背景技术
粗饲料经过微生物发酵而制成的饲料为发酵饲料,粗饲料中富含纤维素,半纤维素,果胶物质,木质素等粗纤维和蛋白质,但难以被动物直接消化吸收,动物吃了会增加肠道负担,引起肠道疾病,该产品不但可以弥补常规饲料中容易缺乏的氨基酸,而且能使其它粗饲料原料营养成份迅速转化,达到增强消化吸收利用效果。
发酵饲料是以微生物、复合酶为生物饲料发酵剂菌种,将饲料原料转化为微生物菌体蛋白、生物活性小肽类氨基酸、微生物活性益生菌、复合酶制剂为一体生物发酵饲料。该产品不但可以弥补常规饲料中容易缺乏的氨基酸,而且能使其它粗饲料原料营养成份迅速转化,达到增强消化吸收利用效果。
传统的牛羊养殖用的饲料,无法提升牛羊自身抗病能力,导致牲畜在养殖的过程中容易发生病亡。

步骤1:主原料和副原料分选,分选包括筛选和磁选过程,主原料包括;秆粉、瓜藤粉、水果渣、干蔗渣、谷壳粉、统糠,副原料包括:菜粕、棉粕,豆粕、蓖麻饼;
步骤2:配料,取主原料的各组份质量比为:秆粉35~47份、瓜藤粉17~26份、水果渣9~25份、干蔗渣7~13份、谷壳粉26~43份、统糠19~26份,取副原料的各组份质量比为:菜粕9~13份、棉粕5~9份,豆粕3~7份、蓖麻饼11~15份,添加剂9~13份;
步骤3:混合调质,取用步骤2制得的主原料和副原料加入清水充分混合调质,然后灭菌备用;
步骤4:固态发酵,将步骤三制得的混合料加入复合酶制剂,混匀后装入发酵设施中密封发酵,5-7天后发酵成功,得到发酵饲料;
步骤5:冷却、干燥、破碎、膨化、分级,将干燥后的发酵物料粉碎至35目,通过膨化进行后熟化处理,再粉碎形成质地均匀的粉末成品。
优选的,步骤2杆粉、水果渣和谷壳粉的重量比为:3:1:2.2。
优选的,步骤4复合酶制剂包含以下重量百分比的组分纤维素酶13~24%、淀粉酶20~27%、葡聚糖酶13~18%、和微生物蛋白酶23~29%所组成。

作为本发明的一种实施方式;马齿苋2~6份、蒲公英3~8份、车前草3~5份、龙胆草1~2份。马齿苋,对痢疾杆菌、大肠杆菌、伤寒、副伤寒杆菌等有明显的抗菌作用,还有兴奋平滑肌和利尿的作用,在饲料中添加蒲公英干粉,具有清热、凉血、消肿解毒、助消化、健脾胃的功能。车前草能增进食欲,促进生长,可预防消化道及呼吸道的各种疾病,特别是对猪链球菌病,治疗效果尤佳。车前草可预防和治疗各种炎症、尿血、皮肤疮毒、呼吸道疾病,并可治疗热病痢病等。龙胆草能促进猪胃酸分泌,使游离酸增加,有健胃和促进消化作用,猪常喂龙胆草可提高食欲,同时结合发酵能够提升23%-40%的药用价值。
作为本发明的一种实施方式:添加剂中马齿苋、蒲公英、车前草、龙胆草均为230目。能够提升牲畜肠胃的吸收速率,增加添加剂中药物的利用率。
作为本发明的一种实施方式:苎麻3~7份、马齿苋4~9份、番茄红素2~4.5份、车前草5~11份。苎麻根对人体有很大的好处,去除的苎麻叶营养成分丰富而全面,粗蛋白含量较高,头、二、三麻分别为23.5%、23.3%和14.7%,还含八种人畜所需的氨基酸,其中赖氨酸1.35%、苏氨酸1.12%、氨酸1.48%、异亮氨酸1.15%、丙氨酸1.39%、谷氨酸2.83%、蛋氨酸1.37%,胡萝卜素在100毫克/千克以上,凉血止血、散瘀消肿、解毒能够做到废物利用,龙胆草清热燥湿、泻肝胆火、促进消化,增加动物的进食频率,增加生长速度,改善肉类品质。
经过发酵的添加剂中的各种药物成分,能够在后期的发酵过程中,极大程度的提升药用品质,增加其药用价值。
Claims (7)
1.一种牛羊发酵饲料,其特征在于:由以下步骤发酵制成:
步骤1:主原料和副原料分选,分选包括筛选和磁选过程,主原料包括;秆粉、瓜藤粉、水果渣、干蔗渣、谷壳粉、统糠,副原料包括:菜粕、棉粕,豆粕、蓖麻饼;
步骤2:配料,取主原料的各组份质量比为:秆粉35~47份、瓜藤粉17~26份、水果渣9~25份、干蔗渣7~13份、谷壳粉26~43份、统糠19~26份,取副原料的各组份质量比为:菜粕9~13份、棉粕5~9份,豆粕3~7份、蓖麻饼11~15份,添加剂9~13份;
步骤3:混合调质,取用步骤2制得的主原料和副原料加入清水充分混合调质,然后灭菌备用;
步骤4:固态发酵,将步骤三制得的混合料加入复合酶制剂,混匀后装入发酵设施中密封发酵,5-7天后发酵成功,得到发酵饲料;
步骤5:冷却、干燥、破碎、膨化、分级,将干燥后的发酵物料粉碎至35目,通过膨化进行后熟化处理,再粉碎形成质地均匀的粉末成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛羊发酵饲料,其特征在于:步骤2杆粉、水果渣和谷壳粉的重量比为:3:1:2.2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛羊发酵饲料,其特征在于:步骤4复合酶制剂包含以下重量百分比的组分纤维素酶13~24%、淀粉酶20~27%、葡聚糖酶13~18%、和微生物蛋白酶23~29%所组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛羊发酵饲料,其特征在于:步骤4发酵采用水浴加热,加热温度为:21-25℃,发酵起始pH为:5.8-6.2。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛羊发酵饲料,其特征在于:添加剂重量比分为;马齿苋2~6份、蒲公英3~8份、车前草3~5份、龙胆草1~2份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种牛羊发酵饲料,其特征在于:添加剂中马齿苋、蒲公英、车前草、龙胆草均为230目。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛羊发酵饲料,其特征在于:添加剂重量比分为;苎麻3~7份、马齿苋4~9份、番茄红素2~4.5份、车前草5~11份。
