穿着物品的伸缩层叠体的制造装置及制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及穿着物品的伸缩层叠体的制造。
背景技术
在下述现有技术中,在两片片材之间配置有多根弹性构件,并在弹性构件的伸缩方向及其交叉方向这两个方向上间歇地将两片片材相互接合,以形成伸缩层叠体。

发明内容
两片片材通过从具有突部的砧辊和与之对置的超声波焊头等(加热/加压机构)之间从而使该两片片材接合。为了减轻接合时的压力,弹性构件被收容在设置于突部的搬运槽内。
上述接合用的突部例如以100μm以上的高度形成,以便能够将拉伸时的弹性构件收容在搬运槽内。
但是,卷绕在砧辊上的片材存在因搬运拉力而欲沿所述砧辊的径向收缩,而在所述砧辊的轴向上无意间发生位移的情况。若由于片材的位移而弹性构件与片材一起位移,则弹性构件可能会脱离所述搬运槽且弹性构件由于接合时的按压力而断裂。
本发明的目的在于提供一种在沿轴向间歇地具有突部的砧辊上使两个片材相互接合的情况下,一边抑制弹性构件从搬运槽脱离而被切断,一边制造穿着物品的伸缩层叠体的方法和装置。
本发明装置具备:
砧辊50,其以成为弹性构件F夹入第一及第二片材1、2之间的状态的方式,对所述一对片材1、2及所述弹性构件F进行搬运;以及
熔接装置70,其与所述砧辊50协作而使所述一对片材1、2相互熔接,并利用所述一对片材保持所述弹性构件F,
在所述砧辊50的外周面51,以沿着所述砧辊50的宽度方向S且在宽度方向S上相互分离的状态配置多个第一突部52H,该第一突部52H用于生成使所述一对片材1、2相互接合而成的第一接合部31,
各所述第一突部52H定义并包含搬运槽G,该搬运槽G沿所述砧辊50的周向R延伸,并以所述弹性构件F进入该搬运槽G中的状态对所述弹性构件F进行搬运,
在包含所述搬运槽G的所述多个所述第一突部52H中的、在所述宽度方向S上相互相邻的一个第一突部52H与另一第一突部52H之间,配置有承接所述一对片材1、2的至少一个承接部52L。
在本发明的伸缩层叠体的制造方法中,所述伸缩片材10在第一及第二片材1、2之间夹持相互分离的多根弹性构件F,在所述弹性构件F的伸缩方向Df及与所述伸缩方向Df相交叉的方向Dp上,分别在多列第一接合部31处,使所述第一及第二片材1、2相互接合,
所述制造方法包括以下工序:
将所述第一片材1导入砧辊50上的工序;
将所述弹性构件F导入所述砧辊50上的所述第一片材1上,并将所述弹性构件F以其分别进入所述砧辊50的多个所述搬运槽G的各搬运槽G中的方式导入的工序;
为了抑制所述第一片材1沿所述砧辊50的径向收缩,一边在包含所述搬运槽G的一个第一突部52H与另一第一突部52H之间的承接部52L处承接所述第一片材1,一边对所述第一片材1及所述弹性构件F进行搬运的工序;
在所述砧辊50上,以将所述弹性构件F夹入所述第一片材1与第二片材2之间的方式,将所述第二片材2导入所述第一片材1上的工序;以及
在所述承接部52L处不使所述第一片材1与第二片材2熔接,而在所述砧辊50的所述第一突部52H上使第一片材1与所述第二片材2熔接,来形成所述第一接合部31的工序。
本发明中,第一突部52H所包含的搬运槽G设置为,针对一个第一突部52H,至少一道搬运槽G将所述一个第一突部52H的突出表面沿所述宽度方向S分开。即,所述各搬运槽G是例如V字状或U字状的切口,在所述第一突部52H的所述宽度方向S的中央,由在所述第一突部52H形成的切口的表面定义。
所述搬运槽G的深度可以是所述一对片材1、2与两者之间的所述弹性构件F相互熔接程度的深度,也可以是相互未熔接程度的深度。在所述一对片材1、2与所述弹性构件F在所述搬运槽G中相互熔接的情况下,所述搬运槽G的底面由所述第一突部52H定义。即,在该情况下,所述搬运槽G在所述宽度方向S的两侧及下侧由所述第一突部52H包围。
需要说明的是,所述搬运槽G也可以针对一个第一突部52H设置有多个。
