技术领域
本发明涉及薄膜加工领域,尤其涉及疏水疏油的高阻隔食品包装复合膜。
背景技术
Al铝膜由于其具有优良的耐折性和良好的韧性,很少出现针孔和裂口,无揉曲龟裂现象,因此能对气体、水蒸汽、气味、光线等起到绝佳的隔绝效果。但由于Al铝膜本身是金属材料,容易被酸性物质腐蚀,因此现有铝膜一般只用于包装一些偏碱性或中性的食品,对酸性食品的几乎无法应用这一具有绝佳避光性和隔绝性的包装材料进行保护。究其原因,是现有包装膜产品对铝膜基本不进行保护或者保护极弱,导致这类产品在包装酸性食品、特别是部分酸性较强的食品时,会出现酸性不耐受的情况。即铝膜承受不住酸性食品的长时间浸泡侵蚀,出现包装膜分层甚至漏包的现象,影响美观的同时严重影响所包装食品的品质。另一方面,一些半液态的食品,如酸奶、果酱、酸辣酱等极易沾染到包装膜内壁上,导致使用者在打开封口使用这样的食品时,容易被内壁上沾染的食品弄脏,不卫生的同时处理麻烦。因此,需要一种能够不沾水不沾油并具有优良防护性质的包装材料,以克服此问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的上述缺陷,提供疏水疏油的高阻隔食品包装复合膜。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种疏水疏油的高阻隔食品包装复合膜,包括五层膜,由外向内依次包括支撑层、阻隔层、增韧层、热封层、双疏防粘层,所述双疏防粘层由如下工艺制备:
a、将适量十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、正丁醇、正辛烷混合均匀,配成微乳液;
b、在步骤a配成的微乳液环境中,将适量氢氧化钾、硝酸钾和硫酸亚铁缓慢混合,并在水浴中快速搅拌;
c、往经过步骤b的反应液中滴入适量柠檬酸,保持快速搅拌并水浴升温;
d、经过步骤c的反应液与适量氨水混合均匀,然后缓慢滴加过量正硅酸乙酯,持续搅拌,得到棕黄色微乳液,离心,得到的固体用无水乙醇和蒸馏水交替洗涤数次并干燥;
e、将经过步骤d干燥后的固体与适量棕榈树蜡、蜂蜡混合,置入高速剪切乳化机,得到液化蜡油;
f、将所述液化蜡油在磁场的作用下均匀涂覆在所述热封层上并热压,之后冷却,形成与所述热封层紧密贴合的所述双疏防粘层。
进一步的,所述双疏防粘层由如下工艺制备:
a、将十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、正丁醇、正辛烷、按摩尔比8:3:1混合均匀,配成微乳液;
b、在步骤a配成的微乳液环境中,将氢氧化钾和硫酸亚铁按摩尔比4:1混合并在70℃水浴中快速搅拌,保持水浴和快速搅拌并缓慢滴加硝酸钾,滴加量为所述硝酸钾与所述硫酸亚铁摩尔比1:4;
c、往经过步骤b的反应液中滴入柠檬酸,调节溶液为中性,保持快速搅拌并将水浴升温至90℃;
d、经过步骤c的反应液用适量氨水调节至pH为8~9,然后慢慢滴加过量正硅酸乙酯,持续搅拌至滴加完成后3h,得到棕黄色微乳液,离心,得到的固体用无水乙醇和蒸馏水交替洗涤数次并干燥;
e、将经过步骤d干燥后的固体与棕榈树蜡、蜂蜡按照质量比2:1:1混合,置入高速剪切乳化机,得到液化蜡油;
f、将所述液化蜡油在磁场的作用下均匀涂覆在所述热封层上并热压,之后冷却,形成与所述热封层紧密贴合的所述双疏防粘层。
