背景技术
锂电池即锂离子二次电池,由于重量轻、容量大、循环寿命长、无记忆效应等优良特点,被广泛应用于诸如手机、笔记本电脑、摄像机、充电宝、电动车辆、机器人、人造卫星等提供能量,也被用作能量储存用蓄电池,如充电宝、太阳能电站储能等。目前锂电池正处于性能不断提高、成本不断降低、应用领域快速扩大、市场份额急剧增长的阶段。
锂电池软包装膜作为电池芯的外壳,需要满足以下基本要求:极好的热封性、内层材料不与电解液起反应且整体耐电解液的性能、极高的阻水阻氧性能、极好的耐冲深性能。通常,锂电池软包装膜至少包括三层结构:尼龙层、中间铝箔阻隔层和内层热封层,三层间经胶粘剂或粘合树脂粘合,通过干法或挤出复合的方法制备完成。
在铝箔阻隔层的至少一面需进行防腐处理,特别是在铝箔阻隔层内部必须设置防腐处理层,以提高对六氟磷酸锂等电解液的抗腐蚀能力。相对于粘合树脂层和热封层的有机聚合物层,铝箔表面的防腐处理层较脆,在冲深过程中防腐处理层会产生针孔、裂纹等缺陷,影响了包装膜的应用。随着锂电池在动力电池领域的应用推广,急需开发最大冲深更高,成型性能更好的软包装膜。
发明内容

本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种锂电池软包装膜,包括包括尼龙层、铝箔层、和热封层,所述铝箔层表面设置有防腐层,所述防腐层包括防腐层主膜体以及复合在防腐层主膜体上的复合层;

作为优选,所述防腐层主膜体包括有机硅烷、二氧化硅凝胶、硅脂、碳酸钙粉体或氯化钙粉体、溶剂、防腐蚀剂。

二氧化硅凝胶 5-6份

作为优选,所述溶剂采用酒精、四氢呋喃、醋酸钠-乙酸乙酯中的任意一种。
作为优选,还包括海藻酸钠、硬脂酸钙锌、网状高分子或网状高分子纤维骨架。
作为优选,以下组分按重量计:
海藻酸钠 1-3份
硬脂酸钙锌 1-2份
网状高分子 3-5份。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.本方案中的锂电池软包装膜包括尼龙层、铝箔层、防腐层和热封层;由于铝箔层结构强度较低,易于受损,因而抗拉伸强度和耐冲击能力都较弱;本方案中的对防腐层进行改进,使其具有良好的抗拉伸以及耐冲击能力;
2.防腐层包括防腐层主膜体以及复合层,防腐层主膜体为凝胶,复合层为无纺布;无纺布表面设置有多个弹性凸起,将无纺布上设置有弹性凸起的一面朝向防腐层主膜体设置,每一个弹性凸起均抵接在防腐层主膜体上,当受到外界冲击力时,将来弹性凸起之间的无纺布形成一个弹力方块,从而增加整体结构的耐冲击性能,又因为无纺布的结构强度较高,因而整体结构具有良好的耐拉伸性能;
3.防腐层主膜体的主要成分为有机硅烷、二氧化硅凝胶、硅脂、碳酸钙粉体或氯化钙粉体、溶剂、防腐蚀剂;以上物质混合形成致密的凝胶,具有良好的阻水阻氧性,碳酸钙粉体或氯化钙粉体的填充能增强其耐冲击性能以及热收缩性。

实施例:
一种锂电池软包装膜,如图1所示,依次包括尼龙层1、铝箔层2、和热封层3,其中铝箔层2和热封层3之间设置有防腐层4;其中防腐层4又包括防腐层主膜体41以及复合在防腐层主膜体41上的复合层42,其中主膜体41为具有良好防腐蚀性能的凝胶,复合层42为无纺布421以及设置在无纺布421上的弹性凸起422,弹性凸起422朝向防腐层主膜体41设置。
弹性凸起422采用发泡塑料制成,之后热压粘结在无纺布层421表面。
防腐层主膜体41的主要成分为有机硅烷、二氧化硅凝胶、硅脂、碳酸钙粉体或氯化钙粉体、溶剂和防腐蚀剂。
实施例1-实施例5中物质组成相同,但是物质含量不同,详见下表1所示;

