The special fermented feed for beef cattle as claimed in claim 2, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 7 parts of lactic acid bacteria metabolite and 3 parts of yeast culture; the lactic acid bacteria metabolite is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 38 parts of corn, 4 parts of bran, 5 parts of soybean meal, 11 parts of cottonseed meal, 13 parts of corn bran, 1.5 parts of chrysanthemum powder, 14 parts of corn germ meal, 18 parts of DDGS, 0.25 part of lactobacillus plantarum powder and 0.13 part of first complex enzyme preparation; the yeast culture is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 78 parts of corn, 23 parts of bran, 1.8 parts of a second complex enzyme preparation and 0.08 part of saccharomyces cerevisiae bacterial powder.

The special fermented feed for beef cattle as claimed in claim 3, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 7 parts of lactic acid bacteria metabolite and 3 parts of yeast culture; the lactic acid bacteria metabolite is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 parts of corn, 5 parts of bran, 6 parts of soybean meal, 12 parts of cottonseed meal, 15 parts of corn bran, 2 parts of chrysanthemum powder, 15 parts of corn germ meal, 20 parts of DDGS, 0.3 part of lactobacillus plantarum powder and 0.15 part of first complex enzyme preparation; the yeast culture is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80 parts of corn, 25 parts of bran, 2.0 parts of a second complex enzyme preparation and 0.1 part of saccharomyces cerevisiae bacterial powder.
5. The special fermented feed for beef cattle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first complex enzyme preparation is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-2 parts of neutral protease and 3 parts of acid protease; 10000U/g of neutral protease and 20000U/g of acid protease.

s10, uniformly mixing corn, bran, bean pulp, cottonseed meal, corn bran, chrysanthemum powder, corn germ meal and DDGS in proportion; then adding lactobacillus plantarum powder, a complex enzyme preparation and water (the lactobacillus plantarum powder and the complex enzyme preparation need to be completely dissolved in the water in advance); uniformly mixing the raw materials, the lactobacillus plantarum powder, the complex enzyme preparation and water, and controlling the temperature to be 38-40 ℃ for anaerobic fermentation for 60-72 h; after fermentation, respectively drying at 80-95 deg.C, controlling water content of the final product to be not more than 12%, and pulverizing to obtain lactobacillus metabolite;
s20, uniformly mixing the corn and the bran in proportion; then adding a complex enzyme preparation and water, and carrying out enzymolysis for 8-10h at 65-70 ℃ until the enzymolysis is complete; adding Saccharomyces cerevisiae powder and water after complete enzymolysis, mixing well, controlling the temperature at 30-32 ℃ for aerobic fermentation for 48-60h, controlling the height of a material layer to be 30-35cm, turning and cooling when the material temperature is more than or equal to 35 ℃, and turning once every 12 hours if the temperature does not reach 35 ℃; after fermentation, respectively drying at 60-65 deg.C, controlling water content of the final product to be not more than 12%, and pulverizing to obtain yeast culture;
s30, mixing the metabolic products of the lactic acid bacteria and the yeast culture according to the proportion of 7: 3.
