The olive oil PEG-7 esters are used in washing and caring products, have no toxicity or irritation, have certain moisturizing effect on skin and hair, and can enhance the moisture adsorption capacity of skin stratum corneum, thereby preventing excessive dryness of skin and hair, and being a natural skin and hair caring substance. The shea butter is relatively close to each index of sebum secretion oil of pets, contains rich non-saponification components, is easy to be absorbed by the pets, can prevent drying and cracking, further recovers and maintains the natural elasticity of skin, and has the function of diminishing inflammation. Coconut oil, is the endosperm of the palm plant coconut, and is extracted after grinding and drying. Coconut oil is white liquid in tropical places and is a beef tallow-like solid in cold places; has special smell and fragrant smell when fresh. Coconut oil has strong cleaning effect, can clean dirt in skin, is organic, natural and pure fresh coconut oil, absolutely does not hurt skin, can be used for makeup removal and cleaning, and can protect the skin from being damaged by ultraviolet rays after being externally applied. And the pure fresh coconut oil is the only oil which can reduce the loss of hair protein, and can make the hair of the pet smooth. Castor oil is triglyceride of fatty acid, and is obtained by squeezing or solvent extraction method. The castor oil has good stability, color retention, wettability, lubricity and other effects. The almond oil is yellowish and transparent, has fragrant taste, is not only an excellent edible oil, but also an advanced lubricating oil, can resist the low temperature below 20 ℃ below zero, can be used as an important raw material of advanced paint, cosmetics and high-quality perfumed soap, and can also be used for extracting essence and vitamins. The cream, milk honey and soap are used as natural additives, and have the effects of moistening skin and resisting aging. The peanut oil is yellowish and transparent, has clear color and luster and fragrant smell, and the vitamin E in the peanut oil is a good antioxidant ingredient and has important effects on protecting skin, preventing chapping and aging and the like. Soybean oil is obtained from soybean seeds, and is the grease with the highest yield in the world. The soybean oil is various in types and can be divided into squeezed soybean oil and leached soybean oil according to the processing mode; can be divided into crude soybean oil and transgenic soybean oil according to the types of soybeans. Soybean oil is rich in vitamin E and vitamin D, and has important effects of protecting skin, preventing chapping and aging, etc. Palm oil is obtained by squeezing palm fruit from oil palm tree, and palm oil and palm kernel oil are produced from palm fruit pulp and kernel. The palm oil has moderate unsaturation degree, does not contain linolenic acid, is rich in natural vitamin E and tocotrienol, is a natural efficient antioxidant, and has lasting fragrance.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the amount of the oil is 0.1 to 10 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the total composition; preferably, the grease is 2-6 parts.
In one embodiment of the invention, the microcapsule essential oil is 0-10 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the total composition; preferably, the microcapsule essential oil accounts for 1-6 parts. Preferably, the microcapsule essential oil is microcapsule slow-release essential oil, more preferably, the microcapsule essential oil is microcapsule slow-release tea tree essential oil, and the tea tree essential oil (TTO) is essential oil obtained by distilling melaleuca alternifolia leaves with steam. The melaleuca alternifolia belongs to the Myrtaceae, and about 230 varieties are known as the most powerful medical therapist of nature. The tea tree essential oil is basically monoterpene, alcohol and sesquiterpene compounds, and accounts for more than 99% of the total amount. Wherein, the main components of 4-terpene alcohol and 1, 8-cineole account for more than 50 percent, and the components are the basis of strong anti-inflammatory substances of the tea tree essential oil, so that the tea tree essential oil becomes the most powerful natural antibacterial agent, and is currently developed into various products, such as preservatives, antibacterial agents and aromatic agents. The sterilization and mite removal efficacy of the tea tree essential oil is mainly exerted in the patent. The microcapsule tea tree essential oil is slowly released, and can achieve the effects of diminishing inflammation, expelling parasites and removing odor for a long time. Meanwhile, hyaluronic acid or salt thereof in the microcapsule forms a spatial network structure through molecular chains with different lengths, and the spatial network structure is combined with carboxyl and free radicals of the molecular chains, so that the retention time of the tea tree essential oil on the skin of the pet can be effectively prolonged, and the absorption of the tea tree essential oil on the skin of the pet is promoted. Meanwhile, the high-affinity hyaluronic acid or the salt thereof and the microcapsule essential oil can act synergistically to enhance the adsorption capacity of the hyaluronic acid or the salt thereof and the microcapsule essential oil on the skin and the fur of the pet, so that the effect that the hyaluronic acid or the salt thereof and the microcapsule essential oil are retained on the fur for a long time after being washed away is achieved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the amino acid surfactant is 0.01 to 70 parts per 100 parts by weight of the total composition; preferably, the amino acid surfactant is 4-30 parts.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the amino acid surfactant may be any of all kinds of amino acid surfactants. Preferably, the amino acid surfactant is selected from one or more of potassium cocoyl glutamate, sodium lauroyl glutamate and sodium cocoyl glycinate.
