Abstract
一种含杜仲叶具有抗疲劳作用的保健品及其制备方法,涉及保健品领域。该保健品由以下重量份的原料组成:杜仲叶25‑35份、黄芪15‑25份、西洋参5‑10份、肉桂5‑10份、D‑甘露糖醇20‑30份、淀粉5‑10份。经过乙醇提取、水提取后浓缩干燥等工序,制成干膏后与辅料混合制粒填充即得。本发明抗疲劳效果良好。
Description
本发明涉及一种保健品,具体涉及一种含杜仲叶具有抗疲劳作用的保健品及其制备方法。
技术背景
现代社会激烈的生存竞争及环境变化决定了在非常长的时期内仍会有大量人群处于亚健康状态,导致易疲劳,患病风险加大。而随着生活水平的提高,广大人民群众又日益重视身体健康,为了提高人们的健康水平,从食品、植物资源中开发出可以缓解体力疲劳的原料,易疲劳者生活质量,无副作用和不良反应的理想保健食品。因此,我们选择了以杜仲叶、黄芪、西洋参、肉桂为原料。本产品缓解体力疲劳功能明确,投放市场后,对易疲劳人群减少患病风险以及由此带来的降低社会医疗成本、提高社会生产效率也具有积极意义。
杜仲叶含有木脂素类、环烯醚萜类、苯丙素类、黄酮、多糖等多种生物活性物质,具有抗癌、抗衰老、降血压、抗菌消炎、增强机体免疫等多种药理作用。杜仲叶提取物具有一定程度的抗疲劳作用,有增强机体免疫功能的作用。
黄芪含皂甙、蔗糖、多糖、多种氨基酸、叶酸及硒、锌、铜等多种微量元素。有增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用。
西洋参中主要成分为人参皂苷,已分离出的5种皂苷分别为:人参皂苷R0、Rb1、Rg1、Re和假人参皂苷F11。具有抗疲劳、抗氧化、抗应激、抑制血小板聚集、降低血液凝固性的作用,另外,对糖尿病患者还有调节血糖的作用。
肉桂为樟科植物肉桂的干燥树皮。桂皮含挥发油1.98%~2.06%,其主要成分为桂皮醛,占52.92%~61.20%,还有乙酸桂皮酯,桂皮酸乙酯,苯甲酸苄酯,苯甲醛,香豆精,β-荜澄茄烯,菖蒲烯,β-榄香烯,原儿茶酸,反式桂皮酸等。肉桂具有补火助阳,引火归原,散寒止痛,活血通经之功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种含杜仲叶具有抗疲劳作用的保健品及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
本发明主要包括下述重量份的原料:
杜仲叶25-35份、黄芪15-25份、西洋参5-10份、肉桂5-10份、D-甘露糖醇20-30份、淀粉5-10份。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取杜仲叶、黄芪、西洋参、肉桂等饮片,加用6~12倍量的50%~70%的乙醇回流提取2次,每次1~2小时,过滤,滤液回收乙醇至无醇味,得备用液①,备用。
(2)取经过乙醇提取的药渣,用6~12倍量水煎煮提取1次,时间2小时,过滤,滤液浓缩,得备用液②,备用。
(3)将备用液①、备用液②合并,静置过夜,取上清液,备用。
(4)将上清液继续减压浓缩,温度为60℃~80℃,并浓缩至相对密度为1.18~1.25(60℃测)的稠膏,并加入淀粉,搅拌均匀,得含淀粉的中药稠膏,备用。
(5)取含淀粉的中药稠膏,置托盘中,真空干燥,温度为60℃~80℃,得干膏,备用。
(6)取真空干燥后干膏,置于粉碎机中,粉碎并过筛,得中药提取物粉,备用。
(7)将过100目筛的D-甘露糖醇粉、中药提取物粉置于混合机中,混匀,至混合物颜色均匀,用颗粒机制成颗粒剂。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明所用的原料绿色健康、配方合理,具有很好的抗疲劳功能且安全无毒。适合易疲劳人群长期服用,对易疲劳人群减少患病风险有积极意义。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征易于理解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1.
一种含杜仲叶具有抗疲劳作用的保健品包含以下重量份的原料:杜仲叶25份、黄芪15份、西洋参5份、肉桂5份、D-甘露糖醇25份、淀粉10份。
(1)取杜仲叶、黄芪、西洋参、肉桂等饮片,加用10倍量的70%的乙醇回流提取2次,每次1.5小时,过滤,滤液回收乙醇至无醇味,得备用液①,备用。
(2)取经过乙醇提取的药渣,用8倍量水煎煮提取1次,时间2小时,过滤,滤液浓缩,得备用液②,备用。
(3)将备用液①、备用液②合并,静置过夜,取上清液,备用。
(4)将上清液继续减压浓缩,温度70℃,并浓缩至相对密度为1.2(60℃测)的稠膏,并加入淀粉,搅拌均匀,得含淀粉的中药稠膏,备用。
(5)取含淀粉的中药稠膏,置托盘中,真空干燥,温度为70℃,得干膏,备用。
(6)取真空干燥后干膏,置于粉碎机中,粉碎并过筛,得中药提取物粉,备用。将过100目筛的D-甘露糖醇粉、中药提取物粉置于混合机中,混匀,至混合物颜色均匀,用颗粒机制成颗粒剂进行包装即可。
实施例2.
一种含杜仲叶具有抗疲劳作用的保健品包含以下重量份的原料:杜仲叶30份、黄芪20份、西洋参5份、肉桂5份、D-甘露糖醇25份、淀粉10份。
(1)取杜仲叶、黄芪、西洋参、肉桂等饮片,加用10倍量的70%的乙醇回流提取2次,每次1.5小时,过滤,滤液回收乙醇至无醇味,得备用液①,备用。
(2)取经过乙醇提取的药渣,用8倍量水煎煮提取1次,时间2小时,过滤,滤液浓缩,得备用液②,备用。
(3)将备用液①、备用液②合并,静置过夜,取上清液,备用。
(4)将上清液继续减压浓缩温度70℃,并浓缩至相对密度为1.2(60℃测)的稠膏,并加入淀粉,搅拌均匀,得含淀粉的中药稠膏,备用。
(5)取含淀粉的中药稠膏,置托盘中,真空干燥,温度为70℃,得干膏,备用。
(6)取真空干燥后干膏,置于粉碎机中,粉碎并过筛,得中药提取物粉,备用。将过100目筛的D-甘露糖醇粉、中药提取物粉置于混合机中,混匀,至混合物颜色均匀,用颗粒机制成颗粒剂进行包装即可。
实施例3.

