一种耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线及其织物
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织材料技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线及其织物。
背景技术
PBI纤维,全称为聚-2,2’-间苯撑-5,5’-双苯并咪唑纤维,其大分子主链上含有苯并咪唑撑,具有耐高温、阻燃、耐化学稳定性等优异特性。PBI的极限氧指数(LOI)高达41%以上,燃烧时不熔融,且较少收缩变形,离火后立即熄灭。在350℃下放置6小时,PBI纤维失重率小于10%;PBI纤维强度2.8-5.0CN/dtex,断裂伸长率为10%-15%,吸湿率达13%-15%,手感较好,具有良好的纺织加工性能,是世界消防市场重要的阻燃防护材料。
PBI Performance Products,Inc.公司作为PBI高性能纤维商业生产的唯一厂家,为了管控PBI织物的品质,推出了一系列严格的内部织物认证体系,全球生产商必须通过PBI公司内控的安全织物测试,如1000℃以上的动态火焰燃烧、织物耐磨测试等,才被允许授权生产PBI织物,经过多年积淀,市场上形成了一些标准织物才能通过其严苛的测试,其中有PBI gold、PBI matrix、PBI max、PBI X55、Titan 1269等。这些标准织物结构上无论如何设计,均采用了PBI/对位芳纶纤维混纺与对位芳纶长丝交织的方式加工而成,这是由于PBI纤维强力较弱,需要对位芳纶高性能纤维来赋予其高强、耐磨的性能造成的。
2017年,中国消防主管单位为了统一各省市消防着装的问题,发布了统型文件要求,消防服颜色必须为藏青色,所以必须采用藏青色或黑色的对位芳纶和PBI纤维来生产PBI织物。这时,如果采用上述原标准PBI织物的制造工艺来生产藏青色版PBI织物,会出现耐水洗性能差、耐日晒性能差的问题,这是由于对位芳纶纤维刚性大,水洗摩擦过程中易形成原纤化现象造成的,这些现象在棕黄色PBI织物中因为使用的是原色的黄色对位芳纶纤维,与棕黄色织物接近,所以反映不明显,但是,在藏青色PBI织物中,使用的是黑色对位芳纶纤维,原纤化后布面会布满白点,严重影响面料外观质量;而且在日晒过程中,藏青色或黑色对位芳纶纤维易逐渐变黑泛黄,也严重影响面料外观质量,所以,在藏青色PBI织物的设计中,不仅要考虑织物的内在防护性能,如强力、阻燃性、耐磨性等,而且要充分考虑织物的外在使用性能,如耐洗、耐日晒性能。因此,需要提出一种新的方案来解决上述问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术中因PBI织物的耐日晒和耐洗涤效果不佳,而导致其整体质量不佳的问题,本发明的目的一在于提供一种耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线,以解决上述技术问题,其耐日晒、耐洗涤性能优异。
为实现上述目的一,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线,包括如下重量百分比的组分:
PBI50-70%;
对位芳纶纤维13-18%;
原液纤维15-30%;
抗静电纤维1.5-2.5%;
且所述原液纤维为间位芳纶纤维和聚酰亚胺纤维中的任意一种或多种。
通过采用上述技术方案,PBI混纺纱线除PBI纤维、对位芳纶纤维和抗静电纤维外,还包含有间位芳纶纤维或聚酰亚胺纤维中的至少一种;间位芳纶纤维和聚酰亚胺纤维均为原液纤维,其耐日晒、耐洗涤性能优异,这些纤维材料的混入改善了PBI织物的耐日晒、耐洗涤性能。
本发明的目的二在于提供一种耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物,其具有优异的日晒和耐洗涤性能。
一种耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物,所述织物由上述PBI混纺纱线和对位芳纶料采用机织技术按组织图相互交织而成;所述织物组织图中对位芳纶料正面浮点低于反面浮点。
通过采用上述技术方案,在织物结构中使用的对位芳纶料正面浮点低于反面浮点,降低了对位芳纶长丝水洗过程中的摩擦,亦改善了芳纶长丝的原纤化现象,进一步地改善了织物耐洗、耐日晒性能。且在组织设计上将易原纤化的对位芳纶料的经浮点藏匿在织物反面,以降低正面侧面料中对位芳纶料的水洗摩擦和日晒,进而改善了原纤化和耐日晒现象。
进一步优选为,所述耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物所采用纤维材料均为原液着色。
通过采用上述技术方案,原液着色法是在纺丝溶液中加入适当的着色剂,经充分混和、溶解和过滤,也可在进入喷丝头之前定量地注入着色剂或有色原液,经静态混和器混和后纺制成有色纤维,其能够从源头实现节能减排,有利于实现“低碳经济”。
进一步优选为,所述耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物所用纤维原液颜色为蓝色、黑色、藏青色。
进一步优选为,所述对位芳纶料选用对位芳纶长丝和对位芳纶牵切纱线中的任意一种或多种。
通过采用上述技术方案,对位芳纶长丝和对位芳纶牵切纱线均是综合性能优良的耐高温特种纤维,具有优异的热稳定性,可在220℃使用10年以上,240℃下受热1000小时,且具有良好的阻燃性,高温燃烧时表面碳化,不助燃,不产生熔滴,具有电绝缘性,芳纶绝缘纸耐击穿电压可达到10万伏,在防护服装和消防服装上有良好的应用。
进一步优选为,所述对位芳纶料选用的对位芳纶长丝和对位芳纶牵切纱为400D-600D。
通过采用上述技术方案,选用上述规格,能够使耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物具有优良的厚度和弹性。
进一步优选为,所述织物中PBI混纺纱线与对位芳纶料的经向搭配比例为(2-10):1。
进一步优选为,所述织物中PBI混纺纱线与对位芳纶料的纬向搭配比例为(2-14):1。
通过采用上述技术方案,PBI混纺纱线与对位芳纶料采用上述规定的经向搭配比例和纬向搭配比例,能够使织物其质地松软,有良好的抗皱性与透气性,并有较大的延伸性与弹性,穿着舒适。
进一步优选为,所述耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物经抗原纤化处理,且具体步骤如下:
步骤一,将耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物在180-200℃的条件下进行预烘4-8min;
步骤二,然后将预烘的织物浸入处理溶剂中,时间为2-3h,取出,然后将浸湿的织物经轧辊轧干,并用热风烘干;
步骤三,最后将烘干后的织物在温度为150-180℃烘箱中烘焙8-14min,即可得到抗原纤化处理的织物。
通过采用上述技术方案,采用上述工艺对耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物进行抗原纤化处理,改善了对位芳纶料的原纤化现象,其大大提高了织物整体的色牢度和结构强度,使织物在应用过程中不会布满白点,并使织物整体能够保持良好稳定的外观质量。

