圆环的对接面上设有相匹配的环形油槽,密封副金属圆环由加固装置压紧。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种干熄焦系统中的排焦输送设备,特别是涉及一种用于排焦输送设备的旋转密封阀。
背景技术
干熄焦技术是一项节能、环保的先进技术。国家发改委将其列为“十五”重点推广项目,旋转密封阀是焦化厂干熄焦工程中的关键设备,其作用是把振动给料器排出的带有CO成分及大量粉尘的焦炭在密闭状态下连续、定量的排料,该设备处于干熄炉的底部,使用环境较恶劣。以往的旋转密封阀密封系统的密封性,耐磨损性差是造成失效的主要原因,轻则有害气体及粉尘泄漏危害作用人员健康及污染环境,重者轴承损坏及整体设备失效。另外转子端部刃口磨损量大,且在运转过程中转子刃口与阀体内表面时常发现焦炭卡阻状况。不仅影响整套设备的正常运转,也给安全生产带来极大隐患。
发明内容
本发明就是针对上述存在的技术问题,提供了一种能有效改善焦炭卡阻状况,使得耐磨性及密封性能明显提高的同时,整体使用寿命提高1.5~2倍,实现设备运行更安全、更环保、更稳定的用于排焦输送设备的旋转密封阀。
为了实现上述目的本发明解决技术问题的技术方案是:
用于排焦输送设备的旋转密封阀,结构如下:套于转子外部的圆筒形外壳,其两端分别由端盖Ⅰ、Ⅱ与外壳法兰连接,外壳的适配位置分别设有进、出料槽,转子由转子轴、转子轴上适配位置轴向对称固连的端板Ⅰ、Ⅱ、轴套筒、端板Ⅰ、Ⅱ之间沿轴套筒外圈周向均布若干格腔板,以及各格腔板上远离轴套筒一端固连的转子刃构成,端板Ⅰ、Ⅱ的外圈均垂直固连转子端面,外壳腔体内易磨损部位上固连有衬板,该衬板与转子刃的刃口设有间隙b,所述的刃口上设有厚度为3~10mm的耐磨合金,所述的刃口面与衬板内表面的切线设有角度a,外壳上的油路设有环形润滑油槽,与该润滑油槽开口对接处设有密封副金属圆环,且密封副金属圆环的对接面上设有相匹配的环形油槽,密封副金属圆环的上端和轴向均由加固装置压紧。
所述的角度a为5度~15度。
所述的间隙b为2~5mm。
所述的转子刃的长度沿格腔板的宽度由一条金属板或若干段金属板组合制成。
所述的转子端面,其上端适配位置设有两个平行的凹槽,其中一个凹槽内填充特种耐磨合金;另一个凹槽内设有不锈钢条和碳素纤维密封圈,且不锈钢条由若干段弧形不锈钢小条两端呈阶梯牙口彼此对接制成。
所述的密封副金属圆环的外侧还固连有压紧板。
所述的加固装置,其轴向管筒内依次设有座板和弹簧,管筒一端设有封盖,该管筒上端设有与其轴线平行的压杆;下端设有支架与固连于端板外侧的支座螺栓连接。
所述的封盖上设有凸台,该凸台与支架上设有的凸环分别挂接拉簧两端。
所述压杆的探出一端设有向下的弯钩,该弯钩与密封副金属圆环上设有凹坑相匹配。
所述的支座在每个端板Ⅰ、Ⅱ圆周上均布至少24个,且支座与加固装置的数量、位置相互对应。
由于采用上述结构,使得本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点和效果:
1、由于转子端面设相互平行的两个凹槽,其中一个凹槽内部填充特种耐磨材料,使得有效的加强了该处易磨损位置的防护,避免传统的该部位的磨损致使其周边结构磨损破坏,从而影响润滑系统的油路润滑作用和密封部位的产品寿命。另一个凹槽内共同加入不锈钢条和碳素纤维密封圈的双重密封保护,特别是不锈钢条采用若干段弧形不锈钢小条两端呈阶梯牙口彼此对接制成,达到防止焦炭物料从每段连接直缝处侵入,有效地加强了连接缝隙磨损失效的薄弱环节,延长此部位金属密封结构受物料磨损失效的时限;
