Abstract

本发明涉及涂料生产领域,尤其涉及一种防水且能吸收甲醛的涂料,其由如下原料按重量百分比配制:有机硅树脂60—70份、石墨烯6‑10份、蒙脱石3‑5份、碳酸钙3‑5份、硅藻土10‑15份、增稠剂1‑2份、纳米氧化银2‑4份,其余为水。一种防水且能吸收甲醛的涂料制备方法,其包含如下制备流程:将蒙脱石、碳酸钙、石墨烯、硅藻土及纳米氧化银混合,并以2000‑2500转/分钟的速度研磨5‑8分钟,得到预混料;第二步,将原料中有机硅树脂、增稠剂加入第一步制得的预混料中,再以2000‑2500转/分钟速度研磨5‑8分钟,得到混合料;第三步,将混合料中加入水进行搅拌,混合均匀得到成品涂料。本发明提供的涂料具有防水、杀菌、防腐及吸收甲醛的功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种防水且能吸收甲醛的涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
涂料是涂覆在被保护或被装饰的物体表面,与被涂物形成牢固附着的连续薄膜,通常是以树脂、油或乳液为主,其原材料在加工配置之前需要先研磨成足够细的粉末状,然后再进行混合并充分搅拌后,再用有机溶剂或水配制成液态。传统的涂料不具有杀菌、防腐及吸收甲醛的功能,并且防水性能比较差,不能自动调节水平衡。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供具有防水、杀菌、防腐及吸收甲醛功能的一种防水且能吸收甲醛的涂料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种防水且能吸收甲醛的涂料,其由如下原料按重量百分比配制:有机硅树脂60—70份、石墨烯6-10份、蒙脱石3-5份、碳酸钙3-5份、硅藻土10-15份、增稠剂1-2份、纳米氧化银2-4份,其余为水。
优化的,一种防水且能吸收甲醛的涂料,其由如下原料按重量百分比配制:有机硅树脂65份、石墨烯8份、蒙脱石4份、碳酸钙4份、硅藻土12份、增稠剂2份、纳米氧化银3份,其余为水。
优化的,一种防水且能吸收甲醛的涂料,其由如下原料按重量百分比配制:有机硅树脂60份、石墨烯6份、蒙脱石3份、碳酸钙3份、硅藻土10份、增稠剂1份、纳米氧化银2份,其余为水。

一种防水且能吸收甲醛的涂料制备方法,其包含如下制备流程:
第一步,将蒙脱石蒙脱石3-5份、碳酸钙3-5份、石墨烯6-10份、硅藻土10-15份及纳米氧化银2-4份混合,并以2000-2500转/分钟的速度研磨搅拌5-8分钟,得到预混料备用;
第二步,将有机硅树脂有机硅树脂60—70份、增稠剂1-2份加入第一步制得的预混料中,再以2000-2500转/分钟的速度研磨搅拌5-8分钟,得到混合料;
第三步,将混合料中加入水进行搅拌,混合均匀得到成品涂料。
发明的有益效果
一种防水且能吸收甲醛的涂料,在涂料中加入蒙脱石及碳酸钙,可自动调节涂料的水平衡,具有很强的吸湿透气性,并且加入碳酸钙,在墙体释放水汽时,还可以使墙体中具有腐蚀作用的盐碱物质发生氧化反应而析出,提高涂料的防腐性能。同时加入石墨烯,使其具有杀菌、防腐、屏蔽红外线的功能,同时配合硅藻土,可以吸收室内的甲醛,更加适于室内使用。
具体实施方式
一种防水且能吸收甲醛的涂料,其由如下原料按重量百分比配制:有机硅树脂60—70份、石墨烯6-10份、蒙脱石3-5份、碳酸钙3-5份、硅藻土10-15份、增稠剂1-2份、纳米氧化银2-4份,其余为水。
具体实施例一,一种防水且能吸收甲醛的涂料,其由如下原料按重量百分比配制:有机硅树脂65份、石墨烯8份、蒙脱石4份、碳酸钙4份、硅藻土12份、增稠剂2份、纳米氧化银3份,其余为水。
具体实施例二,一种防水且能吸收甲醛的涂料,其由如下原料按重量百分比配制:有机硅树脂60份、石墨烯6份、蒙脱石3份、碳酸钙3份、硅藻土10份、增稠剂1份、纳米氧化银2份,其余为水。
具体实施例三,一种防水且能吸收甲醛的涂料,其由如下原料按重量百分比配制:有机硅树脂70份、石墨烯10份、蒙脱石5份、碳酸钙5份,硅藻土15份、增稠剂2份、纳米氧化银4份,其余为水。
一种防水且能吸收甲醛的涂料制备方法,其包含如下制备流程:
第一步,将蒙脱石蒙脱石3-5份、碳酸钙3-5份、石墨烯6-10份、硅藻土10-15份及纳米氧化银2-4份混合,并以2000-2500转/分钟的速度研磨搅拌5-8分钟,得到预混料备用;
第二步,将有机硅树脂有机硅树脂60—70份、增稠剂1-2份加入第一步制得的预混料中,再以2000-2500转/分钟的速度研磨搅拌5-8分钟,得到混合料;
第三步,将混合料中加入水进行搅拌,混合均匀得到成品涂料。
由于本发明保护的一种防水且能吸收甲醛的涂料,在涂料中加入蒙脱石及碳酸钙,可自动调节涂料的水平衡,具有很强的吸湿透气性,并且加入碳酸钙,在墙体释放水汽时,还可以使墙体中具有腐蚀作用的盐碱物质发生氧化反应而析出,提高涂料的防腐性能。同时加入石墨烯,使其具有杀菌、防腐、屏蔽红外线的功能,同时配合硅藻土,可以吸收室内的甲醛,更加适于室内使用。

第一步,将权利要求1-4任一所述原料中的蒙脱石、碳酸钙、石墨烯、硅藻土及纳米氧化银混合,并以2000-2500转/分钟的速度研磨搅拌5-8分钟,得到预混料备用;
第二步,将权利要求1-4任一所述原料中有机硅树脂、增稠剂加入第一步制得的预混料中,再以2000-2500转/分钟的速度研磨搅拌5-8分钟,得到混合料;
第三步,将混合料中加入水进行搅拌,混合均匀得到成品涂料。