(1)取杜仲叶、黄芪、西洋参、肉桂等饮片,加用10倍量的70%的乙醇回流提取2次,每次1.5小时,过滤,滤液回收乙醇至无醇味,得备用液①,备用。
(2)取经过乙醇提取的药渣,用8倍量水煎煮提取1次,时间2小时,过滤,滤液浓缩,得备用液②,备用。
(3)将备用液①、备用液②合并,静置过夜,取上清液,备用。

实施例4.
动物实验
受试样品:实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的样品、杜仲叶提取物、黄芪提取物、西洋参提取物、肉桂提取物(提取物为单味药按本发明相同的提取工艺制备)。
实验动物:体重18-24g健康小鼠80只。按实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、杜仲叶提取物、黄芪提取物、西洋参提取物、肉桂提取物、空白对照分组。
负重游泳实验
按上述各分组小鼠分别给样品30min后,将尾根部负荷6%体重铅皮的小鼠置于游泳箱中游泳,水深不少于40cm,水温30℃±2.0℃,记录小鼠自游泳开始至力竭时间,即为小鼠负重游泳时间。
力竭试验
按上述各分组小鼠分别给样后30min后,采用尾部负重3%体重铅皮的大鼠置于游泳箱中游泳,水深不少于50cm,水温31℃±1.0℃,当大鼠游至连续3次没入水底,每次超过10秒,视为力竭。记录大鼠自游泳开始至力竭时间,大鼠腹主动脉采血,全血置4℃冰箱约3h,血凝固后2000rpm离心15min,取血清备用,测定尿素氮、肝糖原、和血乳酸的含量。实验数据见表1。

从上表可以看出,实施例组的游泳时间显著比空白对照组和杜仲叶提取物、黄芪提取物、西洋参提取物、肉桂提取物的游泳时间长,实施例组肝糖原含量比空白对照组和杜仲叶提取物、黄芪提取物、西洋参提取物、肉桂提取物的肝糖原含量高,尿素氮和血乳酸含量比空白对照组和杜仲叶提取物、黄芪提取物、西洋参提取物、肉桂提取物低。
肝糖原在细胞中的分解产物是葡萄糖,它除供给肝脏自身利用外,可以直接补充血糖,对维持血糖浓度的相对稳定起着重要作用。
血乳酸水平直接反映有氧代谢能力和疲劳消除速度。本发明中实施例样品与空白对照组和杜仲叶提取物、黄芪提取物、西洋参提取物、肉桂提取物比较血乳酸含量显著降低,说明本发明能及时消除剧烈运动而产生的乳酸,从而减轻疲劳。
血清尿素氮含量越高说明小鼠对负荷适应能力较差,实施例组比空白对照组和杜仲叶提取物、黄芪提取物、西洋参提取物、肉桂提取物含量低,说明本发明可以提高机体对运动负荷的适应能力。
综上所述,本发明能明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间。明显降低运动后血乳酸含量和增加肝糖原含量,说明本发明具有抗疲劳作用。而且与杜仲叶提取物、黄芪提取物、西洋参提取物、肉桂提取物比效果要更好。证明本发明比单独使用本发明中的原料效果更好。

Claims (2)
1.一种含杜仲叶具有抗疲劳作用的保健品及其制备方法,其特征在于包含以下重量份的原料:
杜仲叶25-35份、黄芪15-25份、西洋参5-10份、肉桂5-10份、D-甘露糖醇20-30份、淀粉5-10份。
2.权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征包含以下步骤:
(1)取杜仲叶、黄芪、西洋参、肉桂等饮片,加用6~12倍量的50%~70%的乙醇回流提取2次,每次1~2小时,过滤,滤液回收乙醇至无醇味,得备用液①,备用。
(2)取经过乙醇提取的药渣,用6~12倍量水煎煮提取1次,时间2小时,过滤,滤液浓缩,得备用液②,备用。
(3)将备用液①、备用液②合并,静置过夜,取上清液,备用。
(4)将上清液继续减压浓缩60℃~80℃,并浓缩至相对密度为1.18~1.25(60℃测)的稠膏,并加入淀粉,搅拌均匀,得含淀粉的中药稠膏,备用。
(5)取含淀粉的中药稠膏,置托盘中,真空干燥,温度为60℃~80℃,得干膏,备用。
(6)取真空干燥后干膏,置于粉碎机中,粉碎并过筛,得中药提取物粉,备用。
(7)将过100目筛的D-甘露糖醇粉、中药提取物粉置于混合机中,混匀,至混合物颜色均匀,用颗粒机制成颗粒剂进行包装即可。
