本发明提供一种用于再造烟叶的水溶性椰子香精及其制备方法,所述水溶性椰子香精包括按照以下质量百分比配比的组分:香兰素1~2%、丙位辛内酯1~2%、丙位壬内酯(俗称十八醛、椰子醛)15~20%、丙位癸内酯4~6%,丙位十一内酯1~2%,丁位十二内酯3~5%,康酿克油0.01~0.05%,庚醛0.001~0.004%,辛醛0.001~0.004%,壬醛0.001~0.004%,癸醛0.01~0.04%,丙二醇37~45%,丙三醇25.898~29.977%。本发明选取丙二醇与丙三醇作为混合溶剂,制备可用于再造烟叶涂布的椰子香精,解决了香精的水溶性问题,降低了香精的挥发性,有效保障了椰子香精的留存,同时提高了再造烟叶柔软性能与燃烧雾化性能。

本发明涉及烟用添加剂技术领域,具体是一种用于再造烟叶的水溶性椰子香精及其制备方法。
背景技术
消费者对特色香型烟草制品日益青睐,如何使各种特色香型与烟草本香相协调是制备特色香型烟草制品的一个挑战。椰子香精具有清甜可口的果香香韵,可与烟草香型协调使用,赋予烟草柔和细腻的果甜香。
再造烟叶产品经过重组加工,具有结构疏松,易于燃烧,可有效降低焦油与CO释放量等优点。通过再造工艺,脱除部分不利组分,能够富集香气物质,改善吸味质量,同时烟叶质量稳定性得到很好的控制,对产品质量稳定性有较好作用。
传统烟丝加香存在加香不均匀等问题,再造烟叶加香可有效提高加香均匀性和卷烟制品质量稳定性水平。但是再造烟叶加香可采用将香精加入再造烟叶涂布液中再进行烘干的方式,对香精的水溶性与挥发性提出了要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于再造烟叶的水溶性椰子香精及其制备方法,采用该方法制备的水溶性椰子香精具有难挥发、易溶于水的特点,可制备具有椰子香型的再造烟叶。

(1)准备按照以下质量百分比配比的组分:香兰素1~2%、丙位辛内酯1~2%、丙位壬内酯(俗称十八醛、椰子醛)15~20%、丙位癸内酯4~6%,丙位十一内酯1~2%,丁位十二内酯3~5%,康酿克油0.01~0.05%,庚醛0.001~0.004%,辛醛0.001~0.004%,壬醛0.001~0.004%,癸醛0.01~0.04%,丙二醇37~45%,丙三醇25.898~29.977%,将上述配方组分放入容器;
(2)搅拌40~60分钟,并进行感官与理化指标检验;
(3)各项指标确认合格后,进行分装使用。

1、本方法不同于传统椰子香精配方,选取丙二醇与丙三醇作为混合溶剂,制备可用于再造烟叶涂布的椰子香精,解决了香精的水溶性问题,降低了香精的挥发性,有效保障了椰子香精的留存,同时提高了再造烟叶柔软性能与燃烧雾化性能。
2、该方法简单、快速,制备得到的水溶性椰子香精通过离心实验、冷藏实验和高温实验,香气持久稳定。

实施例5
上述实施例1~4中一种再造烟叶涂布用椰子香精的配制与具有椰子香味的再造烟叶的制备方法,其步骤如下:
(1)将上述配方组分按质量百分比配置后放入容器;
(2)搅拌40~60分钟,并进行感官与理化指标检验;
(3)各项指标确认合格后,可进行分装使用;
(4)讲上述例1~4对应的椰子香精标记为1~4号香精样品,与涂布液按2:1000的质量比加入涂布液中,搅拌均匀后备用;
(5)检测混合均匀的涂布液理化指标,合格后进行涂布与烘干操作,制备得到对应的具有椰子香味的1~4号再造烟叶样品。
实施例6
将实施例5中制得的具有椰子香味的再造烟叶样品添加进卷烟并评吸,其步骤如下:
(1)称取同种烟丝4袋,每个均为40g,标记为1~4号样品。
(2)称取实施例5制得的具有椰子香味的1~4号再造烟叶样品各2g,分别切丝并加入1~4号样品混合均匀。
(3)将混合均匀的烟丝手工制成卷烟,对应编号1~4号卷烟。
(4)评吸1~4号卷烟:1号卷烟具有椰子特征果甜香韵,烟气柔和顺畅,口感干净无残留;2号卷烟香气细腻柔和,舌面微有颗粒状残留,椰子特征香较弱;3号卷烟香气细腻柔和,椰子外加香明显,喉部微有刺激;4号卷烟香气细腻柔和,舌面略有颗粒状残留。比较得知,1~4号卷烟评吸风格接近,均有椰子特征果甜清香,烟气协调,其中1号卷烟综合评价最佳,上述实施例说明本发明解决了香精的水溶性问题,降低了香精的挥发性,有效保障了椰子香精的留存。
