30 patients with mild to moderate eczema were recruited, aged 5 ~ 40 years, the subjects were randomized into 2 groups of 15 subjects per group, and during the trial period, the subjects in the trial group were applied with a cream containing 10% of the skin care composition described in example 1 to the affected area before and after cleaning every day, and the subjects in the control group were applied with the same base without the skin care composition described in example 1.

As can be seen from table 9, the skin care composition of the present invention has an effect of improving eczema symptoms (P < 0.05), on one hand, it can prevent excessive loss of moisture in the skin by improving damaged skin barrier, achieve effective relief of dryness and generation of scales, and reduce itching symptoms caused by dryness; meanwhile, the ointment has the anti-inflammatory effect, and can control and intervene the inflammation degree of an affected part, thereby playing a role in improving eczema.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below.
Example 1 a method of preparing a rice-derived skin care composition, characterized by the steps of:
A. weighing 10% of efficacy active substance, 1.0% of lecithin, 0.75% of rice furfuryl sterol, 2.5% of lactobacillus/rice fermentation product, 1.0% of rice amino acid and the balance of rice germ extract according to the mass percentage; the functional composition is a mixture consisting of rice germ oil, oryzanol and rice ceramide in a mass ratio of 4: 2: 1;
B. mixing the lecithin and the rice chaff sterol weighed in the step A with the efficacy composition, maintaining stirring at 650 rpm, and heating to 80 DEG C oCUntil the mixture is fully dissolved and uniformly mixed, obtaining an oil phase;
C. extracting the rice germs weighed in the step AMixing the extract, rice amino acids and lactobacillus/rice fermentation product, maintaining stirring at 650 rpm, and heating to 72%oC, uniformly mixing to obtain a water phase;
D. and D, pouring the water phase obtained in the step C into the oil phase obtained in the step B, shearing for 3 min at the speed of 10000 rpm by using a high-speed shearing machine to prepare coarse milk, and homogenizing for 4 times at the pressure of 38MPa by using a high-pressure homogenizer to obtain the skin-care composition.
Example 2 a method of preparing a rice-derived skin care composition, characterized by the steps of:
A. weighing 15% of efficacy active substance, 1.5% of lecithin, 0.5% of rice furfuryl sterol, 3.8% of lactobacillus/rice fermentation product, 0.8% of rice amino acid and the balance of rice germ extract according to the mass percentage; the functional composition is a mixture consisting of rice germ oil, oryzanol and rice ceramide in a mass ratio of 3: 1;
B. mixing the lecithin and the rice chaff sterol weighed in the step A with the efficacy composition, maintaining stirring at 700 rpm, and heating to 70 DEG C oCUntil the mixture is fully dissolved and uniformly mixed, obtaining an oil phase;
C. mixing the rice germ extract, rice amino acids and lactobacillus/rice fermentation product weighed in step A, stirring at 750 rpm, and heating to 74%oC, uniformly mixing to obtain a water phase;
D. and D, pouring the water phase obtained in the step C into the oil phase obtained in the step B, shearing for 4 min at the speed of 10000 rpm by using a high-speed shearing machine to prepare coarse milk, and homogenizing for 3 times at the pressure of 50 MPa by using a high-pressure homogenizer to obtain the skin-care composition.
Example 3 a method of preparing a rice-derived skin care composition, characterized by the steps of:
A. weighing 25% of efficacy active substance, 2.5% of lecithin, 1.0% of rice furfuryl sterol, 4.6% of lactobacillus/rice fermentation product, 0.5% of rice amino acid and the balance of rice germ extract according to the mass percentage; the functional composition is a mixture consisting of rice germ oil, oryzanol and rice ceramide in a mass ratio of 5: 2: 1;
B. mixing the lecithin and the rice chaff sterol weighed in the step A with the efficacy composition, maintaining stirring at 750 rpm, and heating to 78% oCUntil the mixture is fully dissolved and uniformly mixed, obtaining an oil phase;
C. mixing the rice germ extract, rice amino acids and lactobacillus/rice fermentation product weighed in step A, stirring at 700 rpm, and heating to 78 deg.CoC, uniformly mixing to obtain a water phase;
D. and D, pouring the water phase obtained in the step C into the oil phase obtained in the step B, shearing for 5 min at the speed of 10000 rpm by using a high-speed shearing machine to prepare coarse milk, and homogenizing for 3 times by using a high-pressure homogenizer at the pressure of 65 MPa to obtain the skin care composition.
Example 4 a method of preparing a rice-derived skin care composition, characterized by the steps of:
A. weighing 30% of efficacy active substance, 3.0% of lecithin, 1.5% of rice furfuryl sterol, 6.0% of lactobacillus/rice fermentation product, 0.65% of rice amino acid and the balance of rice germ extract according to the mass percentage; the functional composition is a mixture consisting of rice germ oil, oryzanol and rice ceramide in a mass ratio of 5: 3: 1;
B. mixing the lecithin and the rice chaff sterol weighed in the step A with the efficacy composition, maintaining stirring at 800 rpm, and heating to 85% oCUntil the mixture is fully dissolved and uniformly mixed, obtaining an oil phase;
C. mixing the rice germ extract, rice amino acids and lactobacillus/rice fermentation product weighed in step A, stirring at 800 rpm, and heating to 70%oC, uniformly mixing to obtain a water phase;
D. and D, pouring the water phase obtained in the step C into the oil phase obtained in the step B, shearing for 4 min at the speed of 10000 rpm by using a high-speed shearing machine to prepare coarse milk, and homogenizing for 5 times by using a high-pressure homogenizer at the pressure of 46 MPa to obtain the skin-care composition.

