一种复合耐磨纸,包含浸渍树脂及复合耐磨增强相;其中,所述浸渍树脂为脲醛树脂;所述复合耐磨增强相由超细Al2O3粉体和超细石英石粉体组成。其制备方法为:增强相复合:超细Al2O3粉体和超细石英石粉体按重量份5:2充分混合均匀,得到混合粉体;将原纸在脲醛树脂中浸渍涂胶;将复合增强粉体均匀地喷涂在浸渍纸的耐磨面;干燥处理得到耐磨纸。本发明与现有技术相比,根据本发明制备得到的耐磨纸,可以在显著提高耐磨性能和强度等性能的同时,显著降低工艺成本。

一种复合耐磨纸及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及造纸技术领域,特别涉及一种复合耐磨纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
耐磨纸是一种特殊的表层纸,是制造热固型装饰层压板的专用纸张,常用于复合地板的生产或板材表面,以增加复合地板和板材的使用寿命。
耐磨纸通常用于复合地板或板材外表层,经三聚氰胺树脂浸渍而成。目前耐磨纸主要由两种制造工艺,普通耐磨纸工艺和液体耐磨纸工艺,公知的普通耐磨纸工艺采用漂白针叶木浆,经散浆、低叩解磨浆,然后加入40%经表面复处理过的Al2O3及助留剂、湿强剂,使用长网多缸纸机抄造耐磨纸。耐磨纸的性能主要取决于纸中Al2O3的含量和分布状况,Al2O3的含量和耐磨层厚度决定了耐磨转数,含量和厚度越大,转数越高,也就越耐磨。
目前市面上耐磨纸耐磨指标稳定性差,压板时的板面清晰度低,且使用寿命短,很难满足客户对耐磨纸的要求。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种复合耐磨纸,配方合理,耐磨性好,使用寿命长;该方法工艺简单,降低生产成本。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种复合耐磨纸,其特征在于,包含浸渍树脂及复合耐磨增强相;其中,所述浸渍树脂为脲醛树脂;所述复合耐磨增强相由超细Al2O3粉体和超细石英石粉体组成。
优选的,所述超细石英粉的细度为4000~10000目。
优选的,所述Al2O3粉体细度为2000~5000目。
一种复合耐磨纸的制备方法,所述方法包括:
1)增强相复合:超细Al2O3粉体和超细石英石粉体按重量份5:2充分混合均匀,得到混合粉体;
2)将原纸在脲醛树脂中浸渍涂胶;
3)将复合增强粉体均匀地喷涂在浸渍纸的耐磨面;
4)干燥处理得到耐磨纸。
优选的,所述浸渍涂胶总量为120-400%。
优选的,所述复合增强粉体的添加量为20g/m2~30g/m2
优选的,所述干燥温度为105℃~120℃,干燥时间为2~5h。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
采用的Al2O3作为增强相,通过对其粒径及混合比的优化选择,增加增强相与浸渍树脂的相容性的同时,显著提高耐磨纸的耐磨性能;采用脲醛树脂等指标改性树脂胶液,显著提高浸渍树脂的浸渍性能和环保性能;在显著提高耐磨纸耐磨性能、透明度、强度等性能的同时,显著降低工艺成本。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1
一种复合耐磨纸,包含浸渍树脂及复合耐磨增强相;其中,所述浸渍树脂为脲醛树脂;所述复合耐磨增强相由超细Al2O3粉体和超细石英石粉体组成。所述超细石英粉的细度为4000目;所述Al2O3粉体细度为2000目。
一种复合耐磨纸的制备方法,所述方法包括:
1)增强相复合:超细Al2O3粉体和超细石英石粉体按重量份5:2充分混合均匀,得到混合粉体;
2)将原纸在脲醛树脂中浸渍涂胶;所述浸渍涂胶总量为120%;
3)将复合增强粉体均匀地喷涂在浸渍纸的耐磨面;所述复合增强粉体的添加量为20g/m2
4)干燥处理得到耐磨纸;所述干燥温度为105℃,干燥时间为5h。
实施例2
一种复合耐磨纸,包含浸渍树脂及复合耐磨增强相;其中,所述浸渍树脂为脲醛树脂;所述复合耐磨增强相由超细Al2O3粉体和超细石英石粉体组成。所述超细石英粉的细度为6000目;所述Al2O3粉体细度为3000目。

