Abstract

本发明涉及非晶态磁性材料领域,具体涉及一种铁基非晶合金带材的封装方法,铁基非晶合金带材除油清洗后,放入浓度为0.02‑0.03mol/L CaSO4水溶液中,加热至25~85℃,保温30min~5hour;取出带材,烘干;最后将带材浸入环氧树脂中取出,得到封装好的铁基非晶合金带材。本发明提供的封装方法简单、方便,封装制备温度较低,反应时间短,界面结合力强,环氧树脂均匀粘在带材表面,树脂与合金带材表面浸润性良好。

一种铁基非晶合金带材的封装方法
技术领域
本发明涉及非晶态磁性材料领域,具体涉及一种铁基非晶合金带材的封装方法。
背景技术
非晶合金具有优异的力学和功能特性,是一类具有广泛应用潜力的新型金属材料。因其独特的组织结构、优异的软磁性能、高效的制备工艺和低廉的成本而越来越受到世人的关注。较之传统的软磁材料MnZn铁氧体及坡莫合金,铁基非晶合金具有高磁导率、高饱和磁感应强度、低矫顽力、低铁损和良好热稳定性等优点,有助于促进电子产品小型化、轻质化,被广泛应用于变压器、滤波电感、互感器及传感器等电子领域。在大力倡导节能减排的今天,铁基非晶/纳米晶合金作为一种绿色功能材料必将拥有更为广泛的应用空间。
目前,铁基非晶合金带材一般主要通过单辊法获得,其在热力学上处于亚稳结构,淬态下的各方面性能并不理想。大量研究表明,热处理工艺对铁基非晶合金的软磁性能具有较大影响,经适当的退火处理后,合金内部分非晶态转化为更为稳定的晶态,软磁性能大幅提升。但经热处理后的带材存在脆性变大、性能易受外力影响等缺点,且材料的主要成分为铁,潮湿的环境中容易生锈进而影响其外观及性能。实际生产过程中通常对其进行环氧树脂封装后再投入使用。然而,这种材料的表面活性能不高,在封装过程中存在严重的不浸润问题,从而达不到理想的封装效果。
为解决这一问题,现有技术中,以NaOH、NaNO3为氧化液,在铁基非晶合金带材的表面制备出了一种主要成分为Fe3O4过渡涂层,其抵抗环境能力强,并解决了封装过程中的不浸润问题。但此涂层存在制备温度较高、反应时间长、界面结合力不强等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种铁基非晶合金带材的封装方法,改善了铁基非晶合金与环氧树脂之间浸润性,有效解决了非晶合金与环氧树脂间的连接问题,并为非晶合金在传感器方面的应用打下良好基础。可以解决现有技术中铁基非晶合金封装方法制备温度较高、反应时间长、界面结合力不强的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
(1)铁基非晶合金带材表面先后用无水乙醇和NaOH水溶液清洗;
(2)将带材放入浓度为0.02-0.03mol/L CaSO4水溶液中,加热水溶液温度到25℃~85℃,保温30min~5hour,合金带材表面变成淡黄色;
(3)取出带材,在≤100℃空气环境中烘干;
(4)将带材浸入环氧树脂中提取,环氧树脂均匀粘在带材表面,封装完成。
进一步地,所述铁基非晶合金为Fe73.3Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9或Fe78Si13B9
进一步地,所述CaSO4水溶液的溶度为0.025mol/L。
进一步地,步骤(2)中加热水溶液温度到60℃~85℃,保温30min~60min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的方法,用CaSO4水溶液对铁基非晶合金处理即可有反应区域,方法简单,封装制备温度较低,反应时间短,界面结合力强,环氧树脂均匀粘在带材表面,树脂与合金带材表面浸润性良好。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
Fe78Si13B9非晶合金带材的封装:
(1)Fe78Si13B9非晶合金带材表面先后用无水乙醇和NaOH水溶液清洗;
(2)将带材放入浓度为0.025mol/L CaSO4水溶液中,水溶液温度85℃,保温30min,合金带材表面变成淡黄色;
(3)取出带材,在≤100℃空气环境中烘干;
(4)将带材浸入环氧树脂中提取,环氧树脂均匀粘在带材表面,封装完成。
对比例1
(1)Fe78Si13B9非晶合金带材表面先后用无水乙醇和NaOH水溶液清洗,烘干;
(2)将两组带材分别放入浓度为0.025mol/L CaSO4水溶液中,水溶液温度分别为25℃、85℃,保温5hour,每隔一段时间用金相显微镜观察带材表面的微观形貌;
图2表明,在25℃下,Fe78Si13B9非晶合金带材在0.025mol/L CaSO4水溶液中处理60min,带材表面开始出现反应区域(图2);85℃,Fe78Si13B9非晶合金带材在0.025mol/LCaSO4水溶液中处理30min,带材表面开始出现反应区域(图3)。
对比例2
(1)Fe73.3Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9非晶合金带材表面先后用无水乙醇和NaOH水溶液清洗;
(2)将两组带材分别放入浓度为0.025mol/L CaSO4水溶液中,水溶液温度分别为25℃、85℃,保温5hour,每隔一段时间用金相显微镜观察带材表面;
图4表明,在25℃下,Fe73.3Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9非晶合金带材在0.025mol/L CaSO4水溶液中处理5hour,带材表面开始出现反应区域(图4);在85℃时,处理60min带材表面开始出现反应区域(图5)。
图6为经过表面处理后的带材在环氧树脂中浸胶情况,上半部分为Fe78Si13B9非晶合金带材,下部分为Fe73.3Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9非晶合金带材。图6中0min为未表面处理的带材浸胶情况,环氧树脂胶在带材表面发生收缩,表现出不浸润现象;经过表面处理后的带材浸胶后胶在带材表面均匀覆盖,没有收缩现象,表现出良好浸润性。
尽管已经对本发明的技术方案做了较为详细的阐述和列举,应当理解,对于本领域技术人员来说,对上述实施例做出修改或者采用等同的替代方案,这对本领域的技术人员而言是显而易见,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种铁基非晶合金带材的封装方法,其特征在于,所述步骤如下:
(1)铁基非晶合金带材表面除油后,清洗烘干;
(2)将带材放入浓度为0.02-0.03mol/L CaSO4水溶液中,加热水溶液温度到25℃~85℃,保温30min~5hour,合金带材表面变成淡黄色;
(3)取出带材,在≤100℃空气环境中烘干;
(4)将带材浸入环氧树脂中,环氧树脂均匀粘在带材表面,封装完成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铁基非晶合金带材的封装方法,其特征在于,所述带材表面除油,先后用无水乙醇和NaOH水溶液清洗。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种铁基非晶合金带材的封装方法,其特征在于,所述铁基非晶合金为Fe73.3Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9或Fe78Si13B9
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种铁基非晶合金带材的封装方法,其特征在于,所述CaSO4水溶液的溶度为0.025mol/L。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种铁基非晶合金带材的封装方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中加热水溶液温度到60℃~85℃,保温30min~60min。
