一种彩色装饰纸,包含混合浸渍胶及彩色复耐磨增强相;其中,所述混合浸渍胶为脲醛胶和大豆胶;所述彩色耐磨增强相由超细Al2O3粉体、超细石英石粉体和颜料粉体组成。其制备方法为:彩色增强相复合:超细Al2O3粉体、超细石英石粉体和颜料粉体按重量份5:2:0.1充分混合均匀,得到混合粉体;将原纸在混合浸渍胶液中浸渍涂胶;将彩色复合增强粉体均匀地喷涂在浸渍纸的耐磨面;干燥处理得到彩色装饰纸。本发明与现有技术相比,根据本发明制备的的装饰纸,可以增加色彩装饰性的基础上,显著提高耐磨性能和强度等性能,同时显著降低工艺成本。

一种彩色装饰纸及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及造纸技术领域,特别涉及一种彩色装饰纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
因为装饰纸在使用时为防止积累灰尘会被经常擦洗,而在擦拭的过程中很容易磨损,表现为耐磨性能不够;有些装饰纸甲醛的释放量较大,不环保;装饰纸表面不够光亮,清晰度不够高,生产工艺相对复杂都是目前存在的问题,这些问题使得装饰纸很难满足客户的要求。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种彩色装饰纸,配方合理,耐磨性好,使用寿命长,甲醛释放量小;该方法工艺简单,降低生产成本。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种彩色装饰纸,包含混合浸渍胶及彩色耐磨增强相;其中,所述混合浸渍胶为脲醛胶和大豆胶;所述彩色耐磨增强相由超细Al2O3粉体、超细石英石粉体和颜料粉体组成。
优选的,所述复合浸渍胶中脲醛胶与大豆胶比例为1:2~5。
优选的,所述超细石英粉的细度为4000~10000目。
优选的,所述Al2O3细度为2000~5000目。
优选的,所述颜料粉体细度为2000~5000目。
一种彩色装饰纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
1)彩色增强相复合:超细Al2O3粉体、超细石英石粉体和颜料粉体按重量份5:2:0.1充分混合均匀,得到混合粉体;
2)将原纸在混合浸渍胶液中浸渍涂胶;
3)将彩色复合增强粉体均匀地喷涂在浸渍纸的耐磨面;
4)干燥处理得到彩色装饰纸。
优选的,所述浸渍涂胶总量为120-400%。
优选的,所述复合增强粉体的添加量为20~30g/m2
优选的,所述干燥温度为105~120℃,干燥时间为2~5h。
与现有技术相比,本发明制备的装饰纸,可以增加色彩装饰性的基础上,显著提高耐磨性能和强度等性能,同时显著降低工艺成本和减少甲醛的释放量。

一种彩色装饰纸,包含混合浸渍胶及彩色耐磨增强相;其中,所述混合浸渍胶为脲醛胶和大豆胶;所述彩色耐磨增强相由超细Al2O3粉体、超细石英石粉体和颜料粉体组成;所述复合浸渍胶中脲醛胶与大豆胶比例为1:2;所述超细石英粉的细度为4000目;所述Al2O3细度为2000目;所述颜料粉体细度为2000目。
一种彩色装饰纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
1)彩色增强相复合:超细Al2O3粉体、超细石英石粉体和颜料粉体按重量份5:2:0.1充分混合均匀,得到混合粉体;
2)将原纸在混合浸渍胶液中浸渍涂胶;所述浸渍涂胶总量为120%;

一种彩色装饰纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
1)彩色增强相复合:超细Al2O3粉体、超细石英石粉体和颜料粉体按重量份5:2:0.1充分混合均匀,得到混合粉体;
2)将原纸在混合浸渍胶液中浸渍涂胶;所述浸渍涂胶总量为260%;
3)将彩色复合增强粉体均匀地喷涂在浸渍纸的耐磨面;所述复合增强粉体的添加量为25g/m2
4)干燥处理得到彩色装饰纸;所述干燥温度为115℃,干燥时间为3h。