根据本发明,在各弹性构件的所述宽度方向(所述交叉的方向)的至少两侧的一对接合部处,一对片材通过熔接构造而相互接合。即,在各搬运槽G的至少两侧的一对第一突部52H处,使一对片材通过熔接构造相互接合,且生成在一对片材之间夹持有弹性构件F的伸缩层叠体。
在砧辊上,片材由接合用的突部间的承接部承接。因此,能够抑制片材及弹性构件F沿砧辊的轴向(宽度方向)位移。其结果,能够抑制弹性构件从搬运槽偏移,能够防止弹性构件在接合时断裂。

具体实施方式
在优选的发明装置中,所述承接部52L在一个所述第一突部52H与另一所述第一突部52H之间至少设置有两个,
在至少两个的所述承接部52L之间设置有用于生成使所述一对片材1、2相互接合而成的第二接合部32的第二突部52S。
优选的特征为,所述承接部52L的高度比所述第一突部52H的高度低51μm~300μm。
若承接部52L的高度与第一突部52H相比过低,则在由承接部52L承接第一片材之前,第一片材欲与弹性构件F一起沿砧辊50的径向收缩,弹性构件F容易沿砧辊50的轴向位移。
另一方面,若承接部52L的高度与第一突部52H接近至相同程度,则虽然也与片材的厚度或种类有关,但在承接部52L处,一对片材容易相互熔接而相互接合。
从该观点,承接部52L的高度优选比第一突部52H的高度低60μm~300μm,更加优选低70μm~300μm,进一步优选低70μm~250μm,最优选低70μm~200μm。
但是,根据一对片材的种类或厚度,所述高度的差也可以是20μm~300μm程度。

实施例
在伸缩层叠体的实施例的说明之前,说明使用了伸缩层叠体的一次性穿着物品的构造的一例。
在将穿着物品展开示出的图1中,穿着物品90具备吸收性主体92及前后的一对腰围构件91、91。吸收性主体92架设于一对腰围构件91、91而形成胯部92a。
该穿着物品90以所述胯部92a在与所述腰围方向X平行的假想线(line)上折为两部分的状态穿着。由此,所述一对腰围构件91、91的腰围方向X的端部彼此相互重叠。
所述前后的各腰围构件91包含图2A及图2B中示出的伸缩层叠体10。所述伸缩层叠体10分别是由弹性构件F、第一及第二片材1、2相互层叠而成的片材状构件。
所述第一片材1及第二片材2由具有通气性的无纺布构成。所述弹性构件F夹在所述第一片材1与第二片材2之间并沿所述腰围方向X伸缩。
所述穿着物品90(图1)的伸缩层叠体10具有与穿着者的皮肤接触的皮肤面11(图2B)和其相反侧的非皮肤面12。
接下来,说明所述伸缩层叠体10的一例。
首先,说明弹性构件F拉伸的状态。
如图2B所示,所述一对片材1、2的第一面1f、2f彼此相互相对或接触。多根所述弹性构件F分别配置在所述一对片材1、2的所述第一面1f、2f之间,且如图2A的虚线所示相互分离配置。
如图2A及图2B所示,所述一对片材1、2彼此在多个接合部3处不借助粘接剂而通过相互熔接以接合。在本例的情况下,在固定部3f处,通过将所述一对片材1、2熔接于所述弹性构件F(熔接构造),而使所述各弹性构件F在所述固定部3f处固定于所述一对片材1、2。
各所述接合部3通过在图2B的所述一对片材1、2的第一面1f、2f处使所述一对片材1、2相互熔接而构成。所述接合部3沿与图2A的所述弹性构件F的伸缩方向Df相交叉的(例如正交的)方向Dp延伸,沿所述伸缩方向Df相互分离。
在图2A中,所述各接合部3具有多个成对的第一接合部31、第二接合部32及固定部3f。在第一接合部31与第二接合部32之间,设置有一对片材1、2相互不接合的非接合部33。
弹性构件F也可以是线状或绳状。例如,如图3的(a)所示,弹性构件F也可以是多根橡胶丝(纤维状弹性体)F1聚集为束状的多股线。作为橡胶丝F1的材质,例如能够举出聚氨酯。
在所述弹性构件F的收缩力的作用下,如图4B所示,所述伸缩层叠体10在所述弹性构件F收缩的状态下形成大量的褶皱P。以下说明弹性构件F收缩的状态的伸缩层叠体10。