以阻隔层作为阻隔核心,向外提供支持层加以支撑和保护,方便印刷的同时能有效地防止外部环境侵入;向内提供增韧层予以增韧层保护,有效防止内部包装物,特别是一些高腐蚀性包装液体的渗入。增韧层上进一步复合热封层,以其优异的性质能确保封口处的紧实。封口以外的地方,进一步复合双疏防粘层,形成内表面,能有效地防止内部包装产品的沾侵,进一步防止内部包装产品对复合膜的腐蚀。同时,由于内部包装产品无法沾侵到复合膜内表面,这样使用者在打开封口使用内部包装产品时,不会因为产品沾侵在膜壁上而弄脏双手,更加干净高效。支撑层、阻隔层、增韧层、热封层、双疏防粘层五层膜紧密结合,相互配合互相支持作用,为内部包装产品从里到外提供一道密不透风的壁障,给予内部包装产品全方位的保护,最大程度地延长了内部包装产品的保存时间,特别适合酸奶、果酱、酸辣酱等具有一定腐蚀性产品的长时间完整安全的包装。
双疏防粘层由于想要同时实现疏水和疏油,仅靠普通材料难以同时具备这两种性质,考虑在膜层表面形成双疏突触才实现。由于是多层膜复合,需要控制双疏突触的形成方向,防止其与其他层膜复合不良,产生质量问题。这里采用磁场进行控制,这就要求形成的双疏突触具有感磁性,并且能在双疏防粘层中很好地分散和迁移。采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、正丁醇、正辛烷混合均匀,配成微乳液,形成一个分散性极好的反应环境。在微乳液的环境、碱性的条件下,加入的KOH和FeSO4被胶束所包裹,反应依靠胶束间由碰撞引起的物质交换得以进行。即反应是在胶束间相互作用形成的微反应器中进行,微反应器的尺寸极大地限制了反应现成的粒子的尺寸,能得到分散性极好且尺寸较小的粒子。KOH和FeSO4先反应生成Fe(OH)2,之后滴加KNO3,开始生成Fe3O4,为了使得生成的Fe3O4颗粒更小,需控制反应过程保持碱性,并且亚铁离子过量。之后,滴加柠檬酸,调节溶液为中性。一方面,柠檬酸可以溶解多余的Fe(OH)2。更重要的是,小颗粒的Fe3O4很容易团聚,而柠檬酸是具有三个羧基的有机酸,它能吸附在Fe3O4粒子表面,起到分散剂的作用,进一步减少粒子团聚,从而使Fe3O4粒子更稳定分散在微乳液的环境中。之后再调溶液至弱碱性,并滴加正硅酸乙酯,在Fe3O4粒子表面生成SiO2,包裹住Fe3O4。被SiO2包裹住的Fe3O4能提高与膜嵌合度,确保其更均匀地分散。经过高速剪切乳化机后Fe3O4-SiO2均匀地分布在蜡油中,棕榈树蜡、蜂蜡这两种天然物质均是可食用品,无毒无害并且具有合适的表面化学性质。最后在磁场的作用下进行热压,紧密贴合在热封层表面,磁场使得具有Fe3O4内核的粒子往膜表面凸出,形成疏水疏油突触,实现了双疏防粘效果。
进一步的,所述支撑层为PET膜,所述阻隔层为Al箔膜、所述增韧层为BOPA膜、所述热封层为EVA膜。
进一步的,所述支撑层厚度为10~15μm,所述阻隔层厚度为6~10μm,所述增韧层厚度为10~15μm,所述热封层厚度为60~130μm。
进一步的,所述双疏防粘层厚度为1~5μm。
一种制备如上所述疏水疏油的高阻隔食品包装复合膜的方法,包括如下步骤:
A、所述支撑层、阻隔层、增韧层、热封层逐层涂覆胶水,之后进行贴合、收卷、熟化,完成复合,得到半成品;
B、将所述液化蜡油在磁场的作用下均匀涂覆在步骤A得到的所述半成品上并热压,之后冷却,形成与所述半成品紧密贴合的所述双疏防粘层,得到成品。
进一步的,所述胶水为耐水煮聚氨酯胶水。
进一步的,所述步骤A采用无溶剂工艺复合,各层的施胶量为1.5~2.5g/m2,贴合温度40~50℃,贴合速度200~350m/min,熟化温度为40~45℃,熟化时间为12~36h。
