本发明属于机油生产技术领域,具体涉及一种发动机油添加剂及其生产加工装置。本申请的发动机油添加剂的生产加工装置,通过分别往添加桶中加入下列各组分:固相润滑剂,助溶剂,N‑乙烯基吡咯烷酮,丙烯酸酯,清净分散剂,金属腐蚀抑制剂,2,6‑二叔丁基‑4‑甲酚,并经调和罐搅拌混合,获得发动机油添加剂,该发动机油添加剂能有效清洁发动机内的积碳、油泥,提升发动机的使用寿命;且该加工装置结构复杂,省时省力,方便作业人员操作,同时降低了发动机油液的含水量、降低了发动机油液的机械杂质及减少了发动机油液存储后出现的固定沉淀量。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于机油生产技术领域,具体涉及一种发动机油添加剂及其生产加工装置。
背景技术
发动机油是一种由石油润滑油或合成润滑油为主,加入清净分散剂和抗氧化抗腐蚀添加剂等调制而成的润滑油。其组成包含分子量为400~800的各种烃类以及少量的含硫、氮、氧等化合物。它有良好的油性,广泛用于各种汽油机和柴油机摩擦部位的减摩、防锈和冷却,同时兼具密封、清洗润滑表面杂质等作用,其用量占润滑油总量的40%以上。
发动机油是在比较荷刻的条件下工作的,例如活塞环对气缸壁的摩擦速度很大(大型发动机在转速为3500~4000r/min时为10~12m/s,小型发动机在转速为3800~4000r/min时为9~11m/s),并且发动机燃烧室的温度变化范围很大,从-35℃(冬天起动时)到2200℃以上(燃烧时)。因此,它要求具备以下几个主要性能:
(1)粘度
发动机油低温(-5~-30℃)一般要求起动粘度在6000~3000mPa·s范围内;油品在高温高速下(100℃)能保持油膜的最低运动粘度,一般不小于3.8mm2/s。否则,油膜容易破坏,密封作用不好。内燃机油的粘度要兼顾到有较好的高温和低温粘度,即粘温性好。
(2)氧化安定性
加入抗氧剂以提高油品的抗氧化性能。
(3)清净分散性
一方面能够抑制氧化胶状物和积炭的生成,另一方面要能将沉积物洗涤下来,使悬浮在油中,从而减小活塞上漆膜和积炭生成倾向。
(4)抗磨损性能
润滑油在金属表面能否保持一层紧密牢固油膜的能力。
随着我国汽车行业的快速发展,汽车数量不断增长。发动机是汽车的心脏,目前市场上的汽车开久了,尤其是在城市道路上长时间行驶,心脏内容易积聚大量油污,同时油路积碳、胶质,使燃油不能充分燃烧,出现启动困难、加速缓慢、怠速抖动的问题。使得油品的质量提高难以实现,既不经济,也不环保。
且现有的添加剂种类繁多、复杂,使得发动机油的生产加工装置结构复杂,常需要使用多个量具来称取所需的原料,费时费力,不方便作业人员操作等。因此需要提供一种方便发动机油添加剂的生产加工装置。
发明内容
为了解决上述发动机易积聚大量油污,同时油路积碳、胶质,使燃油不能充分燃烧,易出现启动困难、加速缓慢、怠速抖动等问题,且现有的机油生产加工装置结构复杂,费时费力,不方便作业人员操作等问题,本发明提供一种发动机油添加剂及其生产加工装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种发动机油添加剂,由下列组分按重量分数组成,固相润滑剂5-10份,助溶剂10-20份,N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮25-35份,丙烯酸酯25-30份,清净分散剂2-5份,金属腐蚀抑制剂1-3份,2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲酚1-3份。
进一步的,固相润滑剂包括石墨烯、石墨粉、二硫化钼按照质量比1-70:6-280:3-150混合而成,所述石墨烯的单层厚度≤2nm,片层直径为0.3-3.0μm,所述石墨粉与二硫化钼的颗粒度为2.0μm-8.0μm。
进一步的,助溶剂包括二甲醚、蓖麻油、三乙醇胺按照质量比10:1:0.1组成。
进一步的,金属腐蚀抑制剂包括吡唑酮、甲基苯并三氮唑和硬脂酸丁酯按照质量比1:3:2组成。
一种发动机油添加剂的生产加工装置,包括调和罐、添加桶,所述添加桶由其中心依次向外同心分布,所述添加桶底部设置有出料口,所述出料口上设置有控制阀门;所述调和罐上设有与所述出料口一一对应的进料口,所述出料口与所述进料口间通过管路连接,所述调和罐底部中间设置有用于混合所述发动机油添加剂的搅拌装置。
进一步的,搅拌装置包括有搅拌叶片、主轴和驱动电机,所述搅拌叶片与所述主轴连接,所述主轴与所述驱动电机驱动连接;所述搅拌叶片设置于所述调和罐内部,所述驱动电机设置在所述调和罐外部底面上。
进一步的,搅拌叶片为弧形叶片在水平面内转动。
进一步的,搅拌装置的功率为15-25kW·h,转速为2500-3500转/min。
进一步的,还包括过滤装置,所述过滤装置设置于所述调和罐内部,并位于所述搅拌装置下端。
进一步的,还包括加热装置,所述加热装置设于所述调和罐侧部
本发明提供一种发动机油添加剂的生产加工装置,通过分别往添加桶中加入下列各组分:固相润滑剂,助溶剂,N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮,丙烯酸酯,清净分散剂,金属腐蚀抑制剂,2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲酚,并经调和罐搅拌混合,获得发动机油添加剂,该发动机油添加剂能有效清洁发动机内的积碳、油泥,提升发动机的使用寿命;且该加工装置结构复杂,省时省力,方便作业人员操作,同时降低了发动机油液的含水量、降低了发动机油液的机械杂质及减少了发动机油液存储后出现的固定沉淀量。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