所述片材1、2也可以是由例如大量热塑性纤维层叠而成的热塑性无纺布。图4B的褶皱P在图2A的所述弹性构件F收缩的状态下,以所述一对片材1、2如图4B所示沿方向Dp突出的方式形成。
在图2A中,对所述第一及第二接合部31、32标注斜线。所述一对第一接合部31配置在所述各弹性构件F的所述交叉的方向Dp的两侧。
所述第二接合部32在所述各弹性构件F中的相互相邻的弹性构件F之间配置在一对第一接合部31和在与之相交叉的所述方向Dp上相邻的另一对第一接合部31之间。在本例中,在一对第一接合部31与另一对第一接合部31之间设置有一个第二接合部32。
所述第二接合部32处的所述一对片材1、2彼此的接合强度可以小于或者大于所述第一接合部31处的所述一对片材1、2彼此的接合强度。
在图2A中,在一对第一接合部31之间,由空白示出的固定部3f的接合力可以小于或大于所述第一接合部31的接合力。另外,固定部3f的接合力可以小于或大于所述第二接合部32的接合力。这是由于,只要能够将弹性构件F固定于片材1、2即可。
在图2A的所述固定部3f处,各片材1、2可以熔接于弹性构件F,或者以无纺布的纤维的一部分或全部缠绕于弹性构件F的状态固定。
在图1的腰围构件91、91的两端部或其附近,在所述弹性构件F固定在图2B的一对片材1、2之间的情况下,不需要设置图2A的所述固定部3f。
在图2A中,所述各接合部31、32沿交叉的方向Dp断续设置。因此,相互相邻的各接合部31、32之间断续设置有第一及第二片材1、2相互未接合的非接合部33。
接下来,说明所述伸缩层叠体10的制造装置的一例。
图4A的制造装置具备砧辊50、导入装置60及熔接装置70等。
所述导入装置60对弹性构件F进行引导并将其导入砧辊50。另外,在比所述弹性构件F靠上游的位置,第一片材1被导入所述砧辊50,在比所述弹性构件F靠下游的位置,第二片材2被导入所述砧辊50。所述砧辊50以成为在一对片材1、2之间配置有所述弹性构件F的状态的方式,对所述一对片材1、2及弹性构件F进行搬运。
所述熔接装置70与所述砧辊50协作而将所述一对片材1、2相互熔接,并将所述一对片材1、2熔接于所述弹性构件F,由所述一对片材1、2保持弹性构件F。在本例的情况下,熔接装置70是以超声波能量进行所述熔接的超声波熔敷装置。
所述熔接装置70在图2B的所述伸缩层叠体10中的所述两片无纺布片材1、2的多个接合部3(图2A)处施加振动能量,使所述两片无纺布片材1、2及弹性构件F熔接。
更具体来说,图5的所述砧辊50在外周面51具有大量的突条52。突条52沿砧辊50的宽度方向S延伸。即,突条52沿与砧辊50的轴向平行的母线延伸。
在图7中,所述多根突条52以在所述砧辊50的所述周向R上相互分离的方式设置,由所述多根突条52中的相互相邻的突条52定义出沿所述宽度方向S延伸的凹槽59。在所述各突条52上,沿所述宽度方向S间歇地设置有分别包含所述搬运槽G的所述多个第一突部52H。
按照上述方式,通过形成所述突条52及所述凹槽59,所述第一突部52H在所述辊50的所述周向R及所述宽度方向S上以矩阵状设置,所述搬运槽G在所述辊50的所述周向R及所述宽度方向S上以矩阵状设置。
图4A的所述熔接装置70具有焊头71。焊头71施加超声波能量,隔着所述一对片材1、2及弹性构件F与图4C的突条52相对。
在图4C中,所述焊头71的沿着所述片材1、2的行进方向的宽度W1可以大于所述突条52的宽度W2。另外,也可以按照多根突条52同时暂时或始终与焊头71相对的方式设定。
如图5及图6所示,所述砧辊50具有多道搬运槽G。各搬运槽G由所述多根突条52的在各突条52上形成的V字状或U字状的切口构成,以横穿所述各突条52的方式沿所述砧辊50的周向R延伸,以所述弹性构件F进入该搬运槽G中的状态进行所述弹性构件F的搬运。所述搬运槽G朝向砧辊50的径向中心凹陷。
如图9所示,所述搬运槽G的大小也可以设定为,弹性构件F的一部分收容在槽内,其余部分从槽中伸出。搬运槽G的截面积可以小于自然长度的弹性构件F的截面积。
