背景技术
现有技术的锂电池包装膜一般由尼龙层、铝箔层和热封层组成,制备时可采用干法工艺或热法工艺制备锂电池包装膜,锂电池包装膜的性能好坏对锂电池的使用寿命有密切关系,锂电池包装膜的性能在其铝箔层性能不变的情况下,如何通过改变尼龙层和热封层的性能来提高锂电池包装膜的耐高温等性能即为本领域工作人员所欲研究的方向。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的一个目的在于:提供一种耐高温型锂电池包装膜。
为解决上述问题,本发明的技术解决方案是:耐高温型锂电池包装膜,包括尼龙层、铝箔层和热封层;
尼龙层由以下质量百分比的原料组成:MXD6 40%、尼龙6 15%、玻璃纤维 30%、LLDPE-g-MAH 9%、硅烷偶联剂0.2%、抗氧剂1098 0.05%、抗氧剂10 10 0.05%、抗氧剂168 0.1%、阻燃剂0.1%、纳米二氧化硅3%、对苯二酚0.5%,无机填料2%;
热封层由以下质量百分比的原料组成:聚丙烯70%、玻璃纤维22%、纳米碳酸钙1%、聚乙烯蜡2%、滑石粉1%、云母粉1%、高岭土1%、硅灰石粉1%、硫酸钡1%。

(2)将表面处理后的滑石粉、云母粉、高岭土、硅灰石粉、硫酸钡与聚丙烯、玻璃纤维、纳米碳酸钙混合,通过共挤流延机成型后制备热封层;
(3)对铝箔的表面进行脱脂和耐腐蚀处理后制备铝箔层;
(4)将MXD6、尼龙6、玻璃纤维、LLDPE-g-MAH、硅烷偶联剂、抗氧剂10 98、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂168、阻燃剂、纳米二氧化硅、对苯二酚,无机填料混合,混合后通过挤出机挤出成型后,通过双向拉伸制备尼龙层;
(5)用干法工艺将尼龙层、铝箔层和热封层复合成型;
(6)对制得的包装膜进行性能测试,包括以下步骤:
(61)将两片包装膜与极耳粘合,取一定宽度封口裁切成条,使用拉力测试设备测试剥离强度,观察剥离后的包装膜铝箔层是否呈均匀乳白色,要求铝箔层与铝箔层不分层;
(62)包装膜用良好的成型模具冲深,在一定取值范围内调整成型深度,直至包装膜边角出现破裂,记录出现破裂前的深度最大值;
(63)将成型后的包装膜先封焊两边,不加极耳和电芯,注入一定量的电解液,在一定温度条件下烘烤一定的时间后进行观察,观察封焊成型后包装膜是否有腐蚀、漏液、膨胀、分层现象;
(64)将包装膜置于水浴或高温高湿环境中,一段时间后取出,观察包装膜是否异常,且通过称重或水分测试判断其吸水量,测试包装膜的阻隔性能;
(7)将测试完的合格产品进行包装。
本发明的有益效果是:
玻璃纤维作为增强材料不但可以提高尼龙层的强度,还可以提高尼龙层的耐热效果,玻璃纤维在含量为30%时,其缺口冲击强度可达到最大值,其拉伸强度也较高;MXD6与二氧化硅纳米微粒有很好的界面相容性,使得MXD6/纳米二氧化硅复合材料的拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度均较纯MXD6有不同程度的提高,而且,随着纳米二氧化硅的添加,尼龙基体与二氧化硅纳米微粒间形成一个弹性过渡层,可以有效地传递和松弛界面上的应力,更好地吸收和分散外界的冲击能,从而提高材料的韧性;抗氧剂1098和抗氧剂1010作为主抗氧剂,抗氧剂 168作为辅助抗氧剂,该复合配方能有效地提高尼龙层的热氧化稳定性;对苯二酚作为防老剂,可抑制光、热、氧等外界因素的作用;无机填料不但可以提高尼龙层的耐热性,还可以降低成本;
玻璃纤维添加入聚丙烯后提高了聚丙烯的强度,纳米碳酸钙作为成核剂,可提高聚丙烯的结晶速度、结晶率和结晶细微比,从而实现聚丙烯的增刚性,滑石粉、云母粉、高岭土、硅灰石粉、硫酸钡可以显著提高聚丙烯的刚性、耐热性、提高尺寸稳定性、耐高温蠕变性、硬度等等,而聚乙烯蜡作为有机低聚物,具有较高的粘附性能,可以与滑石粉、云母粉、高岭土、硅灰石粉、硫酸钡这些无机填料较好地浸润、粘附、包覆,从而起到表面改性剂的作用,使得滑石粉、云母粉、高岭土、硅灰石粉、硫酸钡可以在聚丙烯基体中分散均匀。