进一步的,所述步骤A采用干复工艺复合,各层的施胶量为3~4g/m2,贴合温度55~65℃,贴合速度150~200m/min,熟化温度为45~50℃,熟化时间为24~48h。
采用无溶剂工艺复合与采用干复工艺复合相比,减少了施胶量、降低了贴合温度和熟化温度,缩短了贴合时间和熟化时间,却不会造成复合膜质量的下降,是较优的选择。
实施本发明,具有如下有益效果:
以阻隔层作为阻隔核心,构筑五层膜复合防护结构,集阻隔性能、防刺穿性能、耐水煮性能等多种性能于一体,并通过在内表面形成疏水疏油突触,实现了双疏防粘效果,防止内部包装产品的沾侵,进一步防止内部包装产品对复合膜的腐蚀。五层膜紧密结合,相互配合互相支持作用,为内部包装产品从里到外提供一道密不透风的壁障,给予内部包装产品全方位的保护,最大程度地延长了内部包装产品的保存时间,特别适合酸奶、果酱、酸辣酱等具有一定腐蚀性产品的长时间完整安全的包装。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种疏水疏油的高阻隔食品包装复合膜,包括五层膜,由如下工艺制备:
a、将十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、正丁醇、正辛烷、按摩尔比8:3:1混合均匀,配成微乳液;
b、在步骤a配成的微乳液环境中,将氢氧化钾和硫酸亚铁按摩尔比4:1混合并在70℃水浴中快速搅拌,保持水浴和快速搅拌并缓慢滴加硝酸钾,滴加量为所述硝酸钾与所述硫酸亚铁摩尔比1:4;
c、往经过步骤b的反应液中滴入柠檬酸,调节溶液为中性,保持快速搅拌并将水浴升温至90℃;
d、经过步骤c的反应液用适量氨水调节至pH为8~9,然后慢慢滴加过量正硅酸乙酯,持续搅拌至滴加完成后3h,得到棕黄色微乳液,离心,得到的固体用无水乙醇和蒸馏水交替洗涤数次并干燥;
e、将经过步骤d干燥后的固体与棕榈树蜡、蜂蜡按照质量比2:1:1混合,置入高速剪切乳化机,得到液化蜡油,待用。
F、采用无溶剂工艺复合,将PET膜、Al箔膜、BOPA膜、EVA膜逐层涂覆耐水煮聚氨酯胶水,施胶量为1.5~2.5g/m2,之后进行贴合、收卷、熟化,完成复合。PET膜与Al箔膜进行贴合,熟化完成后再与BOPA膜进行贴合,熟化完成后再与EVA膜进行贴合,得到半成品。各层贴合温度40~50℃,贴合速度200~350m/min,熟化温度为40~45℃,熟化时间为12~36h。
选用德国汉高henkel的LA2640胶水用作本实施例的耐酸碱型聚氨酯胶水,其他符合条件的同类产品亦可。
G、将步骤e得到的液化蜡油在磁场的作用下均匀涂覆在步骤F得到的半成品上,只涂覆在EVA膜层,并热压,之后冷却,形成与所述半成品紧密贴合的所述双疏防粘层,得到成品。
实施例2
一种疏水疏油的高阻隔食品包装复合膜,包括五层膜,由如下工艺制备:
a、将十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、正丁醇、正辛烷、按摩尔比8:3:1混合均匀,配成微乳液;
b、在步骤a配成的微乳液环境中,将氢氧化钾和硫酸亚铁按摩尔比4:1混合并在70℃水浴中快速搅拌,保持水浴和快速搅拌并缓慢滴加硝酸钾,滴加量为所述硝酸钾与所述硫酸亚铁摩尔比1:4;
c、往经过步骤b的反应液中滴入柠檬酸,调节溶液为中性,保持快速搅拌并将水浴升温至90℃;
d、经过步骤c的反应液用适量氨水调节至pH为8~9,然后慢慢滴加过量正硅酸乙酯,持续搅拌至滴加完成后3h,得到棕黄色微乳液,离心,得到的固体用无水乙醇和蒸馏水交替洗涤数次并干燥;