需要说明的是,在图5~图8C中,片材1、2虽未图示,但如图9示意性所示,片材1、2以夹着弹性构件F的方式配置。
图4A的导入装置60具备第一辊(规定辊)61及第二辊(引导辊)62。图5的所述第一及第二辊61、62可以分别具有多道第一及第二引导槽G1、G2。各第一引导槽G1卷绕所述弹性构件F并对所述各弹性构件F进行引导。图6的所述第二引导槽G2卷绕从所述第一辊61的所述各第一引导槽G1导出的所述各弹性构件F,将该弹性构件F向所述砧辊50的所述各搬运槽G引导。
所述第一及第二辊61、62可以是自由辊,也可以与所述砧辊50同步地被旋转驱动。另外也可以不设置第一及第二辊。
如图7所示,所述各突条52具有多个所述搬运槽G、承接部52L及突部52H、52S。即,所述各突条52包含用于生成所述第一接合部31的多个第一突部52H、以及形成用于生成所述第二接合部32的多个第二突部52S和非接合部33的承接部52L。需要说明的是,为了使构造容易理解,在图7、图8B、图8C及图9中,夸张地图示了各突部52L、52H的高度或搬运槽G的深度。
在图7中,所述第一及第二突部52H、52S及承接部52L沿所述砧辊50的宽度方向S间歇地即以在宽度方向S上分离的状态设置。
图8B的所述承接部52L的高度(从凹槽59的表面起的高度)H1低于第一及第二突部52H、52S的最高高度H2。所述承接部52L的高度H1比所述突部52H的高度(从凹槽59的表面起的高度)H2低例如70μm~200μm。
在图8B中,所述搬运槽G由在所述第一突部52H上形成的切口定义。所述第一突部52H的切口的最下面设定为相比于以虚线表示的所述凹槽59的底面沿所述辊50的径向突出的高度。所述承接部52L的表面设定为相比于所述切口的所述最下面沿所述径向突出的高度,且为相比于所述第一突部52H的突出表面向所述径向退避的高度。
所述搬运槽G由第一突部52H的所述宽度方向S的两侧的(一对)部位及所述搬运槽G的下方的第一突部52H的部位定义。即,所述两侧的第一突部52H的部位及下方的第一突部52H的部位定义搬运槽G的底面。例如,如图8B所示,第一突部52H的一部分被切削成V字状,在所述宽度方向S的两侧及下侧,以被所述第一突部52H包围的方式形成搬运槽G。
如图7所示,所述一对第一突部52H在所述砧辊50的宽度方向S及周向R分别配置有多组。在所述宽度方向S上相互相邻的所述一对第一突部52H与另一对第一突部52H之间,配置有承接所述一对片材1、2的至少一个所述承接部52L。
在本例的情况下,所述承接部52L在所述一对第一突部52H与所述另一第一突部52H之间设置有两个。在所述两个承接部52L之间,设置有用于生成使所述一对片材1、2相互接合而成的第二接合部32(图2A)的第二突部52S。
接下来,说明使用所述制造装置的所述伸缩层叠体10的制造方法的一例。
如图4A所示,第一片材1被导入砧辊50的上游部分。在导入了所述第一片材1的砧辊50的第一片材1上,从导入装置60导入多个弹性构件F。各弹性构件F以与第一片材(图4A)一起进入图4C的各搬运槽G的状态被导入。
为了抑制所述第一片材1沿所述砧辊50的径向收缩,如图9所示,在生成所述一对第一接合部31、31的一对第一突部52H与另一对第一突部52H之间的承接部52L处,如双点划线所示,一边承接所述第一片材1一边进行所述第一片材1及所述弹性构件F的搬运。
另一方面,在与图4C的所述焊头71相对的砧辊50的部位导入图4A的第二片材2。即,在所述砧辊50上,以所述弹性构件F夹入所述第一片材1与第二片材2之间的方式,将所述第二片材2导入所述第一片材1上。
所述第一片材1、弹性构件F及第二片材2在从焊头71与突条52之间通过时,所述焊头71朝向砧辊50的方向进行超声波振动。由此,在图2A的所述第一接合部31及第二接合部32处,片材1、2彼此相互熔接,且在固定部3f处,片材1、2与弹性构件F熔接。按照这种方式生成伸缩层叠体10。
