wherein, the natural cotton fiber is formed by combining 90 single-strand natural cotton fibers;
the rayon is prepared by extracting pure alpha-cellulose from a cellulose raw material, treating the alpha-cellulose with caustic soda and carbon disulfide to obtain orange-yellow sodium xanthate, and dissolving the orange-yellow sodium xanthate in a dilute sodium hydroxide solution to obtain viscose. The viscose is obtained by wet spinning after filtration, ripening and defoaming.
The preparation method of the imitated silk knitted fabric comprises the following steps:
processing of S1 blended yarn: processing natural cotton fibers and rayon into blended yarns through a spinning process;
processing of S2 yarns: taking the composite yarn as a main raw material, taking the blended yarn auxiliary raw material prepared in the step S1, and combining the composite yarn and the blended yarn together to form a net yarn;
s3 knitting processing: knitting the interlaced yarn prepared in the step S2 into double-sided knitted fabric on a double-sided circular knitting machine;
s4 dyeing and finishing: finishing the double-sided knitted fabric prepared in the step S3 by using a finishing agent and natural dye through a one-bath method to obtain a silk-like knitted fabric;
wherein the blended yarn in the step S1 is 30SThe combed compact siro-spun blended yarn has a twist coefficient of 415;
wherein, the space between the net wires in the step S2 is 37 mm;
the step S3 knitting processing is to knit the yarns processed by the composite yarns and the blended yarns into double-sided knitted fabrics on a double-sided circular knitting machine;
wherein the double-sided knitted fabric is a double-rib fabric or a 2+2 rib fabric;
wherein the finishing agent in the step S4 comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 7 parts of aqueous polyurethane adhesive, 7 parts of sodium hydroxide, 2 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 2 parts of bentonite, 0.4 part of microcapsule slow-release emollient, 0.8 part of citric acid and 2.5 parts of dispersing agent;
wherein, the dyeing temperature in the step S4 is 88 ℃, and the dyeing time is 70 min.
The surface of the silk-like knitted fabric of the invention presents an obvious pure polyester fabric style, is not wrinkled and is anti-pilling, and the silk-like knitted fabric manufactured by using the composite silk, the natural cotton fiber and the rayon as raw materials has soft hand feeling and good dropping feeling.
The preparation method of the imitated silk knitted fabric obtains the imitated silk knitted fabric through four steps of blended yarn processing, knitting processing and dyeing finishing, the method is low in production cost, and the imitated silk knitted fabric has the advantages of synthetic fiber and natural fiber fabric, so that the imitated silk knitted fabric can be widely applied to manufacturing bedding, underwear, curtains, decorative cloth, sportswear and the like.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
