Description

Essence containing okra hydrolyzed glycoprotein SILKY-WSP and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to an essence composition, belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to an essence containing okra hydrolyzed glycoprotein SILKY-WSP and having antioxidant and moisturizing effects and a preparation method of the essence.
Background
Abelmoschus esculentus (Abelmmoschusus esculentus) is an annual herbaceous plant of Abelmmoschusus (Malvaceae) of Malvaceae, and is named as Abelmoschus esculentus, 'green ginseng', cavel, Bushencao, etc.
Okra (Abelmoschus Medicus L.) in Malvaceae is called vegetable king, has reputations of "green ginseng" and "plant Viagra" abroad, and has extremely high economic and medicinal values. About 15 species worldwide, distributed in africa, south europe, america and asia, with china mainly produced in south-east to south-west provinces, with 6 and 1 variety. The main varieties are Abelmoschus manihot (Linn.) Medicus, Abelmoschus manihot Abelmoschus moluschus Muliensis Feng, Abelmoschus manihot (Abelmoschus manihot) Abelmoschus esclus (Linn.) Moench, Abelmoschus manihot Merr, Abelmoschus manihot (Abelmoschus manihot) Merr, Abelmoschus manihot Wall, Hibiseu manihot L.
The okra plant has effects of clearing heat, promoting diuresis, removing toxic substance, removing blood stasis, promoting blood circulation, moistening dryness, dredging channels, promoting granulation, regulating stomach function, and resolving food stagnation, and can be used for treating carbuncle, cough due to lung heat, lithangiuria, furuncle, parotitis, icterohepatitis, fracture, burn, scald, and galactostasis. Among them, most plants are used as top-quality vegetables, 11 kinds of national herbs are used, and at least 7 parts including Bencao gang mu are described as the national herbs. Okra is rich in nutrients such as vitamins (A, B1, B2, C and E), minerals, flavonoids, fatty acids, polysaccharides, crude proteins and amino acids, and other compounds. Moreover, these chemicals have been considered to have a wide variety of biological functions including anti-aging, anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory, anti-fatigue, anti-mutagenic, anti-tumor proliferation and immune enhancement for human health, with tremendous potential for development.
At present, the skilled person has obtained okra extract by subjecting okra to an extraction process, and has applied it to cosmetics. The traditional extraction method is a steam distillation method, which has the defects of simple equipment, low cost and simple and convenient operation, but has the defects of large damage to active ingredients and high impurity content.
Therefore, how to fully utilize the functional components contained in the okra and apply the effective components to various skin care products is a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently by the technical personnel in the field.

the tester: 30 persons, 10 persons in male and 20 persons in female, wherein the age is 21-49 years, and the volunteer selection criteria of the subject are met; the skin is in a moisture-keeping state before and after use;
and (3) testing results: the change in the value of the conductivity was observed, and the result is shown in FIG. 3.
The conclusion of fig. 3 illustrates: examples 4-6 showed significantly higher moisture retention after application than control 1, indicating that the essence product containing silk-WSP okra hydrolyzed glycoprotein can increase the moisture content of the skin and has stable moisture retention effect.
4. Evaluation of antioxidant (free radical) Effect
Test samples: examples 4-6, comparative examples 1-3;
the test purpose is as follows: the efficacy of the skin care product in terms of antioxidant activity was evaluated by continued use of the skin care product under normal conditions by adult female volunteers.
Age of volunteer: women between 25-44 years old;
the number of volunteers: 180 persons;
facial skin of volunteers: dark and dull facial complexion;
the product use frequency is as follows: the face is cleaned and then evenly smeared, 2 times a day, once in the morning and evening, four weeks after the product is used and eight weeks after the product is used.
As shown in fig. 4a and 4b, the facial skins of two different volunteers are presented with graphs respectively, and the effects of the essence product containing silk-WSP okra hydrolyzed glycoprotein on improving skin brightness and firming skin are demonstrated after the product is used for four weeks and after the product is used for eight weeks.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention in any way, so that any simple modification, equivalent change and modification made to the above embodiment according to the technical spirit of the present invention are within the scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
