2) adding cortex Daphne Giraldii Nitsche, food-grade gold decolorized active carbon, Bungarus Parvus, cortex Acanthopanacis Radicis, Moschus, herba asari, Glycyrrhrizae radix, Maifanitum, plant essential oil, radix Aconiti lateralis Preparata, radix Angelicae Pubescentis, Carthami flos, and flos Osmanthi Fragrantis into a container filled with water, and soaking; soaking for 3 months, adding emulsifier, stirring to 70-90 deg.C, respectively sucking water phase and oil phase components into emulsifying pot through filter by vacuum pump, homogenizing for 4-5min at stirring speed of 50-55r/min, and stirring for 15-45min at stirring speed of 40-45 r/min; cooling to 40-45 deg.C, and stirring at 35-40r/min to obtain multifunctional Chinese medicinal skin repairing cream.

A multifunctional traditional Chinese medicine health-preserving health-care skin repair cream is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 2400g of daphne giraldii nitsche, 950g of food-grade gold decolorizing active carbon 600, 11-26g of Bungarus Parvus, 2000g of cortex acanthopanacis, 4-9g of musk, 110g of asarum, 60-90g of liquorice, 40-60g of medical stone, 160g of plant essential oil 110-containing material, 40-80g of monkshood, 60-110g of radix angelicae pubescentis, 6100g of safflower 4400-containing material, 4600g of sweet osmanthus 4600-containing material, 85-100g of emulsifier and the balance of water.

The multifunctional traditional Chinese medicine health preserving and health caring skin repair cream according to claim 1, is characterized in that the skin repair cream comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1600-2000g of daphne giraldii nitsche, 850g of food-grade gold decolorizing active carbon, 16-21g of Bungarus Parvus, 1400-1700g of cortex acanthopanacis, 5-8g of musk, 120g of asarum, 70-80g of liquorice, 45-55g of medical stone, 140g of plant essential oil, 50-70g of monkshood, 80-90g of radix angelicae pubescentis, 5100-5400g of safflower, 4800-5000g of sweet osmanthus, 125-150g of emulsifier and the balance of water.

The multifunctional traditional Chinese medicine health preserving and health caring skin repair cream according to claim 2, is characterized in that the skin repair cream comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1800g of daphne giraldii nitsche, 775g of food-grade gold decoloration activated carbon, 19g of bungarus parvus, 1550g of cortex acanthopanacis, 6g of musk, 110g of asarum, 75g of liquorice, 50g of medical stone, 135g of plant essential oil, 60g of monkshood, 85g of radix angelicae pubescentis, 5250g of safflower, 4900g of sweet osmanthus, 120g of emulsifier and 15400g of water.

The multifunctional traditional Chinese medicine health preserving and health caring skin repair cream as claimed in any one of claims 1-3, characterized in that the girald daphne bark is taken from the stem bark and root bark thereof and is prepared by digging, cleaning, peeling off the stem bark and root bark, chopping, drying in the sun, drying, and sieving to remove the debris, wherein the girald daphne bark is cut into 1cm long thread.

5. The multifunctional traditional Chinese medicine health preserving and health caring skin repair cream according to claim 4, characterized in that the food grade gold decolored activated carbon is black powder.

The multifunctional traditional Chinese medicine health preserving and health caring skin repair cream as claimed in claim 5, wherein the young leaves of cortex acanthopanacis are collected and sent to a drying bed for drying at 70-75 ℃ for 2.5-3 h under hot air, the moisture content of the young leaves of cortex acanthopanacis after drying is less than 8%, and the young leaves of cortex acanthopanacis are crushed into 2-5 mm fragments by a crusher.

7. The multifunctional traditional Chinese medicine health preserving and health caring skin repair cream according to claim 6, characterized in that the licorice, the monkshood and the radix angelicae pubescentis are all sliced, and the thickness is 2-3 mm.
