Abstract
本发明是一种对牛仔服的涂层用印花胶浆,包含添加剂和载体,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%乙烯砜型环氧树脂基高分子活性染料,10~35%丙烯酸酯粘合剂,1~10%丙烯酸酯粘合剂,0~3%保湿剂,0~2.5%稳定剂,5~20%着色剂,10~20%增稠剂,30~60%催化剂,通过本方法制备的产品,可以形成稳定的网状结构,进一步提高其各项色牢度。即对需印花的部位先行溶解掉防水涂层,再行印花并形成新的防水涂层,可以直接在涂层牛仔布上进行印花,且经水洗、石磨处理后仍能获得良好的各项色牢度。

技术领域
本发明公开了一种对牛仔服的涂层用印花胶浆。
背景技术
涂层牛仔布是在牛仔布表面均匀涂布能形成薄膜的高分子化合物,使织物改变外观、风格或赋予各种功能,现在常用的普通牛仔布印花胶浆为水性印花浆,用普通牛仔布印花胶浆在涂层牛仔布上进行印花,因为涂层牛仔布防水性涂层的存在,普通牛仔布印花胶浆无法和布面纤维粘合,牛仔服装经过水洗、石磨等处理后印花的胶浆皮膜会大面积脱落,各项色牢度都极低。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种对牛仔服的涂层用印花胶浆,可以形成稳定的网状结构,进一步提高其各项色牢度,即对需印花的部位先行溶解掉防水涂层,再行印花并形成新的防水涂层,可以直接在涂层牛仔布上进行印花,且经水洗、石磨处理后仍能获得良好的各项色牢度。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种对牛仔服的涂层用印花胶浆,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%乙烯砜型环氧树脂基高分子活性染料,10~35%丙烯酸酯粘合剂,1~10%丙烯酸酯粘合剂, 0~3%保湿剂,0~2.5%稳定剂,5~20%着色剂,10~20%增稠剂,30~60%催化剂。
有益效果:通过本方法制备的产品,可以形成稳定的网状结构,进一步提高其各项色牢度,即对需印花的部位先行溶解掉防水涂层,再行印花并形成新的防水涂层,可以直接在涂层牛仔布上进行印花,且经水洗、石磨处理后仍能获得良好的各项色牢度。

实施例1
一种对牛仔服的涂层用印花胶浆,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5%乙烯砜型环氧树脂基高分子活性染料,10%丙烯酸酯粘合剂,1%丙烯酸酯粘合剂,1%保湿剂,1%稳定剂,5%着色剂,10%增稠剂,30%催化剂,此时各色相牢度不足。
实施例2
一种对牛仔服的涂层用印花胶浆,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:6%乙烯砜型环氧树脂基高分子活性染料,35%丙烯酸酯粘合剂,10%丙烯酸酯粘合剂,3%保湿剂,2.5%稳定剂,20%着色剂,20%增稠剂,60%催化剂,此时所需成本较高,性价比不高。
实施例3
一种对牛仔服的涂层用印花胶浆,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:4%乙烯砜型环氧树脂基高分子活性染料,23%丙烯酸酯粘合剂,5%丙烯酸酯粘合剂, 1.5%保湿剂,1.25%稳定剂,13%着色剂,15%增稠剂,45%催化剂,此时可以形成稳定的网状结构,进一步提高其各项色牢度,即对需印花的部位先行溶解掉防水涂层,再行印花并形成新的防水涂层,可以直接在涂层牛仔布上进行印花,且经水洗、石磨处理后仍能获得良好的各项色牢度。

1.一种对牛仔服的涂层用印花胶浆,包含添加剂和载体,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%乙烯砜型环氧树脂基高分子活性染料,10~35%丙烯酸酯粘合剂,1~10%丙烯酸酯粘合剂,0~3%保湿剂,0~2.5%稳定剂,5~20%着色剂,10~20%增稠剂,30~60%催化剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的对牛仔服的涂层用印花胶浆,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5%乙烯砜型环氧树脂基高分子活性染料,10%丙烯酸酯粘合剂,1%丙烯酸酯粘合剂,1%保湿剂,1%稳定剂,5%着色剂,10%增稠剂,30%催化剂。
