Abstract

本发明涉及一种水性陶瓷防腐涂料组合物组合物及其制备方法。该水性陶瓷防腐涂料组合物的成分为:化合物A 1‑10%、无机颜料1‑5%、防锈颜料5‑10%、水性树脂20‑40%、乳化剂1‑10%、纳米陶瓷5‑15%、余量为水;其制备方法是将各组分按照质量比混合,搅拌均匀后研磨至粒度为0.5~10μm,即可获得耐温、防腐、耐磨功能的水性涂料组合物。本发明的水性涂料组合物用于金属材料表面,特别是钢铁材料表面,可以获得优异的耐腐蚀性能。

一种水性陶瓷防腐涂料组合物及其制备方法和应用
技术领域
本发明属于金属防腐涂料领域,具体涉及一种水性陶瓷防腐涂料组合物及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
水性涂料作为防腐涂料使用,最大技术障碍就是耐腐蚀性能低。一般油性防腐涂料在盐雾实验中,极容易达到2000小时以上,而一般水性涂料只能达到20-300小时,相差一个数量级甚至更多。当前,水性组合物组成的水性防腐涂料提供的水性耐腐蚀性水平与能力,难以满足现实防腐要求,因此迫切需要提高水性的防腐涂料的耐腐蚀性能。
常温腐蚀是一种电化学过程。金属材料的腐蚀速度受电化学过程控制,它包括阳极过程控制、阴极过程控制以及物质传递过程控制,改变任何一个过程,都会改变金属的腐蚀速度。
在涂料中可以采用阳极过程控制,例如在金属涂料中,加入氧化性的无机物,红丹、铬酸盐,在金属表面形成钝化层,从而提高涂层的耐腐蚀性;也可以采用阴极控制使阴极电流减小而使涂层的寿命延长,如加入一些缓蚀剂。同时,也可以从电化学保护中得到启发,通过控制腐蚀电流而提高涂层的寿命,如加入锌粉、外加电流措施。
油性涂层可以阻挡住大部分水的扩散,但水性涂料因为含有亲水基团或含有亲水的乳化剂致使涂层耐水性大幅降低,因此水性涂料耐腐蚀性较油性涂料存在巨大的差距。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的问题,我们在比较水性涂料与油性涂料的差异的情况下,采用具有耐腐蚀,改变金属电化学性质的物质作为涂层中的新材料,来提高涂层的耐腐蚀性能。本发明是一种水性耐腐蚀涂料的组合物。这种涂料组合物具有耐温、防腐、耐磨功能。
本发明的目的之一是提供一种水性陶瓷防腐涂料组合物。具体技术方案如下:
一种水性陶瓷防腐涂料组合物,按质量百分比包括以下组分:化合物A 1-10%、无机颜料1-5%、防锈颜料5-10%、水性树脂20-40%、乳化剂1-10%、纳米陶瓷5-15%、余量为水;所述化合物A的结构式如下:

优选地,所述乳化剂的结构式如下:

其中,R为烷基,1-8碳原子,n为1-4。
优选地,还包括润湿剂5-15%、分散剂5-15%;所述润湿剂为12烷基磺酸胺,所述分散剂为吐温80。
优选地,所述无机颜料为铁黄、铁红、铁蓝中的任一种。
优选地,所述防锈颜料为镧、铈、镁或钙元素的钼酸盐。
优选地,水性树脂是水性聚氨酯树脂、水性丙烯酸树脂、水性氯化聚丙烯、水性环氧树脂中的一种或多种任意质量比的混合物。
优选地,所述纳米陶瓷为纳米二氧化硅、纳米碳化硅、纳米三氧化二铝中的任一种或任意质量比的两种以上混合物。
本发明的目的之二是提供所述水性陶瓷防腐涂料组合物的制备方法。具体技术方案如下:
一种所述水性陶瓷防腐涂料组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将各组分按照质量比混合,搅拌均匀后研磨至粒度为0.5~10μm,即可得到所述水性陶瓷防腐涂料组合物。
本发明的目的之三是提供所述水性陶瓷防腐涂料组合物的应用。具体技术方案如下:
所述水性陶瓷防腐涂料组合物应用于金属材料表面。
(1)化合物A的结构及其制备方法
化合物A的结构如下所示:

R为1-8碳原子的烷基,R烷基不同,其HLB值不同,与水性涂料的相容性也不同。可以利用R调节与涂层的相容性,从而提升对界面的润湿效果,对固体组份形成分散效果。
化合物A的制备方法如下式所示:

