Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example (b):
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, an escape guardrail for a windowsill in a building comprises a first frame 1 and a second frame 2, wherein the first frame 1 and the second frame 2 are connected through a first mounting component 3, the second frame 2 is formed by connecting a plurality of modularized railing components, and adjacent railing components are connected through a second mounting component 4 and a safety rope 5 (see fig. 3). The embodiment is provided with a first frame 1 and a second frame 2, wherein the first frame 1 is a fixed frame and plays a role in basic human body interception and connection and fixation between the first frame and a wall body. The second frame body is detachably connected with the first frame body, the inside of the second frame body 2 is also detachably connected, and the second frame body 2 can be detached for use. Meanwhile, the safety rope 5 is arranged inside the second frame 2, and the safety rope 5 can convert the second frame 2 into a survival ladder to enable common people to escape from a fire floor and escape to the lower side.
The first frame 1 may be installed on a balcony as a guardrail or may be installed on a sill as a burglary-resisting window. Is connected to the ground or the sill by embedments or fasteners, and then the second frame 2 is installed therein.
As shown in fig. 2, the first mounting assembly 3 includes a first locking member 6 and a first mating member 7, the first locking member 6 is disposed at a position of the first frame 1 close to the second frame 2, the first mating member 7 is disposed on the rail assembly closest to the first frame 1 and is engaged with the first locking member 6, and the first locking member 6 is fastened to the first mating member 7. This scheme adopts conventional window safety latch fitting, and first buckle spare 6 locks with first fitting piece 7, is connected first frame 1 and second frame 2. This is a one-step fixing method, and the connection method is common in daily life and can be easily found and used directly in a reflective way by common people.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the balustrade assembly includes a first connecting tube 8, a second connecting tube 9, and a third connecting member 10 having two ends connected to the first connecting tube 8 and the second connecting tube 9, respectively. The first connecting pipe 8, the second connecting pipe 9 and the third connecting part 10 form an i-shaped rail assembly. The first connection pipe 8 and the first connection pipe 8 are connected to each other, and the second connection pipe 9 are connected to each other, thereby forming the second frame 2 as a whole. The third connecting member 10 is a flat rectangular parallelepiped connecting plate, and the surfaces of both sides of the third connecting member 10 are provided with anti-slip lines, so that the third connecting member can be used as a pedal after being converted into an escape ladder.
As shown in fig. 3, the first connection pipe 8 and the second connection pipe 9 have the same structure, and both are hollow circular pipes. The safety line 5, as a flexible connection, is preferably mounted in a hollow round tube and has a knot inside one of the hollow round tubes. One end of the first connecting pipe 8 or the second connecting pipe 9 is open, and the other end is closed. The safety line 5 thus connects several railing units in series without disengaging or sliding substantially. The length of each safety rope 5 can be 0.5 m to 1 m, and the total length of the safety rope 5 can be 3 m to 5 m according to the group number of the railing units. In this way, people can descend at least one floor, for example, from the floor where the fire occurs to the floor where the fire does not occur. Often, only this layer is needed, and rescue time can be left.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the second mounting component 4 is disposed at a position of the first connecting pipe 8 or the second connecting pipe 9 close to the pipe orifice of one end, and the clamping hole 11 matched with the second mounting component 4 is disposed at a position of the first connecting pipe 8 or the second connecting pipe 9 close to the pipe orifice of the other end. Second installation component 4 includes spacing hollow pipe 12, first spring 13, button piece 14, be equipped with mounting hole 15 on first connecting pipe 8 or the second connecting pipe 9, first spring 13 one end bonds with 8 inner walls of first connecting pipe, the other end passes mounting hole 15, the one end tip of passing mounting hole 15 still is equipped with button piece 14, first connecting pipe 8 or the 9 outer walls of second connecting pipe are equipped with the hollow pipe of fibre, spacing hollow pipe 12 both ends are respectively in the inner wall welding of first connecting pipe 8 or second connecting pipe 9. The button block 14 can be clamped in the clamping hole 11 to connect the adjacent railing components. The buttons of the second mounting assembly 4 are disposed towards the ground for not being easily touched by the person on a daily basis. For further reinforcement and for ease of finding and handling, the third connector 10 of the second frame 2 is also provided with a plurality of ground pins 16 near the ground or sill.
The specific implementation process comprises the following steps: the present invention can be made into an anti-theft window or a guardrail to be installed on a windowsill or a balcony (see fig. 5). In normal use, the first mounting component 3, the second mounting component 4 and the ground pin 16 are all fixedly connected to connect the first frame 1 and the second frame 2 into a whole. When a fire occurs, a person can hold the second frame 2, disassemble the first mounting assembly 3, and then pull out the bolt to pull the second frame 2 into the room. Then press down each second installation component 4 fast, each railing subassembly separation is fixed die with the fag end of the safety rope 5 of first railing subassembly looking for a firm place, throws away the emergency escape ladder, downwards in order to ask the chance of surviving of life.
The invention provides a design concept of converting a guardrail or an anti-theft window into an escape ladder, so as to reduce casualties of people as much as possible and reduce risks brought by fire. Preferably, the design can be placed at a floor common aisle or balcony.
The present embodiment is only for explaining the present invention, and it is not limited to the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make modifications of the present embodiment without inventive contribution as needed after reading the present specification, but all of them are protected by patent law within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