在此,在图7及图8B的所述承接部52L处,所述第一片材1与第二片材2不熔接,而第一片材1与所述第二片材2在所述砧辊50的各突部52H、52S上熔接而形成所述接合部3。
如图9放大所示,一对片材1、2在所述突条52的第一突部52H或第二突部52S与焊头71之间沿与纸面正交的方向通过。
在图9的各突部52H、52S处,焊头71以较大的压力与第二片材2接触。因此,各突部52H、52S沿弹性构件F的伸缩方向Df断续地生成将一对片材1、2牢固地超声波熔敷的图2A的第一及第二接合部31、32。
另一方面,在图9中,在承接部52L处,焊头71与第二片材2之间几乎不产生接触压力。因此,在承接部52L处不执行超声波熔敷。
另外,如图9的双点划线例示,在承接部52L处,若第一及第二片材1、2欲沿砧辊50的径向收缩,则第一片材1被承接部52L的表面承接。因此,各片材1、2不易在宽度方向S上错位。其结果是,弹性构件F不会从搬运槽G伸出(不会在施加较大压力的第一突部52H的突出表面与焊头71之间伸出),因此,能够不切断弹性构件F而将片材彼此熔接。
图10示出变形例。
如图10的(a)所示,承接部52L的形状可以是除了方形以外的圆形等。另外,承接部52L可以相比于各第一突部52H沿周向突出,也可以沿周向缩短。
如图10的(b)所示,承接部52L可以与第一突部52H连续或断续地形成。
如图10的(c)及(d)的实施例所示,相对于伸缩层叠体10的弹性构件F,第一突部52H与承接部52L之间的突条52的表面52f和第一突部52H可以蜿蜒曲折(以锯齿状连续)。在该情况下,承接部52L的宽度可以不恒定。在该情况下,搬运槽G沿弹性构件F的延伸方向间歇地设置于第一突部52H。即,仅在第一突部52H与弹性构件F相交的部位处,沿弹性构件F的延伸方向设置有搬运槽G。需要说明的是,在图10的(c)中,弹性构件F以双点划线示出。
然而,承接部52L也可以是与砧辊50的外周面相同的高度。另外,虽然无法期待针对弹性构件偏移的效果,但也可以在接合用突部的周向的间歇部分形成承接部52L。
如以上那样,参照附图对优选实施例进行了说明,但对于本领域技术人员来说,参照本说明书,在显而易见的范围内容易想到各种变更以及修正。
例如,导入用的辊并非必须设置。另外,熔接也可以是热密封而非超声波。
因此,以上变更以及修正被解释为由技术方案确定的本发明的范围内的变更以及修正。
产业上的可利用性

Claims (6)

1.一种制造装置,其是穿着物品的伸缩层叠体的制造装置,
所述制造装置具备:
砧辊(50),其以成为弹性构件(F)被夹入第一及第二片材(1、2)之间的状态的方式,对一对所述片材(1、2)及所述弹性构件(F)进行搬运;以及
熔接装置(70),其与所述砧辊(50)协作而使一对所述片材(1、2)相互熔接,并利用一对所述片材保持所述弹性构件(F),
在所述砧辊(50)的外周面(51),以沿着所述砧辊(50)的宽度方向(S)且在宽度方向(S)上相互分离的状态配置多个第一突部(52H),该第一突部(52H)用于生成使一对所述片材(1、2)相互接合而成的第一接合部(31),
各所述第一突部(52H)定义并包含搬运槽(G),该搬运槽(G)沿所述砧辊(50)的周向(R)延伸,并以所述弹性构件(F)进入该搬运槽(G)中的状态对所述弹性构件(F)进行搬运,
在包含所述搬运槽(G)的多个所述第一突部(52H)中的、沿所述宽度方向(S)相互相邻的一个第一突部(52H)与另一第一突部(52H)之间,配置有承接一对所述片材(1、2)的至少一个承接部(52L)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制造装置,其中,
所述承接部(52L)在所述一个第一突部(52H)与所述另一第一突部(52H)之间至少设置有两个,