e、将经过步骤d干燥后的固体与棕榈树蜡、蜂蜡按照质量比2:1:1混合,置入高速剪切乳化机,得到液化蜡油,待用。
F、采用干复工艺复合,将PET膜、Al箔膜、BOPA膜、EVA膜逐层涂覆耐水煮聚氨酯胶水,施胶量为3~4g/m2,之后进行贴合、收卷、熟化,完成复合。PET膜与Al箔膜进行贴合,熟化完成后再与BOPA膜进行贴合,熟化完成后再与EVA膜进行贴合,得到半成品。各层贴合温度55~65℃,贴合速度
150~200m/min,熟化温度为45~50℃,熟化时间为24~48h。

对比例1
选用如实施例1材料与工艺过程,其区别在于,省略步骤a,即双疏防粘层在缺少微乳液的环境下制备。
对比例2
选用如实施例1材料与工艺过程,其区别在于,步骤c的操作变更为:
往经过步骤b的反应液中滴入稀盐酸,调节溶液为中性,保持快速搅拌并将水浴升温至90℃。
其他步骤不变,制得复合包装膜。
对比例3
选用如实施例1材料与工艺过程,其区别在于,省略步骤G,即缺少双疏防粘层,制得复合包装膜。
实施例4
对实施例1~2和对比例1~4所制得复合膜进行性能测试,测试设计如下:
将所得复合膜制成袋子,以柠檬醋模拟一般酸性食品(调节pH2~3,基本是常见食品上限),加入适当增稠剂,形成油水混合状态,模拟常见半液态的食品,如酸奶、果酱、酸辣酱等,充当内容物,在55℃恒温持续保温老化实验。实验过程保持振动,模拟食品出厂后长途搬运对其产生的影响,并加快实验进程,观察复合膜状态。
观察结果如下:

其中,实施例1、2和对比例1、2、4经过15天的恒温老化仍未发现分层及漏包现象,停止测试。
从测试结果可以看出:
①实施例1与实施例2在实验中的表现几乎相同,说明了采用无溶剂工艺复合与采用干复工艺复合相比,减少了施胶量、降低了贴合温度和熟化温度,缩短了贴合时间和熟化时间,却不会造成复合膜质量的下降,是较优的选择。
②对比例1和对比例2内壁出现轻微沾污,说明了未采用本发明工艺形成的双疏防粘层,由于Fe3O4颗粒过大或产生团聚的现象,无法进行良好地分散和迁移,导致双疏效果的下降。
③对比例3底部出现Al与PET层间分层现象,说明了双疏防粘层可以在一定程度上防范腐蚀性食品对复合膜的侵蚀,但是在浸泡状态下(底部),进双疏防粘层无法完全防范侵蚀。
④对比例4内壁出现严重沾污,说明了缺少双疏防粘层的复合膜,虽然也具有优秀的防腐蚀能力,但其内壁沾污严重,给使用带来不便。
综上,只有本发明五层复合膜结构的疏水疏油的高阻隔食品包装复合膜才能完全隔绝酸性内容物的侵蚀和渗透,并起到优良地防止沾污的作用,达到长时间安全保护腐蚀性食品的目的。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明一种较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种疏水疏油的高阻隔食品包装复合膜,其特征在于,包括五层膜,由外向内依次包括支撑层、阻隔层、增韧层、热封层、双疏防粘层,所述双疏防粘层由如下工艺制备:
a、将适量十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、正丁醇、正辛烷混合均匀,配成微乳液;
b、在步骤a配成的微乳液环境中,将适量氢氧化钾、硝酸钾和硫酸亚铁缓慢混合,并在水浴中快速搅拌;
c、往经过步骤b的反应液中滴入适量柠檬酸,保持快速搅拌并水浴升温;