甘油0.5-1.5份;
碱性介质溶剂0.3-0.7份。
通过采用上述技术方案,上述处理溶剂能够对耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物起到良好的抗原纤化处理效果,既不会对织物造成损伤,也能保证织物的整体品质。
综上所述,与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)引入耐日晒、耐洗涤的原液间位芳纶纤维和聚酰亚胺纤维,提升PBI混纺纱线的耐日晒、耐洗涤性能;
(2)对耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物进行原纤化预处理,改善了对位芳纶长丝的原纤化现象;
(3)在织物结构中使用对位芳纶料正面浮点低于反面浮点,降低了水洗摩擦,进而减轻了对位芳纶长丝的原纤化现象;
(4)使用本发明的一种耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线及其织物,适用于消防员灭火防护服、消防员抢险救援服。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例1:一种耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物,各组分及其相应的重量百分比如表1所示,并通过如下步骤制备获得:
S1:PBI混纺纱线的加工(开清棉-梳棉-粗纱-细纱-并纱-蒸纱),混纺纱线按照(纤维的质量混纺比:PBI:50-70%,对位芳纶纤维:13-18%,原液纤维:15-30%,抗静电纤维:2%)进行纺纱加工;
S2:PBI织物的织造设计,专利所述织物由步骤一混纺纱线与对位芳纶料按照机织物组织设计织造而成,组织设计图如附图1;
S3:PBI织物经抗原纤化工艺处理,织物经原纤化处理溶液处理,首先将耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物在190℃的条件下进行预烘6min;然后将预烘的织物浸入处理溶剂中,时间为2.5h,取出,然后将浸湿的织物经轧辊轧干,并用热风烘干;最后将烘干后的织物在温度为165℃烘箱中烘焙11min,即可得到抗原纤化处理的织物。进一步改善对位芳纶纤维的水洗原纤化现象;
S4:织物经三防整理,形成成品。
注:所述耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物经抗原纤化处理的处理溶剂工艺配方包括如下重量份数的组分:水5.5份;70%浓度乙醇2份;甲醇1份;甘油1份;碱性介质溶剂0.5份,且碱性介质溶剂为ALBATEX@ALK。所述织物中PBI混纺纱线与对位芳纶料的经向搭配比例为6:1,而纬向搭配比例为8:1。所述对位芳纶料选用对位芳纶长丝,且对位芳纶长丝为500D。
实施例2-3:一种耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物,与实施例1的不同之处在于,各组分及其相应的百分比如表1所示。