In one embodiment of the invention, the washing and caring composition further comprises a plant extract and water, wherein the plant extract accounts for 0.01-30 parts, preferably 1-15 parts, relative to 100 parts by weight of the total composition; the balance of water.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the plant extract is selected from one or more of lavender extract, jasmine extract, rose extract, chamomile extract, honeysuckle extract, licorice extract, tea tree extract, citronella extract, mint extract, vernonia galamensis extract. The lavender extract can clear away heat and toxic materials, clean skin, control oil content, remove freckles, whiten skin, remove wrinkles, tender skin, remove under-eye dark circles and promote regeneration and recovery of damaged tissues. The rose extract has mild property, can alleviate emotion, balance endocrine, enrich blood and qi, care skin, regulate liver and stomach, relieve fatigue, improve body constitution, and moisten and nourish skin. The flos Jasmini sambac extract has effects of relieving, diminishing inflammation and killing bacteria. The chamomile extract has the effects of repairing sensitive skin, reducing fine red blood streaks, adjusting uneven skin color and the like. The herba Menthae extract can be used for treating neuralgia, skin pruritus, erythra and eczema, and has skin repairing effect. The Vernonia esculenta extract has effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, promoting granulation, and healing sore.
The invention discloses a preparation method of a pet washing and caring composition rich in hyaluronic acid or salt thereof, which comprises the following steps:
adding a little water into hyaluronic acid or a salt composition thereof, and uniformly stirring to obtain a first mixture;
adding an amino acid surfactant into the first mixture, and uniformly stirring to obtain a second mixture;
adding the plant extract into the second mixture, and uniformly stirring to obtain a third mixture;
adding the microcapsule essential oil into the third mixture, and uniformly stirring to obtain a fourth mixture;
adding grease into the fourth mixture, and uniformly stirring to obtain a fifth mixture;
adding water into the fifth mixture, and uniformly stirring to obtain the pet cleaning and caring composition rich in hyaluronic acid or its salt.
The pet washing and caring composition rich in hyaluronic acid or the salt thereof prepared by the preparation method has the characteristics of good soothing, moisture retention, safety and smoothness for the skin and hair of pets, and can achieve good sterilization and insect expelling effects.
The pet washing and caring composition rich in hyaluronic acid or salt thereof prepared by the preparation method of the invention utilizes the characteristics of surface activity of hyaluronic acid or salt thereof, derivatives thereof and amino acids, not only can mildly clean fur of pet cats and dogs, but also can improve skin state of pets, maintain stable physiological function of skin, enhance skin immunity and resistance, has the characteristics of moisture preservation, moistening and hair softening, is added with microcapsule essential oil with slow release effect, has good functions of killing insects, sterilizing and removing fishy smell, and can greatly prolong fragrance retention time.
The following examples of the present invention are merely illustrative of specific embodiments for carrying out the present invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention. Other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which may be made without departing from the spirit and principles of the invention are intended to be equivalents thereof and to fall within the scope of the invention.
Examples
The experimental methods used in the following examples are all conventional methods, unless otherwise specified.
