背景技术
油茶茶科,油茶属常绿小乔木。因其种子可榨油(茶油)供食用,故名,茶油色清味香,营养丰富,耐贮藏,是优质食用油,也可作为润滑油、防锈油用于工业,茶饼既是农药,又是肥料,可提高农田蓄水能力和防治稻田害虫,果皮是提制栲胶的原料,叶部含有花黄素、茶碱等,是医药工业的原料,木材可做小型农具。
油茶籽是我国特有的木本油料,在我国南方分布很广,从油茶中提取的茶油具有很高的营养价格和保健功能,它能增强血管弹性和韧性、延缓动脉硬化,增加肠胃吸收功能,促进内分泌,防治神经功能下降,提高人体免疫力等,其脂肪酸组成与橄榄油相似,有东方橄榄油之称。因此,茶油在我国有很大的市场空间。干燥是油茶籽加工利用的第一道工序,对油茶籽的品质、出油率和油脂的品质有重要影响。长期以来,茶油主要是农户自种、自收、自管,进行作坊式榨油。
茶油营养丰富,含脂肪酸(不饱和脂肪酸93%,其中油酸82%,亚油酸11%)、山茶甙、茶多酚、皂甙、鞣质,及富含抗氧化剂和具有消炎功效的角鲨烯,角鲨烯与黄酮类物质,对抗癌有着极佳的作用。山茶油还富含维生素E和钙、铁、锌等微量元素,被医学家和营养学家誉为“生命之花”的锌元素,含量是大豆油的10倍,茶油中所含氨基酸的种类是所有食用油中最多的,且茶油中不含芥酸,胆固醇、黄曲霉素和其它添加剂,经测试:茶油中不饱和脂肪酸高达90%以上,油酸达到80-83%,亚油酸达到7-13%,并富含蛋白质和维生素A、B、D、E等,尤其是它所含的丰富的亚麻酸是人体必需而又不能合成的,经科学鉴定,茶油的油酸及亚油酸含量均高于橄榄油。
山茶油的制作过程可分为:去壳,晒干,粉碎,榨油,过滤,全过程均为物理方法,在榨油过滤的工序中,油渣分离的及时与否将直接影响山茶油的酸值和色泽,现有的技术难以保障在大处理量的同时能迅速彻底过滤,过滤影响油品的质量。存在以下缺陷:过滤时温度过低,压力不够使过滤周期长,严重影响了油品质量。

实施例1:一种山茶油的加热空压过滤装置,过滤机本体1由罐体2、顶盖3、进料口4、进料阀5、滤板6、电热层7、滤孔8、贮油仓9、出油口10、出油阀11、进气阀12、进气管13和空压机14组成,过滤机本体1的圆柱筒体的罐体2上设有可密封的活动连接的顶盖3,顶盖3上设有可向罐内充入空气的进气阀12,进气阀12通过进气管13连接在空压机14上;罐体2的筒体上设有电加热的电热层7,罐体2上设有输入粗茶油的进料口4,进料口4上设有关闭其进料的进料阀5,罐体2内设有过滤粗茶油的滤板6,滤板6上设有过滤茶油的滤孔8,罐体2内下设有贮存过滤后茶油的贮油仓9,贮油仓9底部设有导出茶油的出油口10,出油口10上设有关闭其放料的出油阀11,滤板6上设有滤布,出油口10上设有过滤网。
实施例2:一种山茶油的加热空压过滤装置,过滤机本体1由罐体2、顶盖3、进料口4、进料阀5、滤板6、电热层7、滤孔8、贮油仓9、出油口10、出油阀11、进气阀12、进气管13和空压机14组成,过滤机本体1的圆柱筒体的罐体2上设有可密封的活动连接的顶盖3,顶盖3上设有可向罐内充入空气的进气阀12,进气阀12通过进气管13连接在空压机14上;罐体2的筒体上设有电加热的电热层7,罐体2上设有输入粗茶油的进料口4,进料口4上设有关闭其进料的进料阀5,罐体2内设有过滤粗茶油的滤板6,滤板6上设有过滤茶油的滤孔8,罐体2内下设有贮存过滤后茶油的贮油仓9,贮油仓9底部设有导出茶油的出油口10,出油口10上设有关闭其放料的出油阀11,滤板6上设有滤布,出油口10上设有过滤网。所述的顶盖3上设有可将其向上侧开的扣件。
实施例3:一种山茶油的加热空压过滤装置,过滤机本体1由罐体2、顶盖3、进料口4、进料阀5、滤板6、电热层7、滤孔8、贮油仓9、出油口10、出油阀11、进气阀12、进气管13和空压机14组成,过滤机本体1的圆柱筒体的罐体2上设有可密封的活动连接的顶盖3,顶盖3上设有可向罐内充入空气的进气阀12,进气阀12通过进气管13连接在空压机14上;罐体2的筒体上设有电加热的电热层7,罐体2上设有输入粗茶油的进料口4,进料口4上设有关闭其进料的进料阀5,罐体2内设有过滤粗茶油的滤板6,滤板6上设有过滤茶油的滤孔8,罐体2内下设有贮存过滤后茶油的贮油仓9,贮油仓9底部设有导出茶油的出油口10,出油口10上设有关闭其放料的出油阀11,滤板6上设有滤布,出油口10上设有过滤网。所述的顶盖3上设有可将其向上侧开的扣件。所述的贮存罐本体1为不锈钢材料制成。

1.一种山茶油的加热空压过滤装置,其特征在于过滤机本体(1)由罐体(2)、顶盖(3)、进料口(4)、进料阀(5)、滤板(6)、电热层(7)、滤孔(8)、贮油仓(9)、出油口(10)、出油阀(11)、进气阀(12)、进气管(13)和空压机(14)组成,过滤机本体(1)的圆柱筒体的罐体(2)上设有可密封的活动连接的顶盖(3),顶盖(3)上设有可向罐内充入空气的进气阀(12),进气阀(12)通过进气管(13)连接在空压机(14)上;罐体(2)的筒体上设有电加热的电热层(7),罐体(2)上设有输入粗茶油的进料口(4),进料口(4)上设有关闭其进料的进料阀(5),罐体(2)内设有过滤粗茶油的滤板(6),滤板(6)上设有过滤茶油的滤孔(8),罐体(2)内下设有贮存过滤后茶油的贮油仓(9),贮油仓(9)底部设有导出茶油的出油口(10),出油口(10)上设有关闭其放料的出油阀(11)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种山茶油的加热空压过滤装置,其特征在于所述的滤板(6)上设有滤布。
3.按照权利要求1所述的一种山茶油的加热空压过滤装置,其特征在于所述的出油口(10)上设有过滤网。
4.按照权利要求1所述的一种山茶油的加热空压过滤装置,其特征在于所述的顶盖(3)上设有可将其向上侧开的扣件。
5.按照权利要求1所述的一种山茶油的加热空压过滤装置,其特征在于所述的贮存罐本体(1)为不锈钢材料制成。