1)增强相复合:超细Al2O3粉体和超细石英石粉体按重量份5:2充分混合均匀,得到混合粉体;
2)将原纸在脲醛树脂中浸渍涂胶;所述浸渍涂胶总量为190%;
3)将复合增强粉体均匀地喷涂在浸渍纸的耐磨面;所述复合增强粉体的添加量为25g/m2
4)干燥处理得到耐磨纸;所述干燥温度为110℃,干燥时间为2.5h。
实施例3
一种复合耐磨纸,包含浸渍树脂及复合耐磨增强相;其中,所述浸渍树脂为脲醛树脂;所述复合耐磨增强相由超细Al2O3粉体和超细石英石粉体组成。所述超细石英粉的细度为8000目;所述Al2O3粉体细度为4000目。
一种复合耐磨纸的制备方法,所述方法包括:
1)增强相复合:超细Al2O3粉体和超细石英石粉体按重量份5:2充分混合均匀,得到混合粉体;
2)将原纸在脲醛树脂中浸渍涂胶;所述浸渍涂胶总量为260%;
3)将复合增强粉体均匀地喷涂在浸渍纸的耐磨面;所述复合增强粉体的添加量为25g/m2
4)干燥处理得到耐磨纸;所述干燥温度为115℃,干燥时间为3h。
实施例4
一种复合耐磨纸,包含浸渍树脂及复合耐磨增强相;其中,所述浸渍树脂为脲醛树脂;所述复合耐磨增强相由超细Al2O3粉体和超细石英石粉体组成。所述超细石英粉的细度为10000目;所述Al2O3粉体细度为5000目。
一种复合耐磨纸的制备方法,所述方法包括:
1)增强相复合:超细Al2O3粉体和超细石英石粉体按重量份5:2充分混合均匀,得到混合粉体;
2)将原纸在脲醛树脂中浸渍涂胶;所述浸渍涂胶总量为400%;
3)将复合增强粉体均匀地喷涂在浸渍纸的耐磨面;所述复合增强粉体的添加量为30g/m2
4)干燥处理得到耐磨纸;所述干燥温度为120℃,干燥时间为2h。
上述实施例采用的Al2O3作为增强相,通过对其粒径及混合比的优化选择,增加增强相与浸渍树脂的相容性的同时,显著提高耐磨纸的耐磨性能;采用脲醛树脂等指标改性树脂胶液,显著提高浸渍树脂的浸渍性能和环保性能;在显著提高耐磨纸耐磨性能、透明度、强度等性能的同时,显著降低工艺成本。

1.一种复合耐磨纸,其特征在于,包含浸渍树脂及复合耐磨增强相;其中,所述浸渍树脂为脲醛树脂;所述复合耐磨增强相由超细Al2O3粉体和超细石英石粉体组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种复合耐磨纸,其特征在于,所述超细石英粉的细度为4000~10000目。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种复合耐磨纸,其特征在于,所述Al2O3细度为2000~5000目。
4.一种复合耐磨纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
1)增强相复合:超细Al2O3粉体和超细石英石粉体按重量份5:2充分混合均匀,得到混合粉体;
2)将原纸在脲醛树脂中浸渍涂胶;
3)将复合增强粉体均匀地喷涂在浸渍纸的耐磨面;
4)干燥处理得到耐磨纸。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述浸渍涂胶总量为120-400%。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制造方法,其特征在于,所述复合增强粉体的添加量为20g/m2~30g/m2
7.根据权利要求4所述的制造方法,其特征在于,所述干燥温度为105℃~120℃,干燥时间为2~5h。