Materials, reagents and the like used in the following examples are commercially available unless otherwise specified. In order to highlight the influence of hyaluronic acid on the product, the amino acid surface activity types and contents are recorded in a fixed ratio. Examples and comparative examples all selected 10 parts of potassium cocoyl glutamate, 5 parts of sodium lauroyl glutamate, 5 parts of sodium cocoyl glycinate, for a total of 20 parts of amino acid surfactant; the plant extract comprises 10 parts of flos Matricariae Chamomillae extract and 1 part of herba Menthae extract, and the total amount is 11 parts. The preparation method of the pet cleaning and caring composition adopts the following steps:
adding a little water into hyaluronic acid or a salt composition thereof, and uniformly stirring to obtain a first mixture; adding an amino acid surfactant into the first mixture, and uniformly stirring to obtain a second mixture; adding the plant extract into the second mixture, and uniformly stirring to obtain a third mixture; adding the microcapsule essential oil into the third mixture, and uniformly stirring to obtain a fourth mixture; adding grease into the fourth mixture, and uniformly stirring to obtain a fifth mixture; adding water into the fifth mixture, and uniformly stirring to obtain the pet cleaning and caring composition rich in hyaluronic acid or its salt.
The parameters of the components in examples 1 to 10 are shown in Table 1. The parameters of each component in comparative examples 1 to 5 are shown in table 1.

Test example 1
The evaluation of the products of the above examples and comparative examples after use of pets was evaluated according to the following method:
in the center of the pet, 140 pet dogs with hair length of about 2-4 cm, no bath for one week and fur free from obvious large stains were found, and 10 dogs were used in each group. Respectively weighing the weight of a pet, thoroughly wetting the fur of the pet with purified water, bathing the pet by using the samples of the examples and the comparative examples, wherein the usage amount of the bath foam is 5.0g/1kg of the weight, after the cleaning is finished, drying the pet dog by using a blower, and giving a blind evaluation to the pet dog by using 30 groups of dogs, wherein the blind evaluation direction comprises the cleanliness, smoothness and fragrance of the fur. And after 8h, the pet dogs are blindly evaluated for smoothness and faint scent. Performing blind test on the same item again for 24 h; the faint scent degree is measured blindly for 48h and 72 h.
The cleanliness, the moistening degree, the smoothness and the fragrance of the fur are graded according to satisfaction, acceptability, generality and dissatisfaction, and the grading intervals are 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 respectively. Generally, the maximum deviation value is removed, the relative average value is taken, and the score is more than or equal to 4, which is more satisfactory.
The evaluation items with the score of 5 are that the fur is very clean, the surface of the fur is very moist, not dry and not frizzy, the fur is smooth and refreshing, and the smell is fresh and pleasant;
the evaluation items with the score of 4 are that the fur is clean, moist and not dry, the fur is smooth and refreshing and not rough, the smell is fresh and pleasant, and no pet odor exists;
the evaluation items with the score of 3 are that the fur is clean, not moist enough and slightly dry, the fur is smooth and smooth, and no peculiar smell exists;
the evaluation items with the score of 2 are that the fur is clean and general, the hair is slightly dry and not moist enough, the fur is not smooth and is slightly rough, and the fur has a fishy smell and peculiar smell;
the evaluation items with the score of 1 are that the fur is not clean, the fur is dry, the fur is poor in smoothness and smoothness, knotting exists and the fur has a larger pet taste;

Test example 2
Changes in pet skin mites: 10g of the sample of example 4 was added to 20ml of water and mixed to prepare a test group, and 10g of each of comparative example 1 and a commercially available pet shampoo having insect and mite repelling and killing effects was added to 20ml of water and mixed to prepare a control group. Respectively taking demodex on live pet cats to be divided into a 1 st group, a 2 nd group and a 3 rd group on a glass slide, recording the total number of mites in each group by 10 pet cats, respectively and uniformly dropwise adding an experimental group solution and a control group solution on the 1 st group, the 2 nd group and the 3 rd group, and observing the death condition of the mites within 60min, wherein the results are shown in the following table 3.

The results show that the pet care composition prepared in example 4 has a significant acaricidal effect compared to comparative example 1 and the commercial pet shampoo.
Test example 3
The fungus detection method comprises the following steps: shaving the sampling part with an electric razor, sterilizing the part with 75 ° ethanol, soaking mineral oil or cleaning solution with a blade, and scraping along the hair direction and perpendicular to the skin. And uniformly smearing the scraped scurf on a glass sheet, dripping 2-3 drops of 10% KOH solution, heating for several seconds, and covering a cover glass. The fungal spores or hyphae are easy to find when the hairs with irregular edges and abnormal shapes are searched.
