The HDPE water supply pipe processing and conveying device is characterized by comprising a supporting seat (1), wherein the supporting seat (1) is of a cuboid structure with the upper surface and the lower surface communicated, two conveying mechanisms (4) are arranged above the supporting seat (1), the two conveying mechanisms (4) are symmetrically distributed, and a plurality of supporting rollers (2) are arranged on the inner side of the supporting seat (1);
the conveying mechanism (4) comprises a top plate (41) and a bottom plate (46) which are distributed up and down, three fixing rods (45) are vertically fixed between the top plate (41) and the bottom plate (46), the upper end and the lower end of the fixing rod (45) are respectively welded and fixed with the top plate (41) and the bottom plate (46), two driving wheels (42) are arranged between the top plate (41) and the bottom plate (46), and the two driving wheels (42) are respectively positioned at the edges of two sides of the upper surface of the bottom plate (46), two ends of the driving wheel (42) are respectively and rotationally connected with the top plate (41) and the bottom plate (46), a transmission motor (44) is fixedly arranged at one side edge of the upper surface of the top plate (41), an output shaft end of the transmission motor (44) is fixedly connected with an end part of one of the transmission wheels (42), and the outer sides of the two transmission wheels (42) are sleeved with transmission belts (43);
a first connecting lug (6) and a second connecting lug (7) are fixedly installed on the bottom surface of the bottom plate (46), a first threaded rod (8) is horizontally arranged on the inner side of the supporting seat (1), two ends of the first threaded rod (8) are respectively connected to the inner walls of two sides of the supporting seat (1) in a rotating mode, a first motor (3) is fixedly installed on the outer wall of the supporting seat (1), the output shaft end of the first motor (3) is fixedly connected with one end of the first threaded rod (8), and the first threaded rod (8) is in threaded connection with the first connecting lug (6);

the threads at the two ends of the first threaded rod (8) are symmetrically distributed;
the first connecting lug (6) is provided with a threaded hole and a mounting hole, the mounting hole and the threaded hole are vertically distributed, the second connecting lug (7) is also provided with a mounting hole, the threaded hole is in threaded fit with the first threaded rod (8), the inner side of the supporting seat (1) is also provided with two guide rods (5), two ends of the two guide rods (5) are respectively welded and fixed with the inner walls of two sides of the supporting seat (1), and the two guide rods (5) are respectively arranged on the inner sides of the first connecting lug (6) and the second connecting lug (7) through corresponding mounting holes;

the working steps of the conveying device are as follows:
step one, during processing, a HDPE water supply pipe is placed on a supporting roller (2), the HDPE water supply pipe is located between two conveying mechanisms (4), a first motor (3) is started, an output shaft of the first motor (3) rotates and drives a first threaded rod (8) to rotate, the first threaded rod (8) simultaneously drives two first connecting lugs (6) in threaded connection with the first threaded rod to move oppositely and drives the two conveying mechanisms (4) to move oppositely, so that driving belts (43) on two sides of the HDPE water supply pipe clamp and fix the HDPE water supply pipe, two driving motors (44) are started simultaneously, the rotating directions of the output shafts of the two driving motors (44) are opposite, the driving motors (44) drive driving wheels (42) connected with the driving motors to rotate and drive the driving belts (43) to rotate, and the two driving belts (43) drive the HDPE water supply pipe in close contact with the driving belts to move;
step two, when one end of the HDPE water supply pipe extends to the upper part of the cross rod (9), two moving cylinders (25) are started, the two moving cylinders (25) respectively drive two sliding tables (10) to move oppositely, two first cylinders (12) are started simultaneously, output rods of the two first cylinders (12) extend out and drive the supporting plate (14) to swing upwards, one side of the supporting plate (14) is abutted to the bottom of the HDPE water supply pipe to support the HDPE water supply pipe, a second motor (17) is started, the second motor (17) drives a second threaded rod (16) to rotate, the second threaded rod (16) drives the connecting seat (19) to lift, and drives the lifting sleeve (18) to lift, so that the fixing clamp plate (21) moves to the two sides of the end part of the HDPE water supply pipe along the vertical direction, the second cylinders (20) on the two sides are started simultaneously, the output rods of the two second cylinders (20) extend out and drive the fixing clamp plate (21) to fix the HDPE water supply pipe, HDPE service pipes were processed.