2、转子刃刃口的斜端面结构实现切断和打散焦炭,有效缓解其端部刃口与阀体内表面焦炭卡阻状况;并在刃口端面上堆焊耐磨合金材料来代替传统的工具钢。
由于采用上述结构,使得本发明耐磨性及密封性能明显提高的同时,达到整体使用寿命提高1.5~2倍,设备运行更安全、更环保、更稳定,且工艺简单、造价低廉。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明,但本发明的保护范围不受具体的实施例所限制,以权利要求书为准。另外,以不违背本发明技术方案的前提下,对本发明所作的本领域普通技术人员容易实现的任何改动或改变都将落入本发明的权利要求范围之内。
实施例1
如图1—6所示,用于排焦输送设备的旋转密封阀,其结构如下:套于转子4外部的圆筒形外壳2,其两端分别由端盖Ⅰ9、端盖Ⅱ15与外壳2法兰连接,外壳2的上下适配位置分别设有进、出料槽13、7,转子4由转子轴3、转子轴3上适配位置轴向对称固连的端板Ⅰ10、端板Ⅱ14、轴套筒8、端板Ⅰ10与端板Ⅱ14之间沿轴套筒8外圈周向均布12个格腔板5,以及各格腔板5上远离轴套筒8一端由螺钉固连的转子刃6构成,转子刃6的长度沿格腔板5的宽度由4段金属板组合制成。
端板Ⅰ10、端板Ⅱ14的外圈均垂直固连转子端面19,转子端面19上端适配位置设有两个平行的凹槽,凹槽长度环绕整个圆周,其中一个凹槽内填充特种耐磨合金20;填充方式可为手工、自动堆焊、喷焊、粘接或涂压等形式。另一个凹槽内设有不锈钢条21和碳素纤维密封圈,且不锈钢条21由12段弧形不锈钢小条,每两个不锈钢小条的首尾两端呈阶梯牙口彼此对接制成。
外壳2腔体内易磨损弧面部位设有衬板1,可采用焊接或螺栓连接将衬板1与外壳2紧固连接,转子刃6和格腔板5的外边缘形成的刃口,该刃口面与衬板1设有间隙b,间隙b为3.5mm;刃口上设有耐磨合金18,耐磨合金18厚度在6.5mm;刃口面与衬板1内表面的切线设有角度a,a为10度。
靠近两侧转子端面19外圈的外壳2处均设有油路27,每侧油路27适配位置均设有向端盖方向开设的环形润滑油槽17,与润滑油槽17开口对接处设有密封副金属圆环16,密封副金属圆环16对接面上设有相匹配的环形油槽。压紧板26由螺钉固连于密封副金属圆环16上,密封副金属圆环16和压紧板26的上端及轴向由加固装置11压紧,加固装置11轴向管筒内设有弹簧24,这样可通过弹簧的压力使压紧板26紧压密封副金属圆环16的后端面,来实现间隙误差的补偿,管筒另一端设有封盖25,管筒上端设有与其轴线平行的压杆23;下端设有支架与固连于端板外侧的支座12螺栓连接。另外,压杆23的探出一端设有向下的弯钩,该弯钩与密封副金属圆环16上设有凹坑相匹配;封盖25上设有凸台,该凸台上开设的圆孔与支架上设有的凸环的圆孔分别挂接拉簧22两端,防止转子转动带来松动状况。支座12在端板Ⅰ10和端板Ⅱ14圆周上都均布36个,且支座12与加固装置11的数量、位置相互对应。这样可通过弹簧的压力
实施例2
端板Ⅰ10与端板Ⅱ14之间沿轴套筒8外圈周向均布8个格腔板5,各格腔板5上远离轴套筒8一端由焊接固连的转子刃6,转子刃6的长度沿格腔板5的宽度由一条金属板制成,不锈钢条21由16段弧形不锈钢小条,每两个不锈钢小条的首尾两端呈阶梯牙口彼此对接制成。刃口面与衬板1设有间隙b,间隙b为2mm;刃口上设有耐磨合金18,耐磨合金18厚度在10mm;刃口面与衬板1内表面的切线设有角度a,a为15度。支座12在端板Ⅰ10和端板Ⅱ14圆周上都均布24个,且支座12与加固装置11的数量、位置相互对应。其它同实施例1不再赘述。