d、经过步骤c的反应液与适量氨水混合均匀,然后缓慢滴加过量正硅酸乙酯,持续搅拌,得到棕黄色微乳液,离心,得到的固体用无水乙醇和蒸馏水交替洗涤数次并干燥;
e、将经过步骤d干燥后的固体与适量棕榈树蜡、蜂蜡混合,置入高速剪切乳化机,得到液化蜡油;
f、将所述液化蜡油在磁场的作用下均匀涂覆在所述热封层上并热压,之后冷却,形成与所述热封层紧密贴合的所述双疏防粘层。
2.根据权利要求1所述疏水疏油的高阻隔食品包装复合膜,其特征在于,所述双疏防粘层由如下工艺制备:
a、将十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、正丁醇、正辛烷、按摩尔比8:3:1混合均匀,配成微乳液;
b、在步骤a配成的微乳液环境中,将氢氧化钾和硫酸亚铁按摩尔比4:1混合并在70℃水浴中快速搅拌,保持水浴和快速搅拌并缓慢滴加硝酸钾,滴加量为所述硝酸钾与所述硫酸亚铁摩尔比1:4;
c、往经过步骤b的反应液中滴入柠檬酸,调节溶液为中性,保持快速搅拌并将水浴升温至90℃;
d、经过步骤c的反应液用适量氨水调节至pH为8~9,然后慢慢滴加过量正硅酸乙酯,持续搅拌至滴加完成后3h,得到棕黄色微乳液,离心,得到的固体用无水乙醇和蒸馏水交替洗涤数次并干燥;
e、将经过步骤d干燥后的固体与棕榈树蜡、蜂蜡按照质量比2:1:1混合,置入高速剪切乳化机,得到液化蜡油;
f、将所述液化蜡油在磁场的作用下均匀涂覆在所述热封层上并热压,之后冷却,形成与所述热封层紧密贴合的所述双疏防粘层。
3.根据权利要求2所述疏水疏油的高阻隔食品包装复合膜,其特征在于,所述支撑层为PET膜,所述阻隔层为Al箔膜、所述增韧层为BOPA膜、所述热封层为EVA膜。
4.根据权利要求3所述疏水疏油的高阻隔食品包装复合膜,其特征在于,所述支撑层厚度为10~15μm,所述阻隔层厚度为6~10μm,所述增韧层厚度为10~15μm,所述热封层厚度为60~130μm。
5.根据权利要求3所述疏水疏油的高阻隔食品包装复合膜,其特征在于,所述双疏防粘层厚度为1~5μm。
6.一种如权利要求1所述疏水疏油的高阻隔食品包装复合膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
A、所述支撑层、阻隔层、增韧层、热封层逐层涂覆胶水,之后进行贴合、收卷、熟化,完成复合,得到半成品;
B、将所述液化蜡油在磁场的作用下均匀涂覆在步骤A得到的所述半成品上并热压,之后冷却,形成与所述半成品紧密贴合的所述双疏防粘层,得到成品。
7.根据权利要求6所述疏水疏油的高阻隔食品包装复合膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述胶水为耐水煮聚氨酯胶水。
8.根据权利要求6所述疏水疏油的高阻隔食品包装复合膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤A采用无溶剂工艺复合,各层的施胶量为1.5~2.5g/m2,贴合温度40~50℃,贴合速度200~350m/min,熟化温度为40~45℃,熟化时间为12~36h。
9.根据权利要求6所述疏水疏油的高阻隔食品包装复合膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤A采用干复工艺复合,各层的施胶量为3~4g/m2,贴合温度55~65℃,贴合速度150~200m/min,熟化温度为45~50℃,熟化时间为24~48h。
