Abstract

锰过氧化物酶在霉菌毒素脱毒上的应用,具体地,本发明提供了五种锰过氧化物酶(MnP‑1、MnP‑2、MnP‑4、MnP‑5和MnP‑6)及其基因和应用。本发明提供了五种来源于木质纤维素降解菌的锰过氧化物酶(MnP‑1、MnP‑2、MnP‑4、MnP‑5和MnP‑6),其氨基酸序列如SEQ ID NO.1、SEQ ID NO.4、SEQ ID NO.7、SEQ ID NO.10和SEQ ID NO.13所示。
