本发明涉及一种金属表面处理领域,具体是一种提高金属板材表面强度的方法及采用该方法的设备。
背景技术
金属板材是生活中常见之物,其一般有很长的使用工期,金属板材的表面会在严峻环境中容易生锈和腐蚀,或者经常使用产生磨损,严重影响了其使用效果及使用寿命,同时也影响其使用的安全性。
因此为了防止金属发生氧化而生锈,通常会在金属表面涂覆一层防锈涂料,如公开号为CN105368169A的中国发明专利公开了一种金属防锈涂料及其制备方法,该金属防锈涂料包括以下按照重量份数计的原料:铁红5-10份、聚苯乙烯树脂10-20份、甲苯30-40份、二甲苯10-20份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酷5-10份、乙酸乙酷10-20份、环烷酸铅1-5份、石油磺酸钙8-15份、汽油5-12份、松香3-5份、流平剂3-5份、催干剂1-3份、防沉淀剂5-8份。该发明以聚苯乙烯为原料,以铁红为颜料,以甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙醒为混合溶剂,配合环烷酸铅和石油磺酸钙,添加松香、防沉淀剂、流平剂、催干剂制备了多功能防锈漆,具有优越的防锈性能,但是其选用了大量的有机溶剂,不够环保,而且其防锈性能、耐磨性和耐老化性不够出色,影响了其使用效果及使用寿命,同时也影响其使用安全。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:现有的金属制品表面处理工艺在防锈性能、耐磨性和耐老化性方面不够出色,严重影响了其使用效果及使用寿命,同时也影响其使用安全。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种提高金属制品表面强度的方法,对金属制品表面处理步骤如下:
1)使用清洁液清洗金属制品表面,清洁液按重量份数由下列原料组成:氢氧化钠5-10份、硼酸钠10-15份、椰子油脂肪酸5-10份、三聚磷酸钠5-10份、去离子水20-30份;用于对金属制品表面的清洗,对金属表面无腐蚀,水溶性强,清洗后表面无残留,保证了金属材料后续热处理操作。
2)涂覆表面强化剂,强化处理温度为70-95℃,表面强化处理时间为15-30min,所述表面强化剂包括有以下组分:磷酸25-35份、纳米二氧化硅3-6份、纳米三氧化二铝6-8份、纳米石墨烯7-10份、三乙醇胺25-35份、聚乙二醇20-40份;通过纳米二氧化硅、纳米三氧化二铝、纳米石墨烯沉积与固定扣盖及铰接扣盖的铁质表面形成的致密膜来达到耐腐蚀耐磨损磨损的效果,同时纳米石墨烯是一种超导材料,纳米石墨烯将电解质中的过剩电荷传送到可释放的外围,达到不与铁进行电子交换,进一步提高耐腐蚀特性。
3)涂覆缓释型防腐耐磨涂料,所述缓释型防腐耐磨涂料包括有以下组分:环氧树脂70-80份、丙烯酸树脂30-40份、腰果酚多元环碳酸酯5-15份、滑石粉10-15份、铬酸锌15-20份、巯基苯并噻唑5-8份。环氧树脂、丙烯酸树脂具有较好的粘附特性,适合作为涂料的成膜基体,同时环氧树脂中的环氧键可与金属键化学反应结合,有很好的附着力,环氧树脂与丙烯酸树脂结合后的协同作用,对酸碱有着很强的抗腐蚀性;腰果酚多元环碳酸酯本身具有较好的高强度高韧性特性,同时其还能够与步骤2)的三乙醇胺发生交联反应,形成立体网状结构,赋予整体较好的耐磨特性;铬酸锌作为防锈剂使用,能够取得极高防锈效果;巯基苯并噻唑能够在金属遇到腐蚀时迁移到腐蚀部位与金属表面形成一层致密的钝化保护膜,阻隔金属与腐蚀介质接触,从而达到防止腐蚀进一步加深的效果,实现自动修复,延长使用寿命。
作为本发明进一步的方案:步骤1)中按重量份数由下列原料组成:氢氧化钠10份、硼酸钠15份、椰子油脂肪酸10份、三聚磷酸钠10份、去离子水30份。