实施例3
端板Ⅰ10与端板Ⅱ14之间沿轴套筒8外圈周向均布24个格腔板5,转子刃6的长度沿格腔板5的宽度由6段金属板制成,不锈钢条21由18段弧形不锈钢小条,每两个不锈钢小条的首尾两端呈阶梯牙口彼此对接制成。刃口面与衬板1设有间隙b,间隙b为5mm;刃口上设有耐磨合金18,耐磨合金18厚度在3mm;刃口面与衬板1内表面的切线设有角度a,a为5度。支座12在端板Ⅰ10和端板Ⅱ14圆周上都均布40个,且支座12与加固装置11的数量、位置相互对应。其它同实施例1不再赘述。
Claims (6)
1.用于排焦输送设备的旋转密封阀,其特征在于结构如下:套于转子(4)外部的圆筒形外壳(2),其两端分别由端盖Ⅰ、Ⅱ(9、15)与外壳(2)法兰连接,外壳(2)的适配位置分别设有进、出料槽(13、7),转子(4)由转子轴(3)、转子轴(3)上适配位置轴向对称固连的端板Ⅰ、Ⅱ(10、14)、轴套筒(8)、端板Ⅰ、Ⅱ(10、14)之间沿轴套筒(8)外圈周向均布若干格腔板(5),以及各格腔板(5)上远离轴套筒(8)一端固连的转子刃(6)构成,端板Ⅰ、Ⅱ(10、14)的外圈均垂直固连转子端面(19),外壳(2)腔体内易磨损部位上固连有衬板(1),该衬板(1)与转子刃(6)的刃口设有间隙b为2~5mm,所述的刃口上设有厚度为3~10mm的耐磨合金(18),所述的刃口面与衬板(1)内表面的切线设有角度a为5度~15度,外壳(2)上的油路(27)设有环形润滑油槽(17),与该润滑油槽(17)开口对接处设有密封副金属圆环(16),且密封副金属圆环(16)的对接面上设有相匹配的环形油槽,密封副金属圆环(16)的上端和轴向均由加固装置(11)压紧,所述的转子端面(19),其上端适配位置设有两个平行的凹槽,其中一个凹槽内填充特种耐磨合金(20);另一个凹槽内设有不锈钢条(21)和碳素纤维密封圈,且不锈钢条(21)由若干段弧形不锈钢小条两端呈阶梯牙口彼此对接制成,所述的转子刃(6)的长度沿格腔板(5)的宽度由一条或若干段金属板组合制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于排焦输送设备的旋转密封阀,其特征在于所述的密封副金属圆环(16)的外侧还固连有压紧板(26)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于排焦输送设备的旋转密封阀,其特征在于所述的加固装置(11),其轴向管筒内设有弹簧(24),管筒一端设有封盖(25),该管筒上端设有与其轴线平行的压杆(23);下端设有支架与固连于端板外侧的支座(12)螺栓连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于排焦输送设备的旋转密封阀,其特征在于所述的封盖(25)上设有凸台,该凸台与支架上设有的凸环分别挂接拉簧(22)两端。
5.根据权利要求3所述的用于排焦输送设备的旋转密封阀,其特征在于所述压杆(23)的探出一端设有向下的弯钩,该弯钩与密封副金属圆环(16)上设有凹坑相匹配。
6.根据权利要求3所述的用于排焦输送设备的旋转密封阀,其特征在于所述的支座(12)在每个端板Ⅰ、Ⅱ(10、14)圆周上均布至少24个,且支座(12)与加固装置(11)的数量、位置相互对应。