The product was tested on mild-skinned long-haired dogs in various veterinary clinics and fungal detection was performed according to the test methods described above. The test was maintained for 20 days and the long haired dogs were washed once a day. A total of 30 dogs were selected and divided into 6 groups of 5 dogs, and the results of using the wash and care compositions prepared in example 1, example 4, example 9, comparative example 1 and comparative example 2, respectively, and the commercial mite-killing and anti-inflammatory pet bathing products are shown in Table 4.

As can be seen from Table 4, dogs having fungal infections of the skin before treatment were treated by deep cleaning treatment on fixed affected sites daily for 20 days after shaving. The treatment results show that the number of fungi on the skin of 5 dogs treated by the product in the example 4 after 20 days of continuous treatment is all 0, which is obviously superior to that of the pet bath products in the comparative example 1, the comparative example 2 and the market antifungal pet bath products, so that the pet shampoo containing the microcapsule essential oil in the proportion has good antifungal effect, can improve the disease resistance of the skin of dogs and cats, reduces the incidence rate of skin diseases of pets, has health care effect on the skin of dogs and cats, and improves the life quality of the dogs and cats.
While embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments and applications described above, which are intended to be illustrative, instructive, and not limiting. Those skilled in the art, having the benefit of this disclosure, may effect numerous modifications thereto without departing from the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A pet care composition enriched in hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof, comprising: hyaluronic acid or its salt composition, oil, microcapsule essential oil and amino acid surfactant.
2. The pet care composition rich in hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof according to claim 1, wherein the composition of hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof comprises hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof having a molecular weight of not more than 10KDa, hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof having a molecular weight of 100KDa to 800KDa, a crosslinked polymer of hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof, and high-affinity hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof.
3. The pet care composition enriched in hyaluronic acid or salt thereof according to claim 2, wherein the high affinity hyaluronic acid or salt thereof is obtained by complexing cationic guar and hyaluronic acid or salt thereof in polyol, the hyaluronic acid or salt thereof is one or more of hyaluronic acid or salt thereof with molecular weight of 3-2000 kDa, the cationic guar has molecular weight of 100-2000 kDa, and the mass ratio of hyaluronic acid to cationic guar is 1: (0.01-100).
4. The pet care composition rich in hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof according to any of claims 1-3, wherein the content of hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof composition is 0.01-42 parts, preferably 0.1-20 parts, more preferably 0.6-15 parts, relative to 100 parts by weight of the total composition.
5. The pet care composition rich in hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof according to any of claims 1-3, wherein hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof having a molecular weight of not more than 10kDa is 0-3%, preferably 0.05-2%, more preferably 0.1-1% in the hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof composition; hyaluronic acid or salt thereof with molecular weight of 100 KDa-800 KDa accounts for 0-5%, preferably 1.0-2.0%; 0 to 10.0%, preferably 0.01 to 5.0% of hyaluronic acid or a salt cross-linked polymer thereof; and 77-100%, preferably 92-99% of high-affinity hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof.
6. The pet care composition rich in hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof according to claim 1, wherein said oil is selected from one or more of mineral oil, vegetable oil, animal oil; preferably one or more of natural source oils and fats such as olive oil, shea butter, coconut oil, castor oil, almond oil, peanut oil, soybean oil, palm oil, avocado oil, etc.
7. The pet wash composition enriched in hyaluronic acid or salt thereof according to claim 6, wherein said oil is olive oil PEG-7 esters.
8. The pet care composition rich in hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof according to claim 6, wherein said oil or fat is 0.1 to 10 parts, preferably 2 to 6 parts, per 100 parts by weight of the total composition.
9. The pet care composition rich in hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof according to claim 1, wherein said microcapsule essential oil is 0 to 10 parts, preferably 1 to 6 parts, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the total composition.
10. The pet care composition enriched in hyaluronic acid or salt thereof according to claim 9, wherein said microencapsulated essential oil is microencapsulated slow-release tea tree essential oil.
