Abstract

本发明公开了一种纺织用高耐洗氟素防水加工剂,按重量份计,包括下述组分:A组分70~80份、交联剂20~30份及冰醋酸0~1份,其中:所述A组分按重量份计包括六碳氟系烷基丙烯酸酯30~35份、表面活性剂1~2份、丙醇醚9~10份、冰醋酸0.1~0.5份及去离子水54~56份,所述交联剂按重量份计包括聚氨基甲酸树脂40~50份和去离子水50~60份。本发明纺织用高耐洗氟素防水加工剂中不含八碳氟系烷基丙烯酸酯,且无PFOS、PFOA等环境有害物质,符合环保要求;本发明纺织用高耐洗氟素防水加工剂中A组分经测试具有优异的防水效果,通过交联剂以更牢固的键结于面料纤维上,提供优异的耐洗性,可广泛应用于各种内外销纺织用品。

Description

一种纺织用高耐洗氟素防水加工剂
技术领域
本发明涉及氟素防水加工剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种纺织用高耐洗氟素防水加工剂。
背景技术
氟素防水剂是目前纺织染整行业常用的防水加工助剂,特别是用于一些高防水、防油防护需求的机能服饰。现有氟素防水剂产品的成分主要分为为八碳氟系树脂、六碳氟系树脂、或是四碳氟系树脂。八碳氟系树脂的防水剂产品防水防油性能最好。但产品含有PFOS、PFOA等有害物质,目前已不被国际市场所接受。六碳氟系树脂的防水剂产品不含PFOS、PFOA。符合国际环保法规,但效果差于八碳产品。四碳氟系树脂的防水剂产品则是更环保,但目前技术不成熟,效果远逊于八碳或六碳防水剂产品。因此,目前八碳与六碳氟系树脂的纺织防水剂是目前市场上的主流产品,使用六碳的氟系防水剂的纺织品才能外销出口。
现有六碳氟系防水剂的防水性能与八碳氟系防水剂相比较差,在无特殊要求的情况下,提高六碳氟系防水剂的用量也可达到八碳氟系防水剂的防水效能。但目前高机能性的防水纺织品都有一定的耐洗性要求,现有六碳氟系防水剂耐洗效果与八碳氟系防水剂相比较差,多在0-10次之间,提高六碳氟系防水剂的用量并不能解决耐洗性差的问题,因此,亟需开发一种耐洗防水的六碳氟系防水剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有碳氟系防水剂存在的缺陷,提供一种纺织用高耐洗氟素防水加工剂,具有优异的防水性、耐洗性,可广泛应用于各种内外销纺织用品。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种纺织用高耐洗氟素防水加工剂,按重量份计,包括下述组分:A组分70~80份、交联剂20~30份及冰醋酸0~1份,其中:所述A组分按重量份计包括六碳氟系烷基丙烯酸酯30~35份、表面活性剂1~2份、丙醇醚9~10份、冰醋酸0.1~0.5份及去离子水54~56份。
进一步的,所述交联剂按重量份计包括聚氨基甲酸树脂40~50份和去离子水50~60份。
进一步的,所述A组分中表面活性剂为十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基三甲基醋酸铵、十二烷基硫酸钠、TX—10中的一种或多种。
与现有技术相比,本发明实现的有益效果:本发明纺织用高耐洗氟素防水加工剂中不含八碳氟系烷基丙烯酸酯,且无PFOS、PFOA等环境有害物质,符合环保要求;本发明纺织用高耐洗氟素防水加工剂中A组分经测试具有优异的防水效果,通过交联剂以更牢固的键结于面料纤维上,提供优异的耐洗性,可广泛应用于各种内外销纺织用品。
具体实施方式
下面,用实施例来进一步说明本发明内容,但本发明的保护范围并不仅限于实施例。对本领域的技术人员在不背离本发明精神和保护范围的情况下做出的其它的变化和修改,仍包括在本发明保护范围之内。
实施例1
一种纺织用高耐洗氟素防水加工剂,按重量份计,包括下述组分:A组分75份、交联剂24.9份及冰醋酸0.1份,其中:所述A组分按重量份计包括六碳氟系烷基丙烯酸酯33.4份、十二烷基硫酸钠1.5份、丙醇醚9.8份、冰醋酸0.2份及去离子水55.1份,所述交联剂按重量份计包括聚氨基甲酸树脂44份和去离子水56份。
实施例2
利用实施例1所得纺织用高耐洗氟素防水加工剂与现有六碳氟系防水剂FF-99进行耐洗涤测试、易去污测试、防水测试、防油测试。
测试标准:耐洗涤测试:GB/T 8629-88,ATCC 135-2012
防水测试:GB/T 4745,AATCC 22-2001
测试方法:将实施例1所得纺织用高耐洗氟素防水加工剂与现有六碳氟系防水剂FF-99分别加水稀释后得到两种药剂:1、蓝色锦纶梭织布分别经浸轧上述两种药剂(3.5kg/cm2),烘培定型后利用上述测试标准进行测试;2、黑色涤纶涤纶布分别经浸轧上述两种药剂(3.5kg/cm2),烘培定型(160℃x100sec)后利用上述测试标准进行测试。
测试结果如表1所示。

如表1所示,本发明测试结果为:初始防水效果为100分,10次洗后防水效果为90分,20次洗后防水效果为80分;现有六碳氟系防水剂FF-99测试结果为:初始防水效果为100分,10次洗后防水效果为90分,20次洗后防水效果为80分。
结果显示,本发明与现有六碳氟系防水剂相比具有优异的防水性及耐洗性。

1.一种纺织用高耐洗氟素防水加工剂,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括下述组分:A组分70~80份、交联剂20~30份及冰醋酸0~1份,其中:
所述A组分按重量份计包括六碳氟系烷基丙烯酸酯30~35份、表面活性剂1~2份、丙醇醚9~10份、冰醋酸0.1~0.5份及去离子水54~56份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种纺织用高耐洗氟素防水加工剂,其特征在于,所述交联剂按重量份计包括聚氨基甲酸树脂40~50份和去离子水50~60份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种纺织用高耐洗氟素防水加工剂,其特征在于,所述A组分中表面活性剂为十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基三甲基醋酸铵、十二烷基硫酸钠、TX—10中的一种或多种。
