本发明涉及胶带技术领域,具体涉及一种温变型阻燃压敏胶带及其制备方法,本发明的温变型阻燃压敏胶带中的压敏胶层包括以下质量百分数的原料:胶体30‑50%、固化剂0.01‑0.05%、溶剂30‑50%、阻燃剂5‑15%和温变颜料5‑15%,本发明的温变颜料的变色范围为100‑150℃,根据颜色变化可以及时预警,让操作人员有时间做出应对,使用安全;本发明所述的温变型阻燃压敏胶带的制备方法,其工艺简单,容易操作,满足了工业化生产需求,且制得的胶带可温变,阻燃性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶带技术领域,特别是涉及一种温变型阻燃压敏胶带及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚酰亚胺胶带是在聚酰亚胺薄膜的一面或两面涂布压敏胶,受热硫化而成的材料,具有优异的机械性能、电性能、耐潮湿及热稳定性能,已被广泛应用于电焊机、变压器及电容器绝缘中。
传统的聚酰亚胺胶带,虽耐高温,但阻燃效果一般,但是聚酰亚胺胶带主要用在高温高压的位置,传统的聚酰亚胺胶带没有遇温变色功能,缺少预警作用,使用不够安全。
鉴于上述技术问题,有必要提供一款新的胶带来更好的解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种温变型阻燃压敏胶带及其制备方法,其具有温变性、强粘性和阻燃性,使用安全。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种温变型阻燃压敏胶带,包括从上至下依次设置的第一离型膜、第一压敏胶层和聚酰亚胺膜层,所述聚酰亚胺膜层背离第一压敏胶层的一面依次设有第二压敏胶层和第二离型膜层,所述第一压敏胶层和所述第二压敏胶层均设为可温变压敏胶层。
对上述技术方案的进一步改进为,第一离型膜层和第二离型膜层均设为PET离型膜,厚度均设为40μm-50μm,聚酰亚胺膜层的厚度设为6μm-50μm,第一压敏胶层和第二压敏胶层的厚度均设为10μm-50μm。
对上述技术方案的进一步改进为,第一压敏胶层和第二压敏胶层为成分相同的压敏胶层,该压敏胶层的压敏胶按照重量份数,由以下质量百分数的原料组成:
胶体30-50%;
固化剂0.01-0.05%;
溶剂30-50%;
阻燃剂5-15%;
温变颜料5-15%。
对上述技术方案的进一步改进为,所述胶体为丙烯酸酯或橡胶中的任一种。
对上述技术方案的进一步改进为,所述固化剂为异氰酸酯固化剂或过氧化氢固化剂。

对上述技术方案的进一步改进为,所述温变材料呈圆球状,粒径为2-7μm。
一种温变型阻燃压敏胶带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:按压敏胶的组份的质量份数称取原料备用;
步骤二:将温变颜料和异丙醇预混,制成温变颜料预混液备用;
步骤三:将胶体、固化剂和溶剂混合,并搅拌均匀;
步骤四:在步骤二的混合液中缓慢加入阻燃剂;
步骤五:在步骤三的混合液中加入步骤四中得到的温变颜料预混液,并搅拌均匀,配制成具有温变性能与阻燃性能的压敏胶胶黏剂;
步骤五:在聚酰亚胺薄膜上单面或双面涂布步骤四中制得的压敏胶胶黏剂,在85-120℃温度范围烘烤干燥2-5min,贴合PET离型膜,收为卷材,即得温变型阻燃压敏胶带。
对上述技术方案的进一步改进为,步骤三中的温变颜料和异丙醇按照质量比1:9预混。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明所述的温变型阻燃压敏胶带,其结构简单,具有良好的温变性能和绝缘性能,本发明使用的聚酰亚胺薄膜为耐高温聚酰亚胺薄膜,耐击穿电压可以达到10kV以上,颜色为透明或琥珀色,在聚酰亚胺薄膜单面或双面涂布温变型压敏胶胶黏剂,压敏胶的类型为丙烯酸酯、橡胶两者之一或包括两者,本发明的压敏胶层中的温变颜料为呈圆球状,平均直径为2~7微米的颗粒,内部是变色物质,在特定温度下因电子转移使该有机物的分子结构发生变化,从而实现颜色转变,这种变色物质不仅颜色鲜艳,而且可以实现从“有色-无色”和“无色-有色”状态的颜色变化,外部是一层厚约0.2~0.5微米既不能溶解也不会融化的透明外壳,有效保护了变色物质免受其他化学物质的侵蚀,本发明的温变颜料的变色范围为100-150℃,当温度高于100℃且低于150℃时,胶面会改变颜色;当温度回落至100度以下时,胶面颜色又恢复原颜色,在变色范围可以及时预警,让操作人员有时间做出应对,本发明的压敏胶层中阻燃剂为含磷阻燃剂、含氮阻燃剂等环保型阻燃剂,可达到UL V0阻燃等级,有效预防粘接处起火情况的发生,使用更为环保安全。
2、本发明所述的温变型阻燃压敏胶带的制备方法,其工艺简单,容易操作,满足了工业化生产需求,且制得的胶带可温变且阻燃性能好。

实施例1:
本实施例所述的温变型阻燃压敏胶带,其压敏胶层由如下重量百分比的原料组成:

实施例1-3的制备方法如下:
步骤一:按质量份数称取原料备用;
步骤二:将温变颜料:异丙醇按质量分数1:9的比例预混,制成温变颜料预混液备用;
步骤三:将胶体、固化剂和溶剂混合,并搅拌均匀;
步骤四:在步骤二的混合液中缓慢加入阻燃剂;
步骤五:在步骤三的混合液中加入温变颜料预混液,并搅拌均匀,配制成具有温变性能与阻燃性能的压敏胶胶黏剂;
步骤五:在50微米聚酰亚胺薄膜上单面涂布步骤四中制得的压敏胶胶黏剂20微米,在85-120℃温度范围烘烤干燥2-5min,贴合PET离型膜,收为卷材,即得单面胶结构成品。
将实施例1-3中制备的胶带在40℃环境下熟化下3天,进行性能测试。
基本性能测试方法:初粘力按GB-4852-2002标准进行测试,剥离强度按GB-2792-2014标准进行测试,残胶采用贴钢板经200℃*1H,目视判断是否残胶,温变测试是将胶带贴敷于加热元件,通过调节加热元件的温度,目视观察胶带的颜色变化,其中的阻燃性能测试:根据美国UL94阻燃测试标准测试其阻燃性能可燃性,UL94等级是应用最广泛的塑料材料可燃性能标准。
测试结果如下表所示:

1.一种温变型阻燃压敏胶带,包括从上至下依次设置的第一离型膜、第一压敏胶层和聚酰亚胺膜层,其特征在于:所述聚酰亚胺膜层背离第一压敏胶层的一面依次设有第二压敏胶层和第二离型膜层,所述第一压敏胶层和所述第二压敏胶层均设为可温变压敏胶层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种温变型阻燃压敏胶带,其特征在于:第一离型膜层和第二离型膜层均设为PET离型膜,厚度均设为40μm-50μm,聚酰亚胺膜层的厚度设为6μm-50μm,第一压敏胶层和第二压敏胶层的厚度均设为10μm-50μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种温变型阻燃压敏胶带,其特征在于:第一压敏胶层和第二压敏胶层为成分相同的压敏胶层,该压敏胶层的压敏胶按照重量份数,由以下质量百分数的原料组成:
胶体30-50%;
固化剂0.01-0.05%;
溶剂30-50%;
阻燃剂5-15%;
温变颜料5-15%。