还公开了应用于上述实施例一及实施例二的处理设备,请参阅图1,一种提高金属板材表面强度的设备,包括从左到右依次布置的清洗箱2、第一涂覆箱3及第二涂覆箱4,所述清洗箱2、第一涂覆箱3及第二涂覆箱4上均设置有供金属板材1进出的进口(未标示)及出口(未标示);所述清洗箱2内设置有用于移动金属板材1的驱动辊21,所述驱动辊21上方设置有清洗辊22,所述清洗辊22左侧设置有清洁液喷淋管23,所述清洗辊22右侧设置有清水管24;所述第一涂覆箱3及第二涂覆箱4内均设置有涂覆装置,所述涂覆装置包括从动辊31及涂覆辊32,所述从动辊31顶端与驱动辊21顶端位于同一平面上,所述涂覆辊32位于从动辊31上方,所述涂覆辊32一侧设置有加料管34,所述加料管34与设置于第一涂覆箱3或第二涂覆箱4顶端的加料箱33连通;所述第一涂覆箱3的出口处设置有用于加热的电热板37,所述第二涂覆箱4的进口处对应设置有冷却装置41。
本发明的工作原理是:使用时,金属板材1首先通过驱动辊21的驱动由左向右移动,依次经过清洗箱2、第一涂覆箱3及第二涂覆箱4,在经过清洗箱2时,首先通过清洁液喷淋管23将清洗液喷涂到金属板材1上,然后通过清洗辊22对其清洗,清洗后通过清水管24喷淋清水出去污渍,完成清洁程序;然后清洗后的金属板材1进入第一涂覆箱3内,加料箱33内的表面强化剂通过加料管34滴加到金属板材1表面,然后在涂覆辊32作用下均匀涂抹在其上面,并在电热板37的作用下完成表面强化剂的固化;同理在第二涂覆箱4内实现金属板材1的缓释型防腐耐磨涂料的涂覆,至此实现了提高金属板材表面强度的整个过程。
进一步的,所述清洗箱2、第一涂覆箱3及第二涂覆箱4之间设置有多组用于导向的导向辊11。方便金属板材的平稳输送。
进一步的,所述涂覆辊32通过安装架36与气缸35的活塞杆连接,所述气缸35固定设置于第一涂覆箱3或第二涂覆箱4顶端。用于调节涂覆辊32的高度,进而调节涂覆的厚度。
进一步的,所述第一涂覆箱3及第二涂覆4上端外侧均设置有与其连通的抽气管5,所述抽气管5与带有排气扇52的排气管51连通。由于收集加工过程中产生的气体,避免污染周边工作环境。

此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (10)

1.一种提高金属板材表面强度的方法,其特征在于,对金属板材表面处理步骤如下:
1)使用清洁液清洗金属板材表面,清洁液按重量份数由下列原料组成:氢氧化钠5-10份、硼酸钠10-15份、椰子油脂肪酸5-10份、三聚磷酸钠5-10份、去离子水20-30份
2)涂覆表面强化剂,强化处理温度为70-95℃,表面强化处理时间为15-30min,所述表面强化剂包括有以下组分:磷酸25-35份、纳米二氧化硅3-6份、纳米三氧化二铝6-8份、纳米石墨烯7-10份、三乙醇胺25-35份、聚乙二醇20-40份;
3)涂覆缓释型防腐耐磨涂料,所述缓释型防腐耐磨涂料包括有以下组分:环氧树脂70-80份、丙烯酸树脂30-40份、腰果酚多元环碳酸酯5-15份、滑石粉10-15份、铬酸锌15-20份、巯基苯并噻唑5-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的提高金属板材表面强度的方法,其特征在于,步骤1)中按重量份数由下列原料组成:氢氧化钠10份、硼酸钠15份、椰子油脂肪酸10份、三聚磷酸钠10份、去离子水30份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的提高金属板材表面强度的方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中强化处理温度为75℃,表面强化处理时间为30min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的提高金属板材表面强度的方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中表面强化剂包括有以下组分:磷酸25份、纳米二氧化硅3份、纳米三氧化二铝6份、纳米石墨烯7份、三乙醇胺25份、聚乙二醇20份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的提高金属板材表面强度的方法,其特征在于,步骤3)中缓释型防腐耐磨涂料包括有以下组分:环氧树脂80份、丙烯酸树脂40份、腰果酚多元环碳酸酯15份、滑石粉15份、铬酸锌20份、巯基苯并噻唑8份。
6.采用权利要求1-5任意一项所述的提高金属板材表面强度的方法的设备,其特征在于,包括从左到右依次布置的清洗箱、第一涂覆箱及第二涂覆箱,所述清洗箱、第一涂覆箱及第二涂覆箱上均设置有供金属板材进出的进口及出口;所述清洗箱内设置有用于移动金属板材的驱动辊,所述驱动辊上方设置有清洗辊,所述清洗辊左侧设置有清洁液喷淋管,所述清洗辊右侧设置有清水管;所述第一涂覆箱及第二涂覆箱内均设置有涂覆装置,所述涂覆装置包括从动辊及涂覆辊,所述从动辊顶端与驱动辊顶端位于同一平面上,所述涂覆辊位于从动辊上方,所述涂覆辊一侧设置有加料管,所述加料管与设置于第一涂覆箱或第二涂覆箱顶端的加料箱连通。
7.采用权利要求6所述的提高金属板材表面强度的方法的设备,其特征在于,所述清洗箱、第一涂覆箱及第二涂覆箱之间设置有多组用于导向的导向辊。
8.采用权利要求6所述的提高金属板材表面强度的方法的设备,其特征在于,所述涂覆辊通过安装架与气缸的活塞杆连接,所述气缸固定设置于第一涂覆箱或第二涂覆箱顶端。
9.采用权利要求6所述的提高金属板材表面强度的方法的设备,其特征在于,所述第一涂覆箱的出口处设置有用于加热的电热板,所述第二涂覆箱的进口处对应设置有冷却装置。
10.采用权利要求6所述的提高金属板材表面强度的方法的设备,其特征在于,所述第一涂覆箱及第二涂覆上端外侧均设置有与其连通的抽气管,所述抽气管与带有排气扇的排气管连通。
