step S3: mixing 0.5-1.0 part of disodium ethylene phosphate, 0.1-0.5 part of tetraboric acid, 1-4 parts of citric acid, 10-18 parts of soap agent, 5-10 parts of propylene glycol and 5-10 parts of deionized water, and stirring for 10-15 minutes to obtain a mixed solution;
step S4: 6-8 parts of ethoxylated alkyl sodium sulfate and 5-10 parts of deionized water are mixed and stirred uniformly until colorless transparent viscous liquid is formed;
step S5: adding 2-3 parts of lauric acid amido propyl betaine and 1-4 parts of lauryl sodium sulfate into the colorless transparent viscous liquid, and uniformly stirring to obtain a transparent viscous solution;
step S6: mixing the liquid medicine, the extracting solution, the mixed solution and the transparent viscous solution, adding 15-20 parts of deionized water, 5-15 parts of propylene glycol and 1-4 parts of citric acid into the mixture, adding the mixture into an electric heating vacuum stirrer, heating the mixture to 50-60 ℃, and keeping the temperature and stirring the mixture for 15-20 minutes to obtain bath foam;
step S7: cooling the bath lotion at room temperature, and standing in a jar for 12-16 hr.
