Abstract
一种活动椅子使用一种窄脊梁框架结构,它具有
一个上部(11)和一个叉开的下部(12),用一个关节铰
链装置(14)连接起来。该框架含有一个椅座支承构

Description
本发明涉及诸如推椅和轮椅这类的活动椅子。传统推椅具有小后轮并设计成由一个站在椅子后面的人来操纵,这种椅子不是设计给坐在椅子里的人来操纵的,除非是机动的。传统轮椅有大后轮,由坐在椅子里的人来转动。轮椅可由坐在椅子里的人操纵或由站在椅子后面的人来操纵。
活动椅子由于它们的大小与重量通常是难以操纵的,此外,活动椅子的设计结构不让推椅子的人的脚放进椅子下面,因而要求推椅的人伸长手臂来推椅子,或是走小步,两样对推者都是不舒服的。活动椅子的重量影响它的惯性和操纵这椅子所需的力量。椅子越轻,操纵、起动和停止越容易。先有技术的活动椅子的框架是死的,不能让装在其上的椅座各个按体配制以适应使用者。没有设施来将椅子的椅座较快地向后靠或是将椅座相对水平的方向改变。
G1,447,949(orthokinetics)公开了一种轮椅,该轮椅是特别为儿童设计的,它发明了一种简化活动轮椅的运动方法。该专利公开的椅子的一个问题是它设计复杂、制造成本高和椅子重量大。此外,该椅子的椅座不能调整,也不能使推者的脚在椅子下活动。
DE3,333,570(kuschall)描述了一种轮椅,它可允许乘客的脚在椅子下活动。但问题是该椅子的椅座不能调整,大量不同尺寸的构件使椅子很重并难以操纵。
因此,本发明提供一种活动椅子的框架,它具有后轮和至少一个前轮,框架被布置成在前轮和后轮之间支承椅座,并支承着操纵椅子的把手,其特征包括:
一个大致上窄的脊梁构件被设置在其上部支承把手并具有支架用来将后轮固定到其叉开的下部上;
有一个椅座支承构件从脊梁构件上下部分之间伸展出来,用来支承一个椅座在其上面;还有一个前构件从椅座支承构件朝下伸展以支承其末端,前构件在其下端至少连接有一个前轮。
脊梁构件最好带关节使其上部跟椅座支承构件之间的角度可以改变。
该关节接合最好含有一个双铰链装置将上下部连接在一起并构成下部的一部分,其中脊梁构件上部连接到第一铰链上而一个支撑构件则连接到跟第一铰链错开的第二铰链上,因而,将支撑构件固定到上部就能保持住上下部之间的相对角度。
椅座支承构件最好可卸开地连接到脊梁构件下部双铰链装置部位。
后轮支架最好是可调的以改变脊梁构件下部的有效高度。
后轮支架最好利用后轮轴围绕一个偏置轴线旋转来实现高度的改变。
该高度变化最好导致椅座支承构件相对于水平的角度有一个约12°的变化。
该脊梁构件上部、椅座支承构件与前构件最好用同样的铝型材制成,每个具有至少一个槽设置来容纳用来将支撑构件、把手、搁脚板和椅座安装装置分别固定到框架上的螺栓的头部。

从图1、2与3可见,活动椅子框架含有一个具有上部11与分叉下部12的窄的脊梁构件10。一个支撑构件或杠杆13一端连接到脊梁构件的上部而另一端则连接到构成脊梁构件下部一部分的关节铰链装置上。一个椅座支承构件15从铰链装置14伸展。这椅座支承构件的末端支承在一个连接到前轮装置17的前构件16上。前轮装置可以装有单独一个轮或如图所示的两个轮。前轮装置可以旋转使活动椅子能控制方向。
脊梁构件下部12两边叉开形成一个叉子,在最佳实施例中脊梁构件成倒Y形。倒Y的下端装有后轮支架18,后轮19就装在其上。后轮支架18可以转动使后轮转移到图1虚线所示的一个新的位置20上。
椅座支承构件15通过榫槽接合装置可卸开地连接到脊梁构件10上,榫舌(未示出)构成椅座支承构件的一部分并配装在脊梁构件下部的槽里。榫舌用一个手拧螺钉21固定在槽内。
图4更清晰地示出了铰链14。从图中可见,铰链含有一个具有一个通槽26的主体25。槽26设置来容纳椅座支承构件的榫舌。铰链本体顶表面设置来靠接椅座支承构件15。铰链有两个侧臂27,上面各设置有一组孔28用来支承两根轴29与30。轴29将上部11连接到铰链上而轴30将支撑构件13连接到铰链上。用这样的结构使支撑构件与上部都能绕相应轴线自由摆动。但是由于两轴在支撑构件13固定到上部时是错开的,这就形成了一个三角形桁架,防止了上部11也防止了支撑构件13绕各自轴线转动。最佳实施例使用一种含有两个沿表面伸展的挤出的槽31的铝型材,每个槽31是设置来容纳一个螺栓的头部的。支撑构件用两个螺栓32放入相应的槽内并穿过支撑构件上的相应孔固定到上部11上,螺母拧到螺栓上以牢固地将两构件紧固在一起。要让上部摆动以改变上部与下部间的角度,就要松开两个螺栓32让支撑构件沿上部下表面滑动,同时螺栓32亦在相应的槽31内滑动。
由于铰链14是牢靠地附装在下部12上而椅座支承构件15是牢靠地附装在铰链14上,上部下部间相对角度的改变也改变了上部11与椅座支承构件15间的相对角度,因此活动椅子所用的椅座可以有一个相对于座部可活动的座背,或是座背与座部做成两件,直接装到活动椅子的框架的适当部分上。