实施例7:一种耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物,与实施例3的不同之处在于,S3具体设置为:PBI织物经抗原纤化工艺处理,织物经原纤化处理溶液处理,首先将耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物在180℃的条件下进行预烘8min;然后将预烘的织物浸入处理溶剂中,时间为2h,取出,然后将浸湿的织物经轧辊轧干,并用热风烘干;最后将烘干后的织物在温度为150℃烘箱中烘焙14min,即可得到抗原纤化处理的织物。进一步改善对位芳纶纤维的水洗原纤化现象。
实施例8:一种耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物,与实施例3的不同之处在于,S3具体设置为:PBI织物经抗原纤化工艺处理,织物经原纤化处理溶液处理,首先将耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物在200℃的条件下进行预烘4min;然后将预烘的织物浸入处理溶剂中,时间为3h,取出,然后将浸湿的织物经轧辊轧干,并用热风烘干;最后将烘干后的织物在温度为180℃烘箱中烘焙8min,即可得到抗原纤化处理的织物。进一步改善对位芳纶纤维的水洗原纤化现象。
实施例9:一种耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物,与实施例3的不同之处在于,所述耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物经抗原纤化处理的处理溶剂工艺配方包括如下重量份数的组分:水5份;65%浓度乙醇1.5份;甲醇0.5份;甘油0.5份;碱性介质溶剂0.3份,且碱性介质溶剂为ALBATEX@ALK。
实施例10:一种耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物,与实施例3的不同之处在于,所述耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物经抗原纤化处理的处理溶剂工艺配方包括如下重量份数的组分:水6份;75%浓度乙醇2.5份;甲醇1.5份;甘油1.5份;碱性介质溶剂0.7份,且碱性介质溶剂为ALBATEX@ALK。
实施例11:一种耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物,与实施例3的不同之处在于,所述织物中PBI混纺纱线与对位芳纶料的经向搭配比例为2:1,而纬向搭配比例为2:1。
实施例12:一种耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物,与实施例3的不同之处在于,所述织物中PBI混纺纱线与对位芳纶料的经向搭配比例为10:1,而纬向搭配比例为14:1。
实施例13:一种耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物,与实施例3的不同之处在于,所述对位芳纶料选用对位芳纶牵切纱线,且对位芳纶牵切纱为500D。
实施例14:一种耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物,与实施例3的不同之处在于,所述对位芳纶料选用对位芳纶长丝和对位芳纶牵切纱线,且对位芳纶长丝和对位芳纶牵切纱为500D。
实施例15:一种耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物,与实施例3的不同之处在于,所述对位芳纶长丝为400DD。
实施例16:一种耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物,与实施例3的不同之处在于,所述对位芳纶长丝为600D。
对比例1:一种耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物,与实施例3的不同之处在于,各组分及其相应的重量百分比如下:PBI纤维50%,对位芳纶纤维48%,抗静电纤维2%。
对比例2:一种耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物,与实施例1的不同之处在于,PBI织物未经过经抗原纤化工艺处理。
对比例3:一种耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物,与实施例2的不同之处在于,PBI织物未经过经抗原纤化工艺处理。
对比例4:一种耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物,与实施例3的不同之处在于,PBI织物未经过经抗原纤化工艺处理。
对比例5:一种耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物,与实施例4的不同之处在于,PBI织物未经过经抗原纤化工艺处理。。
对比例6:一种耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物,与实施例5的不同之处在于,PBI织物未经过经抗原纤化工艺处理。。
对比例7:一种耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物,与实施例6的不同之处在于,PBI织物未经过经抗原纤化工艺处理。
对比例8:一种耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物,与对比例1的不同之处在于,PBI织物经过经抗原纤化工艺处理。
一、耐日晒实验
试验样品:采用实施例1-16中获得的耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物作为试验样品1-16,采用对比例1-8中获得的耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物作为对照样品1-8。
试验方法:截取相同大小的试验样品1-16和对照样品1-16,然后对织物进行光照色牢度测试,测试方法为《GBT8427纺织品色牢度试验耐人造光色牢度:氙弧》,试验样品1-16和对照样品1-16的测试结果如表2所示。