具体实施方式
为比较直观、完整地理解本发明的技术方案,现进行非限制性的特征说明如下:
实施例一:
耐高温型锂电池包装膜,包括尼龙层、铝箔层和热封层;
尼龙层由以下质量百分比的原料组成:MXD6 40%、尼龙6 15%、玻璃纤维 30%、LLDPE-g-MAH 9%、硅烷偶联剂0.2%、抗氧剂1098 0.05%、抗氧剂10 10 0.05%、抗氧剂168 0.1%、阻燃剂0.1%、纳米二氧化硅3%、对苯二酚0.5%,无机填料2%;
热封层由以下质量百分比的原料组成:聚丙烯70%、玻璃纤维22%、纳米碳酸钙1%、聚乙烯蜡2%、滑石粉1%、云母粉1%、高岭土1%、硅灰石粉1%、硫酸钡1%。
热封层厚度为60~65微米。
无机填料为云母、碳酸钙、硅灰石中的至少一种。
本发明还提供一种上述耐高温型锂电池包装膜的其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)用雾化的聚乙烯蜡对充分脱水后的滑石粉、云母粉、高岭土、硅灰石粉、硫酸钡进行表面处理;
(2)将表面处理后的滑石粉、云母粉、高岭土、硅灰石粉、硫酸钡与聚丙烯、玻璃纤维、纳米碳酸钙混合,通过共挤流延机成型后制备热封层;
(3)对铝箔的表面进行脱脂和耐腐蚀处理后制备铝箔层;
(4)将MXD6、尼龙6、玻璃纤维、LLDPE-g-MAH、硅烷偶联剂、抗氧剂10 98、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂168、阻燃剂、纳米二氧化硅、对苯二酚,无机填料混合,混合后通过挤出机挤出成型后,通过双向拉伸制备尼龙层;
(5)用干法工艺将尼龙层、铝箔层和热封层复合成型;
(6)对制得的包装膜进行性能测试,包括以下步骤:
(61)将两片包装膜与极耳粘合,取一定宽度封口裁切成条,使用拉力测试设备测试剥离强度,观察剥离后的包装膜铝箔层是否呈均匀乳白色,要求铝箔层与铝箔层不分层;
(62)包装膜用良好的成型模具冲深,在一定取值范围内调整成型深度,直至包装膜边角出现破裂,记录出现破裂前的深度最大值,包装膜的冲深后必须满足以下条件:冲坑的四个边角最薄处不小于原来50%的厚度,热封层厚度为60~65微米,否则会造成电池成型后有漏点,严重影响电池性能;;
(63)将成型后的包装膜先封焊两边,不加极耳和电芯,注入一定量的电解液,在一定温度条件下烘烤一定的时间后进行观察,观察封焊成型后包装膜是否有腐蚀、漏液、膨胀、分层现象;
(64)将包装膜置于水浴或高温高湿环境中,一段时间后取出,观察包装膜是否异常,且通过称重或水分测试判断其吸水量,测试包装膜的阻隔性能;
(7)将测试完的合格产品进行包装。
如图1—图3所示,玻璃纤维作为增强材料不但可以提高尼龙层的强度,还可以提高尼龙层的耐热效果,玻璃纤维在含量为30%时,其缺口冲击强度可达到最大值,其拉伸强度也较高,其热形变温度也较高;
MXD6与二氧化硅纳米微粒有很好的界面相容性,使得MXD6/纳米二氧化硅复合材料的拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度均较纯MXD6有不同程度的提高,而且,随着纳米二氧化硅的添加,尼龙基体与二氧化硅纳米微粒间形成一个弹性过渡层,可以有效地传递和松弛界面上的应力,更好地吸收和分散外界的冲击能,从而提高材料的韧性。
抗氧剂1098和抗氧剂1010作为主抗氧剂,抗氧剂168作为辅助抗氧剂,该复合配方能有效地提高尼龙层的热氧化稳定性。
对苯二酚作为防老剂,可抑制光、热、氧等外界因素的作用。
无机填料不但可以提高尼龙层的耐热性,还可以降低成本。
玻璃纤维添加入聚丙烯后提高了聚丙烯的强度,纳米碳酸钙作为成核剂,可提高聚丙烯的结晶速度、结晶率和结晶细微比,从而实现聚丙烯的增刚性。
滑石粉、云母粉、高岭土、硅灰石粉、硫酸钡可以显著提高聚丙烯的刚性、耐热性、提高尺寸稳定性、耐高温蠕变性、硬度等等,而聚乙烯蜡作为有机低聚物,具有较高的粘附性能,可以与滑石粉、云母粉、高岭土、硅灰石粉、硫酸钡这些无机填料较好地浸润、粘附、包覆,从而起到表面改性剂的作用,使得滑石粉、云母粉、高岭土、硅灰石粉、硫酸钡可以在聚丙烯基体中分散均匀。

Claims (3)

1.耐高温型锂电池包装膜,包括尼龙层、铝箔层和热封层,其特征在于:
尼龙层由以下质量百分比的原料组成:MXD6 40%、尼龙6 15%、玻璃纤维30%、LLDPE-g-MAH 9%、硅烷偶联剂0.2%、抗氧剂1098 0.05%、抗氧剂1010 0.05%、抗氧剂1680.1%、阻燃剂0.1%、纳米二氧化硅3%、对苯二酚0.5%,无机填料2%;
热封层由以下质量百分比的原料组成:聚丙烯70%、玻璃纤维22%、纳米碳酸钙1%、聚乙烯蜡2%、滑石粉1%、云母粉1%、高岭土1%、硅灰石粉1%、硫酸钡1%;
耐高温型锂电池包装膜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)用雾化的聚乙烯蜡对充分脱水后的滑石粉、云母粉、高岭土、硅灰石粉、硫酸钡进行表面处理;
(2)将表面处理后的滑石粉、云母粉、高岭土、硅灰石粉、硫酸钡与聚丙烯、玻璃纤维、纳米碳酸钙混合,通过共挤流延机成型后制备热封层;
