The invention relates to a preparation method of a dairy cow feed, which is implemented according to the following steps:
step 1, weighing the following components in parts by mass:
14% of medlar, 13% of pineapple peel, 14% of peanut shell powder, 11% of codonopsis pilosula, 19% of corn germ, 14% of cinnamon and 15% of bran, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of the components is 100%;
step 2, pretreatment
Pulverizing corn germ, cortex Cinnamomi and radix Codonopsis to 28 mesh, and grinding fructus Lycii, pineapple peel and bran into powder;
step 3, mixing the pretreated raw materials and the peanut shell powder with tricalcium phosphate, cod liver oil, sodium selenite, dextrin and sodium carboxymethylcellulose in water to obtain a mixture; uniformly stirring the mixture, drying and crushing to 30 meshes to obtain mixed powder; wherein the water content of the mixed powder is 17%;
and 4, uniformly mixing the vitamin A, the vitamin E and the vitamin D with the mixed powder to obtain the dairy cow feed.
Claims (5)
1. The dairy cow feed is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 13-16% of medlar, 10-13% of pineapple peel, 12-15% of peanut shell powder, 11-13% of codonopsis pilosula, 16-20% of corn germ, 13-17% of cinnamon and 14-16% of bran, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of the components is 100%.
2. The preparation method of the dairy cow feed is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1, weighing the following components in parts by mass:
13-16% of medlar, 10-13% of pineapple peel, 12-15% of peanut shell powder, 11-13% of codonopsis pilosula, 16-20% of corn germ, 13-17% of cinnamon and 14-16% of bran, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of the components is 100%;
step 2, pretreatment
Crushing the corn germ, the cinnamon and the codonopsis pilosula to 22-28 meshes, and grinding the medlar, the pineapple peel and the bran into powder for later use;
step 3, mixing the pretreated raw materials, the peanut shell powder and the auxiliary materials with water to obtain a mixture; uniformly stirring the mixture, drying and crushing to 20-30 meshes to obtain mixed powder;
and 4, uniformly mixing the vitamins and the mixed powder to obtain the dairy cow feed.
3. The method for preparing a cow feed according to claim 2, wherein in step 3, the auxiliary materials are tricalcium phosphate, cod liver oil, sodium selenite, dextrin and sodium hydroxymethyl cellulose.
4. The method for preparing a cow feed according to claim 2, wherein in step 3, the water content of the mixed powder is 16-18%.
5. The method for preparing a cow feed according to claim 2, wherein in step 4, the vitamins are vitamin A, vitamin E and vitamin D.