Claims (2)

1. A rice-derived skin care composition is characterized in that the rice-derived skin care composition is prepared from, by mass, 10% ~ 30% of an efficacy active substance, 1.0% ~ 3.0.0% of lecithin, 0.5% ~ 1.5.5% of rice furfuryl sterol, 2.5% ~ 6.0.0% of lactobacillus/rice fermentation product, 0.5% ~ 1.0.0% of rice amino acids and the balance of a rice germ extract, wherein the efficacy active substance is composed of rice germ oil, oryzanol and rice ceramide according to a mass ratio of 3 ~ 5 to 2 ~ 3 to 1.
2. A method for preparing a rice-derived skin care composition, characterized by comprising the steps of:
A. weighing 10% of ~ 30% of efficacy active substances, 1.0% of ~ 3.0.0% of lecithin, 0.5% of ~ 1.5.5% of rice furfuryl sterol, 2.5% of ~ 6.0.0% of lactobacillus/rice fermentation products, 0.5% of ~ 1.0.0% of rice amino acids and the balance of rice germ extract according to the following mass percentage, wherein the efficacy composition is a mixture consisting of rice germ oil, oryzanol and rice ceramide in a mass ratio of 3 ~ 5: 2 ~ 3: 1;
B. mixing the lecithin and the rice chaff sterol weighed in the step A with the efficacy composition, maintaining stirring at 600 ~ 800 rpm, and heating to 70 ~ 85oC, fully dissolving the mixture and uniformly mixing to obtain an oil phase;
C. mixing the rice germ extract, rice amino acids and lactobacillus/rice fermentation product weighed in step A, stirring at 600 ~ 800 rpm, and heating to 70 ~ 78oC, uniformly mixing to obtain a water phase;
D. and D, pouring the water phase obtained in the step C into the oil phase obtained in the step B, shearing the oil phase for 3 ~ 5 min at the speed of 10000 rpm by using a high-speed shearing machine to prepare coarse milk, and homogenizing the coarse milk for 3 ~ 5 times by using a high-pressure homogenizer at the pressure of 32 ~ 65 MPa to obtain the rice-derived skin-care composition.