一种发动机油添加剂,由下列组分按重量分数组成,固相润滑剂5-10份,助溶剂10-20份,N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮25-35份,丙烯酸酯25-30份,清净分散剂2-5份,金属腐蚀抑制剂1-3份,2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲酚1-3份。
固相润滑剂包括石墨烯、石墨粉、二硫化钼按照质量比1-70:6-280:3-150混合而成,所述石墨烯的单层厚度≤2nm,片层直径为0.3-3.0μm,所述石墨粉与二硫化钼的颗粒度为2.0μm-8.0μm,本实施例的石墨是天然鳞片石墨,它为六方晶体的结构,纯度达到99.9%,结晶状态好,富有极强的润滑性,物理、化学性质相当稳定,不与任何强酸、强碱发生反应,熔点高达3257℃,它的热传导系数为0.3(J/s.℃.cm),是可以与金属相媲美的优良热导体,它的弹性模量高达10000MPa。它在内燃机油中主要起到润滑,增强油膜承载能力的作用。二硫化钼通常称它为MOly,是由硫和钼原子组成的兰灰色六方晶体,有非常低的摩擦系数。对金属表面有很强的亲和力,能经受住的压力高达3.45×106MPa。它在温度和压力的作用下,会引起在两金属表面间的Moly和金属表面发生瞬时反应,生成一层非常低摩擦的固体膜来防止两金属表面的接触,热化学反应生成的这个膜被磨损后,通过在液体润滑剂中悬浮的Moly会连续不断地重新补充到摩擦表面上来。二硫化钼在350℃时就发生氧化,固其高温状态时润滑性不如石墨和氮化硼好。在此发明中它与石墨和氮化硼相互协同,能在内燃机从冷启动到全速全负荷运转的全过程中,从低温到高温状态下都能保持良好的润滑效果。特别是在此发明中起到帮助固体润滑材料在液体介质中长期分散悬浮稳定的作用。
氮化硼俗称白色石墨,它的润滑性比石墨还好,且熔点高达3100℃,它在本发明中与其它两种固体润滑材料复配可起到协同效果,提高润滑性,增强油膜的承载能力。在此发明中也起到帮助固体润滑材料在液体介质中长期分散悬浮稳定的作用。
助溶剂包括二甲醚、蓖麻油、三乙醇胺按照质量比10:1:0.1组成,使得发动机油不仅具有较好的抗氧化性和自清净能力,而且具有良好的润滑性、粘温特性、低温流动性、低挥发性、抗腐蚀性、抗泡性和抗乳化性能力,综合性能良好,同时使用后可生物降解,减轻环境压力。
金属腐蚀抑制剂包括吡唑酮、甲基苯并三氮唑和硬脂酸丁酯按照质量比1:3:2组成,本实施例的金属腐蚀抑制剂是由三种物质的复配,能够发挥三种物质的优点,可以防止机油组合物对设备的腐蚀,从而保护系统的金属部件。
本实施例的清净分散剂包括丁二酰亚胺、高碱值合成磺酸钙、超碱值合成磺酸镁、硫化烷基酚盐中的一种或多中,使用该清净分散剂的目的是有效的使机油添加剂中的石墨烯、石墨粉、二硫化钼均匀分散无团聚产生,同时保证组合物的其他成分均匀的混合,并且能够在发动机的使用过程中,减少机油中油泥的生成量,且使生成的不溶性物质呈胶体悬浮状态,不致于进一步形成积炭、漆膜或油泥,并能将已经吸附在部件表面上的漆膜和积炭洗涤下来,分散在油中,使发动机和金属表面保持清洁。
如图1所示,一种发动机油添加剂的生产加工装置,包括调和罐1、添加桶2,所述添加桶2由其中心依次向外同心分布,所述添加桶2底部设置有出料口,所述出料口上设置有控制阀门3;所述调和罐上设有与所述出料口一一对应的进料口,所述出料口与所述进料口间通过管路4连接,所述调和罐底部中间设置有用于混合所述发动机油添加剂的搅拌装置。
搅拌装置包括有搅拌叶片5、主轴6和驱动电机7,所述搅拌叶片5与所述主轴6连接,所述主轴6与所述驱动电机7驱动连接;所述搅拌叶片5设置于所述调和罐内部,其呈弧形叶片在水平面内转动,所述驱动电机7设置在所述调和罐1外部底面上,本实施的搅拌装置的功率为15-25kW·h,转速为2500-3500转/min。
本实施例的生产加工装置还包括过滤装置8、加热装置9,所述过滤装置8设置于所述调和罐1内部,并位于所述搅拌装置下端,该过滤装置包括过滤器,过滤器用于过滤去除直径大于10μm的固体润滑剂颗粒,降低了发动机油液的含水量、降低了发动机油液的机械杂质及减少了发动机油液存储后出现的固定沉淀量;所述加热装置9设置于所述调和罐1侧部,用于对所述调和罐中的溶液进行加热。
一种发动机油添加剂的生产加工方法,将固相润滑剂,助溶剂,N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮,丙烯酸酯,清净分散剂,金属腐蚀抑制剂,2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲酚分别加入不同的添加桶中,接着开启装有固相润滑剂、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮、丙烯酸酯、清净分散剂的添加桶的电磁阀,往调和罐中加入下述重量比的固相润滑剂10份,N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮33份,丙烯酸酯30份,清净分散剂5份,并开启搅拌装置和加热装置,加热至40-50℃,以2500r/min的速度搅拌15min;