即:2-羟基苯甲酸+双((二甲氨基)R基)((甲氧基氨基)氧基)磷酸酯→双((二甲基氨基)R 基)((2-羟基-N-甲氧基苯甲酰胺基)氧基)膦酸酯,即化合物A。催化剂:1%的二月桂酸二丁基锡;反应温度:85℃,反应时间:3小时。
(2)乳化剂的结构及其制备方法
本发明中使用的乳化剂除了乳化功能,还具有一定的耐腐蚀功能,其结构式如下:

该乳化剂的制备方法如下(反应物的摩尔比为1:1):

三种物质,从左至右分别为:
3-R基邻二氮杂苯-3-胺;
(n+2)-氯(n+2)酸,n=1时为3-氯丙酸;
2-(6-氨基-5-R基邻二氮杂苯-1(6H)-基)(n+1)酸,当n=1时为2-(6-氨基-5-R基邻二氮杂苯 -1(6H)-基)乙酸。
有益效果:
本发明合成了具有耐腐蚀性、分散性和润湿性的化合物A,以及具有乳化树脂同时提高耐腐蚀性的乳化剂,并将它们应用于水性涂料组合物中,获得耐温、防腐、耐磨功能的水性涂料组合物。用于金属材料表面,特别是钢铁材料表面,可以获得优异的耐腐蚀性能。
具体实施方式
盐雾测试方法:
本试验所用试剂采用化学纯或化学纯以上的试剂。将氯化钠溶于电导率不超过20μS/cm 的蒸馏水或去离子水中,其浓度为50g/L±5g/L。在25℃时,配制的溶液密度在l.0255~l.0400 范围内。配置好的涂料组合物由喷雾系统均匀喷洒在盐雾箱内的冷轧钢板(15×2×5mm)表面。实验时盐雾箱内温度为35℃±2℃,试验终点取决于开始出现腐蚀的时间。试验结果如表 1-3所示。
实施例1一种水性陶瓷防腐涂料组合物的制备及耐盐雾测试
首先,组分按照表1中质量百分比进行称重、混合,搅拌,搅拌时间为1小时,搅拌速度为600r/min;搅拌后在砂磨机上研磨,研磨时间约为4小时,研磨到颗粒为0.5-10μm,过滤,即可得到所述水性陶瓷防腐涂料组合物。从表1中可知,本实施例所得涂料组合物在钢板表面的涂层耐盐雾时间最高可达1500小时。

实施例2一种水性陶瓷防腐涂料组合物的制备及耐盐雾测试
各组分按照表2中配方进行称重、混合,搅拌,搅拌时间为1小时,搅拌速度为600r/min;搅拌后在砂磨机上研磨,研磨时间约为4小时,研磨到颗粒为0.5-10μm,过滤,即可得到所述水性陶瓷防腐涂料组合物。
从表2中可知,本实施例所得涂料组合物在钢板表面的涂层耐盐雾时间最高可达1890小时。

各组分按照表3中配方进行称重、混合,搅拌,搅拌时间为1小时,搅拌速度为600r/min;搅拌后在砂磨机上研磨,研磨时间约为4小时,研磨到颗粒为0.5-10μm,过滤,即可得到所述水性陶瓷防腐涂料组合物。
从表3中可知,本实施例所得涂料组合物在钢板表面的涂层耐盐雾时间最高可达1310小时。

如表1、2、3所示,在本发明的实施例中,所有的耐腐蚀性能都优异。相比一般的水性涂料的耐腐蚀时间只有20-300小时,本发明所有实施例中,涂料耐腐蚀性能都获得了大幅的提高。
本发明提供的水性涂料组合物,具有优异的耐腐蚀性质,其耐盐雾时间获得大幅提升。

1.一种水性陶瓷防腐涂料组合物,其特征在于,按质量百分比包括以下组分:化合物A1-10%、无机颜料1-5%、防锈颜料5-10%、水性树脂20-40%、乳化剂1-10%、纳米陶瓷5-15%、余量为水;所述化合物A的结构式如下:

7.根据权利要求1所述的水性陶瓷防腐涂料组合物,其特征在于,所述纳米陶瓷为纳米二氧化硅、纳米碳化硅、纳米三氧化二铝中的任一种或任意质量比的两种以上混合物。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述水性陶瓷防腐涂料组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将各组分按照质量比混合,搅拌均匀后研磨至粒度为0.5~10μm,即可得到所述水性陶瓷防腐涂料组合物。