椅座支承构件15与前构件16都是用跟上部11所用的同一种铝型材制成,挤出的槽提供手段来将椅座固定到框架上。搁脚板可以同样地固定到前构件上,并且由于有了槽结构其高度可以容易地调节。操纵椅子的把手同样地固定到脊梁构件上部11的上部。虽然最佳实施例所用铝型材用了两个槽,但是任何其它数目的槽、包括单个槽都可以用,这并没有脱离开本发明的精神。同样,虽然示出了两个前轮,但是前轮装置可包含一个单轮,前轮不管是一个或是两个都是可旋转地装到前构件上使活动椅子可以控制方向。
后轮通过相应的轮子支架18装到脊梁构件的叉形下部。图7更清楚地示出,每个后轮支架含有截面基本上是U形的主体40。具有一个轮19的轴43装在其中的孔42的臂41摆动地装到主体40上并在其两腿之间通过。该臂41在一端摆动地连接到支架主体40上,并且这样设置使它可在轮轴43在枢轴轴线前面的第一位置与轮轴43在枢轴轴线后面的第二位置之间摆动,使加到后轮支架上的下向压力将臂41压靠着支架主体40,从而防止下向力转动臂41。
从此可以看出,后轮不会从一个定位转到另一定位,不受施加在活动椅子上的下向力的影响。要改变定位只需要将活动椅子提起,使需换向的后轮不受力,后轮就可以从一个位置转动到另一位置。可以将椅子的两轮同时撬离地面来换向,也可简单地将椅子斜向一边使一个轮子悬空而进行换向。将换完向的轮子搁回地面,随后将椅子朝另一方向倾斜把另一个轮子换成同一朝向。用这样的结构就不需用锁销,但是,如果前向的定位离枢轴轴线的距离不够大,最好还是装上一个锁销来防止意外的定位改变。同样,可以在支架主体上或臂上设有合适的孔,加上锁销就能使后轮保持在更多个位置上。
后轮位置的改变使椅座支架构件跟水平面之间的相对角度能被改变。改变后轮位置就改变了脊梁构件10的下部12的有效高度。由于前构件的高度保持恒定,椅座支承构件对水平面的相对角度就被改变了。改变前构件的高度而保持下部的高度恒定可得同样效果。臂41可以用来装一个活动椅子的后轮的制动装置。
如图8所示的安装板块45用螺栓连接到椅座支承构件15的槽31里。安装板块45有让螺栓通过的孔46。还设有其他孔47,椅座的支承就用埋头螺钉或止动螺钉(未示出)紧固住。另一方案是椅座安装架可以直接栓接到椅座支承构件15的槽31内。
前构件16的槽31同样容纳用来装搁脚板的安装板块的螺栓,使用槽31可以改变搁脚板的高度以适应使用者。使用安装板块令搁脚板可以从前构件16拉开设置,也是为了适应使用者的个别的要求。
安装板块45、上部11、椅座支承构件15与前构件16可用空心铝合金型材以降低框架的重量而保持住强度。同时,提供了一种经济上合算的制造构架的方法。
应当理解到所述活动椅子框架可以用大轮作为轮椅或用小轮作为推椅。两种结构的区别只在于脊梁构件的下部12的长度的改变。
Claims (8)
1、一种活动椅子的框架,具有:后轮和至少一个前轮,框架布置成在前轮和后轮之间支承椅座,并支承操纵椅子的把手,其特征在于:
一个大致上窄的脊梁构件(10)被设置在其上部(11)支承把手并具有支架(18)用来将后轮(19)固定到其叉开的下部(12)上,
一个椅座支承构件(15)从脊梁构件的上下部分之间伸展出来,用来在其上支承一个椅座,
一个前构件(16)从椅座支承构件朝下伸展以支承其前端,前构件在其下端至少连接有一个前轮(17)。
2、按权利要求1的一种框架,其特征在于椅座支承构件(15)可卸开地连接到脊梁构件的下部(12)上。
3、按权利要求1或2的一种框架,其特征在于脊梁构件(10)是带关节的,使脊梁构件的上部(11)跟椅座支承构件(15)之间的角度可以改变。
4、按权利要求3的一种框架,其特征在于该关节接合含有一个双铰链装置(14)将上下部连接在一起并构成下部(12)的一部分,其中脊梁构件上部连接到铰链的第一轴(29)而一个支撑构件(13)则连接到跟第一轴错开的铰链的第二轴(30),因而将支撑构件(13)固定到上部(11)上就保持住上下部之间的相对角度。
5、按以上权利要求的任一项的一种框架,其特征在于后轮支架(18)可以调整以改变脊梁构件的下部(12)的有效高度。
6、按权利要求5的一种框架,其特征在于后轮支架(18)利用后轮(14)的轴(43)围绕一偏置轴线旋转来实现高度的改变。
7、按权利要求5的一种框架,其特征在于该高度变化导致椅座支承构件对水平的角度有一个约12°的变化。
8、按前述任一项权利要求的一种框架,其特征在于脊梁构件的上部、椅座支承构件(15)和前构件(16)用同样的铝型材制成,每个具有至少一个槽(31)设置来容纳用来将支撑构件(13)、把手、搁脚板和椅座安装装置分别固定到框架上的螺栓的头部。