在至少两个的所述承接部(52L)之间,设置有用于生成使一对所述片材(1、2)相互接合而成的第二接合部(32)的第二突部(52S)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的制造装置,其特征在于,
所述承接部(52L)的高度比所述第一突部(52H)的高度低51μm~300μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制造装置,其中,
在所述砧辊(50)的外周面(51),沿所述砧辊(50)的所述宽度方向(S)延伸的多根突条(52)在所述砧辊(50)的所述周向(R)上相互分离地设置,
由所述多根突条(52)中的相互相邻的突条(52)定义出沿所述宽度方向(S)延伸的凹槽(59),
在各所述突条(52)上,沿所述宽度方向(S)间歇地设置有分别包含所述搬运槽(G)的所述多个第一突部(52H),
通过按照上述方式形成所述突条(52)及所述凹槽(59),从而
所述第一突部(52H)沿所述辊(50)的所述周向(R)及所述宽度方向(S)以矩阵状设置,
所述搬运槽(G)沿所述辊(50)的所述周向(R)及所述宽度方向(S)以矩阵状设置。
5.一种穿着物品的伸缩层叠体的制造方法,其中,
所述伸缩片材(10)在第一及第二片材(1、2)之间夹持相互分离的多根弹性构件(F),在所述弹性构件(F)的伸缩方向(Df)及与所述伸缩方向(Df)相交叉的方向(Dp)上,分别在多列第一接合部(31)处,使所述第一及第二片材(1、2)相互接合,
所述制造方法包括:
将所述第一片材(1)导入砧辊(50)上的工序;
将所述弹性构件(F)导入所述砧辊(50)上的所述第一片材(1)上,并将所述弹性构件(F)以其分别进入所述砧辊(50)的多个所述搬运槽(G)的各搬运槽(G)中的方式导入的工序;
为了抑制所述第一片材(1)沿所述砧辊(50)的径向收缩,一边在包含所述搬运槽(G)的一个第一突部(52H)与另一第一突部(52H)之间的承接部(52L)处承接所述第一片材(1),一边对所述第一片材(1)及所述弹性构件(F)进行搬运的工序;
在所述砧辊(50)上,以将所述弹性构件(F)夹入所述第一片材(1)与第二片材(2)之间的方式,将所述第二片材(2)导入所述第一片材(1)上的工序;以及
在所述承接部(52L)处不使所述第一片材(1)与第二片材(2)熔接,而在所述砧辊(50)的所述第一突部(52H)上使第一片材(1)与所述第二片材(2)熔接,来形成所述第一接合部(31)的工序。
6.一种穿着物品的伸缩层叠体的制造方法,其为使用权利要求3的制造装置的穿着物品的伸缩层叠体(10)的制造方法,
所述伸缩层叠体(10)在所述第一及第二片材(1、2)之间夹持相互分离的多根所述弹性构件(F),在所述弹性构件(F)的伸缩方向(Df)及与所述伸缩方向(Df)相交叉的方向(Dp)上,分别在多列所述第一接合部(31)处,使所述第一及第二片材(1、2)相互接合,
所述制造方法包括:
将所述第一片材(1)导入所述砧辊(50)上的工序;
将所述弹性构件(F)导入所述砧辊(50)上的所述第一片材(1)上,并将所述弹性构件(F)以其分别进入所述砧辊(50)的多个所述搬运槽(G)的各搬运槽(G)中的方式导入的工序;
为了抑制所述第一片材(1)沿所述砧辊(50)的径向收缩,一边在包含所述搬运槽(G)的所述一个第一突部(52H)与所述另一第一突部(52H)之间的所述承接部(52L)处承接所述第一片材(1),一边对所述第一片材(1)及所述弹性构件(F)进行搬运的工序;
在所述砧辊(50)上,以将所述弹性构件(F)夹入所述第一片材(1)与所述第二片材(2)之间的方式,将所述第二片材(2)导入所述第一片材(1)上的工序;以及
在所述承接部(52L)处不使所述第一片材(1)与所述第二片材(2)熔接,而在所述砧辊(50)的所述第一突部(52H)上使所述第一片材(1)与所述第二片材(2)熔接,来形成所述第一接合部(31)的工序。