二、耐水洗色牢度实验
试验样品:采用实施例1-16中获得的耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物作为试验样品1-16,采用对比例1-8中获得的耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物作为对照样品1-8。
试验方法:截取相同大小的试验样品1-16和对照样品1-16,然后对织物进行光照色牢度测试,测试方法为《GBT 5713-2013纺织品色牢度试验耐水色牢度》,试验样品1-16和对照样品1-16的测试结果如表3所示。

三、织物动态燃烧测试
试验样品:采用实施例1-16中获得的耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物作为试验样品1-16,采用对比例1-8中获得的耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物作为对照样品1-8。
试验方法:截取相同大小的试验样品1-16和对照样品1-16,然后对织物进行光照色牢度测试,然后进行PBI公司的1000℃火焰动态燃烧测试(1000℃火焰正对2.5cm宽织物条,织物条下方悬挂有250g重锤。),动态燃烧时间≥12s,测试结果如下表,试验样品1-16和对照样品1-16的测试结果如表4所示。

四、织物服用性能试验
试验样品:采用实施例1-16中获得的耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物作为试验样品1-16,采用对比例1-8中获得的耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物作为对照样品1-8。
试验方法:截取相同大小的试验样品1-16和对照样品1-16,然后对织物进行光照色牢度测试,然后对织物服用性能进行起毛起球测试,测试方法为GBT 4802.2《纺织品织物起毛起球性能的测定》,测试结果如下表,试验样品1-16和对照样品1-16的测试结果如表5所示。

综上,由试验样品1-16和对照样品1-16经耐日晒实验、耐水洗色牢度实验、织物动态燃烧测试和织物服用性能试验所得到的测试结果进行分析可得,间位芳纶纤维和聚酰亚胺纤维均为原液纤维,其耐日晒、耐洗涤性能优异,这些纤维材料的混入改善了PBI织物的耐日晒、耐洗涤性能;PBI织物中的芳纶长丝经抗原纤化工艺处理;在织物结构中使用的对位芳纶长丝或牵切纱正面浮点低于反面浮点,降低了对位芳纶长丝水洗过程中的摩擦,亦改善了芳纶长丝的原纤化现象,进一步地改善了织物耐洗、耐日晒性能。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例,凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (1)

1.一种耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物,其特征在于,所述织物由耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线和对位芳纶料采用机织技术按组织图相互交织而成;所述织物组织图中对位芳纶料正面浮点低于反面浮点;
耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线,其特征在于,包括如下重量百分比的组分:
PBI50-70%;
对位芳纶纤维13-18%;
原液纤维 15-30%;
抗静电纤维 1.5-2.5%;
且所述原液纤维为间位芳纶纤维和聚酰亚胺纤维中的任意一种或多种;
所述耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物所采用纤维材料均为原液着色;
所述耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物所用纤维原液颜色为蓝色、黑色、藏青色;
所述对位芳纶料选用对位芳纶长丝和对位芳纶牵切纱线中的任意一种或多种;
所述对位芳纶料选用的对位芳纶长丝和对位芳纶牵切纱为400D-600D;
所述织物中PBI混纺纱线与对位芳纶料的经向搭配比例为(2-10):1;
所述织物中PBI混纺纱线与对位芳纶料的纬向搭配比例为(2-14):1;
所述耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物经抗原纤化处理,且具体步骤如下:
步骤一,将耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物在180-200℃的条件下进行预烘4-8min;
步骤二,然后将预烘的织物浸入处理溶剂中,时间为2-3h,取出,然后将浸湿的织物经轧辊轧干,并用热风烘干;
步骤三,最后将烘干后的织物在温度为150-180℃烘箱中烘焙8-14min,即可得到抗原纤化处理的织物;
所述耐日晒耐洗涤的PBI混纺纱线的织物经抗原纤化处理的处理溶剂工艺配方包括如下重量份数的组分:
水 5-6份;
65%-75%浓度乙醇 1.5-2.5份;
甲醇 0.5-1.5份;
甘油 0.5-1.5份;
碱性介质溶剂 0.3-0.7份。