接着再开启装有助溶剂,金属腐蚀抑制剂,2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲酚的添加桶的电磁阀,往调和罐中加入下述重量比的助溶剂20份,金属腐蚀抑制剂1份,2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲酚1份,并继续搅拌,加热至50-60℃,以2500r/min的速度搅拌45-60min;
搅拌结束后,打开搅拌装置上的出料口,将混合液倾入过滤装置中进行过滤,去除直径大于10μm的固体润滑剂颗粒,从而获得发动机油添加剂。
将获得发动机油添加剂进行性能测试,其测试结果如图2所示;
该发动机油添加剂通过行车实验,本发明动力在持续性上远超市场竞品40%以上,能够实现3-4万公里乃至更长的换油周期,摩擦系数降低55%,磨损降低35%,极压性能提高2-3倍,抑制油品温升30℃以上,节省燃油3-4%,行使10000Km后动力还持久彭湃,油液色泽分明,放出的废机油没有刺激的异味,油膜润滑性不减,内部洁净。
本发明通过分别往添加桶中加入下列各组分:固相润滑剂,助溶剂,N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮,丙烯酸酯,清净分散剂,金属腐蚀抑制剂,2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲酚,并经调和罐搅拌混合,获得发动机油添加剂,该发动机油添加剂能有效清洁发动机内的积碳、油泥,提升发动机的使用寿命;且该加工装置结构复杂,省时省力,方便作业人员操作,同时降低了发动机油液的含水量、降低了发动机油液的机械杂质及减少了发动机油液存储后出现的固定沉淀量。
上述仅为本发明的优选具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。
Claims (10)
1.一种发动机油添加剂,其特征在于:由下列组分按重量分数组成,固相润滑剂5-10份,助溶剂10-20份,N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮25-35份,丙烯酸酯25-30份,清净分散剂2-5份,金属腐蚀抑制剂1-3份,2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲酚1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发动机油添加剂,其特征在于:所述固相润滑剂包括石墨烯、石墨粉、二硫化钼按照质量比1-70:6-280:3-150混合而成,所述石墨烯的单层厚度≤2nm,片层直径为0.3-3.0μm,所述石墨粉与二硫化钼的颗粒度为2.0μm-8.0μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的发动机油添加剂,其特征在于:所述助溶剂包括二甲醚、蓖麻油、三乙醇胺按照质量比10:1:0.1组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述发动机油添加剂,其特征在于:所述金属腐蚀抑制剂包括吡唑酮、甲基苯并三氮唑和硬脂酸丁酯按照质量比1:3:2组成。
5.一种发动机油添加剂的生产加工装置,其特征在于:包括调和罐、添加桶,所述添加桶由其中心依次向外同心分布,所述添加桶底部设置有出料口,所述出料口上设置有控制阀门;所述调和罐上设有与所述出料口一一对应的进料口,所述出料口与所述进料口间通过管路连接,所述调和罐底部中间设置有用于混合所述发动机油添加剂的搅拌装置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的发动机油添加剂的生产加工装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌装置包括有搅拌叶片、主轴和驱动电机,所述搅拌叶片与所述主轴连接,所述主轴与所述驱动电机驱动连接;所述搅拌叶片设置于所述调和罐内部,所述驱动电机设置在所述调和罐外部底面上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的发动机油添加剂的生产加工装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌叶片为弧形叶片在水平面内转动。
8.根据权利要求5所述的发动机油添加剂的生产加工装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌装置的功率为15-25kW·h,转速为2500-3500转/min。
9.根据权利要求5所述的发动机油添加剂的生产加工装置,其特征在于:还包括过滤装置,所述过滤装置设置于所述调和罐内部,并位于所述搅拌装置下端。
10.根据权利要求5所述的发动机油添加剂的生产加工装置,其特征在于:还包括加热装置,所述加热装置设于所述调和罐侧部。