实施例1-实施例5中防腐层主膜体41的制备方法如下所示:
步骤1:将硅脂、有机硅烷、硅脂、溶剂倒入反应器皿中高速搅拌至溶解;
步骤2:向其中添加钒酸-钒酸盐溶液,继续高速搅拌,持续5小时,升温至50℃;
步骤3:向其中加入硫酸镁水合物或氧化镁,滤去沉淀和不溶物;
步骤4:将碳酸钙粉体或氯化钙粉体、防腐蚀剂、步骤3中的混合物中加入至乳化机中混合;
步骤5:将步骤3上制备得到的混合物涂覆在无纺布层表面,升高环境温度至75℃。
溶剂可采用酒精、四氢呋喃、醋酸钠-乙酸乙酯中的任意一种,实施例6-实施例8中的物质组成含量与实施例1中的物质组成含量相同,但制备方法不同。
实施例6:
步骤1:将硅脂、有机硅烷、硅脂、溶剂倒入反应器皿中高速搅拌至溶解;
步骤2:向其中添加钒酸-钒酸盐溶液,继续高速搅拌,持续12小时,升温至65℃;
步骤3:向其中加入硫酸镁水合物或氧化镁,滤去沉淀和不溶物;
步骤4:将碳酸钙粉体或氯化钙粉体、防腐蚀剂、步骤3中的混合物中加入至乳化机中混合;
步骤5:将步骤3上制备得到的混合物涂覆在无纺布层表面,升高环境温度至82℃。
实施例7:
步骤1:将硅脂、有机硅烷、硅脂、溶剂倒入反应器皿中高速搅拌至溶解;
步骤2:向其中添加钒酸-钒酸盐溶液,继续高速搅拌,持续8小时,升温至56℃;
步骤3:向其中加入硫酸镁水合物或氧化镁,滤去沉淀和不溶物;
步骤4:将碳酸钙粉体或氯化钙粉体、防腐蚀剂、步骤3中的混合物中加入至乳化机中混合;
步骤5:将步骤3上制备得到的混合物涂覆在无纺布层表面,升高环境温度至78℃。
实施例8:
步骤1:将硅脂、有机硅烷、硅脂、溶剂倒入反应器皿中高速搅拌至溶解;
步骤2:向其中添加钒酸-钒酸盐溶液,继续高速搅拌,持续10小时,升温至60℃;
步骤3:向其中加入硫酸镁水合物或氧化镁,滤去沉淀和不溶物;
步骤4:将碳酸钙粉体或氯化钙粉体、防腐蚀剂、步骤3中的混合物中加入至乳化机中混合;
步骤5:将步骤3上制备得到的混合物涂覆在无纺布层表面,升高环境温度至80℃。
实施例9-实施例12中在防腐层主膜体的原基础上还增添海藻酸钠、硬脂酸钙锌和网状高分子;实施例9-实施例12中其他物质组成与实施例1中相同,海藻酸钙、硬脂酸钙锌与网状高分子的含量详见下表2所示;

对实施例1-实施例12中制备得到的锂电池软包装膜进行性能检测,可得以下结论:
本方案中制备得到的锂电池软包装膜体相较于普通的锂电池软包膜膜体,具有良好的抗冲击、抗拉伸性能,且耐热性能、耐电解质酸性能、阻水阻氧性能良好。
Claims (9)
1.一种锂电池软包装膜,包括包括尼龙层(1)、铝箔层(2)、和热封层(3),其特征在于:所述铝箔层(2)表面设置有防腐层(4),所述防腐层(4)包括防腐层主膜体(41)以及复合在防腐层主膜体(41)上的复合层(42);
所述防腐层主膜体(41)为具有良好防腐性能的凝胶;
所述复合层(42)包括无纺布层(421)以及设置在无纺布层(421)上的弹性凸起(422),所述弹性凸起(422)朝向防腐层主膜体(41)设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种锂电池软包装膜,其特征在于:所述弹性凸起(422)为发泡塑料热压粘接在无纺布层(421)表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种锂电池软包装膜,其特征在于:所述防腐层主膜体(41)包括有机硅烷、二氧化硅凝胶、硅脂、碳酸钙粉体或氯化钙粉体、溶剂、防腐蚀剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种锂电池软包装膜,其特征在于,以下组分按重量计:
有机硅烷 8-15份
二氧化硅凝胶 5-6份
硅脂 7-9份
碳酸钙粉体或氯化钙粉体 2-4份
溶剂 1-10份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种锂电池软包装膜,其特征在于,主要包括以下制备步骤:
步骤1:将硅脂、有机硅烷、硅脂、溶剂倒入反应器皿中高速搅拌至溶解;
步骤2:向其中添加钒酸-钒酸盐溶液,继续高速搅拌,持续5-12小时;
步骤3:向其中加入硫酸镁水合物或氧化镁,滤去沉淀和不溶物;
步骤4:将碳酸钙粉体或氯化钙粉体、防腐蚀剂、步骤3中的混合物中加入至乳化机中混合;
步骤5:将步骤3上制备得到的混合物涂覆在无纺布层(421)表面,升高环境温度至75-82℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种锂电池软包装膜,其特征在于:所述步骤2中升温至50-65℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种锂电池软包装膜,其特征在于:所述溶剂采用酒精、四氢呋喃、醋酸钠-乙酸乙酯中的任意一种。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种锂电池软包装膜,其特征在于:还包括海藻酸钠、硬脂酸钙锌、网状高分子或网状高分子纤维骨架。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种锂电池软包装膜,其特征在于,以下组分按重量计:
海藻酸钠 1-3份
硬脂酸钙锌 1-2份
网状高分子 3-5份。
