一种3+1塑料编织袋制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将500公斤聚丙烯和100公斤填充母料混合搅拌均匀,通过挤出机支撑聚丙烯颗粒;(2)成型、(3)分离成丝、(4)针滚打成网状、(5)收丝、定型、(6)送丝、(7)圆织机编织、(8)裁袋、缝底得到成品;本发明提供一种塑料编织袋制备方法,解决现有编织袋表现光滑、不易码放,会造成安全隐患及影响生产进度。

本发明涉及编织袋技术领域,具体涉及一种塑料编织袋制备方法。
背景技术
现有的编织袋主要是通过四根普通扁丝编织而成,其表面光滑,在码放时防滑效果不好。对工厂生产来说,增加码放过程中滑包几率,且会造成的安全隐患及影响生产进度。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
本发明提供一种塑料编织袋制备方法,解决现有编织袋表现光滑、不易码放,会造成安全隐患及影响生产进度。
(二)采用的技术方案
本发明为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种塑料编织袋制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将500公斤聚丙烯和100公斤填充母料混合搅拌均匀,通过挤出机支撑聚丙烯颗粒;
(2)成型:将聚丙烯颗粒通过吹膜机的膜头形成膜,循环进入冷却水,定型、成型;
(3)分离成丝:将步骤(2)中的膜经过固定刀圈分割成宽度为 9.3毫米经过风箱板定型成丝;
(4)针滚打成网状:把定型的丝经过针滚打成网状,形成表面岑差不齐的网状丝;
(5)收丝、定型:收丝机收卷、定型,待用;
(6)送丝:将收卷的丝推车送入圆织车间;
(7)圆织机编织:将550根经丝和3根纬丝穿入尺码盘,一根网状的纬丝穿过改装针头,开始编织,织出来的袋面就形成三根平面一根凸起的3+1袋面;之后收卷机收卷,存放10天定型;
(8)裁袋、缝底得到成品。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供一种塑料编织袋制备方法,具有以下有益效果:
1防滑度好
本发明编织袋是由三根普通扁丝和一根折叠扁丝交叉编织而成,与四根普通扁丝编织而成的袋子相比,表面粗糙且有明显凸起,在码放时有显著的防滑效果。对工厂生产来说,能大大降低因码放过程中滑包造成的安全隐患及影响生产进度的现象。
2.耐破化力强
本发明编织袋产品在耐破坏力上也有明显效果,在我们的成品测试试验中,同样承重50kg的包装在突然经受外力破坏时,新产品因其紧密的扁丝排布能够有效的阻挡了尖锐物的损害,而且在同等测试环境和同样封包方式下,新产品的耐摔包次数明显增加,甚至可以增加到一倍以上。
3.牢固度增加
本发明编织袋牢固度增加明显,以同等5cm长度为例,现有编织袋的扁丝的数量是24-25根,而其中的折叠扁丝占有量为四分之一,即理论强度增加25%,实际测试效果在20%-30%。能够大大提高编织袋的牢固强度。

实施例
一种塑料编织袋制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将500公斤聚丙烯和100公斤填充母料混合搅拌均匀,通过挤出机支撑聚丙烯颗粒;
(2)成型:将聚丙烯颗粒通过吹膜机的膜头形成膜,循环进入冷却水,定型、成型;
(3)分离成丝:将步骤(2)中的膜经过固定刀圈分割成宽度为 9.3毫米经过风箱板定型成丝;
(4)针滚打成网状:把定型的丝经过针滚打成网状,形成表面岑差不齐的网状丝;
(5)收丝、定型:收丝机收卷、定型,待用;
(6)送丝:将收卷的丝推车送入圆织车间;
(7)圆织机编织:将550根经丝和3根纬丝穿入尺码盘,一根网状的纬丝穿过改装针头,开始编织,织出来的袋面就形成三根平面一根凸起的3+1袋面;之后收卷机收卷,存放10天定型;
(8)裁袋、缝底得到成品。

1.一种塑料编织袋制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将500公斤聚丙烯和100公斤填充母料混合搅拌均匀,通过挤出机支撑聚丙烯颗粒;
(2)成型:将聚丙烯颗粒通过吹膜机的膜头形成膜,循环进入冷却水,定型、成型;
(3)分离成丝:将步骤(2)中的膜经过固定刀圈分割成宽度为9.3毫米经过风箱板定型成丝;
(4)针滚打成网状:把定型的丝经过针滚打成网状,形成表面岑差不齐的网状丝;
(5)收丝、定型:收丝机收卷、定型,待用;
(6)送丝:将收卷的丝推车送入圆织车间;
(7)圆织机编织:将550根经丝和3根纬丝穿入尺码盘,一根网状的纬丝穿过改装针头,开始编织,织出来的袋面就形成三根平面一根凸起的3+1袋面;之后收卷机收卷,存放10天定型;
