Description

Method for preparing composition for picking flowers of fruit trees by using natural hormone and method for using composition prepared by same
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a composition for fruit tree flowering using natural hormones and a method for using the composition prepared by the same, and more particularly, to a method for preparing a composition for fruit tree flowering using natural hormones and a method for using the composition prepared by the same, which has a beneficial effect of regulating the growth rate of fruits by spraying natural growth hormones and specific plant growth substances in marine algae at a specific time when fruit trees flower to some extent or completely, thereby inducing the withering of flowers, and which helps the growth of fruits and the growth of leaves and roots, necrotizes flower tissues, does not hinder the growth of leaves, roots and fruits, and thus enables a large number of good fruits to be produced.
Background
In fruit trees such as apple trees and pear trees, when one flower has a plurality of petals in order to produce good fruits, the petals are pulled out, and this phenomenon is called flower picking, that is, petal picking. As described above, in the case of cultivating fruit trees, flower picking plays an extremely important role in order to produce high-quality fruits. The effect of flower picking on the cultivation of fruit trees is to prevent the consumption of stored nutrients at an early stage, to increase the fertilization rate to improve the straightening rate, and to increase the number of fruit trees by promoting the fruit enlargement. Also, alternate bearing can be prevented by increasing flowering in the next year. When a fruit tree is provided with a flower picking effect, unnecessary labor required for the production process and the fruit harvesting operation can be reduced, and high-quality fruits can be cultivated. The picking of flowers refers to picking off petals of fruit trees in the flowering period, and can be performed manually or by using a chemical agent. However, picking up flowers by manual work is a work highly dependent on employees, and the production cost burden is increased due to insufficient labor, reduced labor quality, high labor cost, and the like caused by a reduction in rural labor population.
Therefore, recently, compared with picking by hand work, picking by chemicals is mainly used, and chemicals have been actively developed to increase picking effect, and for example, korean laid-open patent publication No. 2010-0034600 (patent document 1) relates to a green picking agent, a method for producing the same, and a picking method using the same, and discloses a green picking agent which does not hinder the flower-accessing insects such as bees and withers the petals of apple trees to an appropriate level, as a fruit tree picking agent which contains 15 to 20 weight percent of active ingredients of mixed lime and sulfur and 80 to 85 weight percent of water and is at 20 to 24 ° Be. Also, Korean granted patent No. 10-0987357 (patent document 2) relates to a picking agent, and discloses a picking agent formed of a mixed preparation of a poorly water-soluble inorganic compound and additives, satisfying the conditions of (a) 0.03. ltoreq. P.ltoreq.30, (b) 3. ltoreq. Q.ltoreq.800, (c) 0.5. ltoreq. Q/P.ltoreq.1000 [ P: average particle size (μm) based on SALD 2000A laser particle size distribution instrument, Q: BET specific surface area (m) based on nitrogen adsorption2/g)]And korean patent No. 10-1405404 (patent document 3) relates to a green flower picking agent using a low-concentration lime-sulfur mixture, a method for preparing the same, and a flower picking method using the same, and discloses a flower picking agent comprising sulfur and lime in a ratio of 1.8: 1 to 1.5: 1, dissolving 100-160 g of sulfur and 60-100 g of lime in 1L of water to prepare lime sulfur stock solution, and diluting the lime sulfur stock solution by more than 300 times in the water to obtain a low-concentration lime sulfur mixture as an effective component, wherein the low-concentration lime sulfur mixture is a flower picking agent for fruit trees, and the negative oxidation reduction potential of the low-concentration lime sulfur mixture is more than 400. However, the picking agents disclosed in the above patent documents 1 to 3 are difficult to be easily absorbed into the living body and moved, and cannot be used as green picking agents because sulfur or the like is used.
Accordingly, the present inventors have proposed a method for preparing a composition for picking flowers of ginkgo trees using natural hormones and a composition for picking flowers of ginkgo trees prepared thereby, in order to solve the above problems, in korean laid-open patent publication No. 2016-0141610 (patent document 4): a seaweed collection step (S100) for collecting wild seaweed; a water washing step (S200) for washing the seaweed with water to remove foreign matter contained in the seaweed; a weighing step (S300) for weighing the washed seaweed in units of weight (g); a cutting step (S400) for cutting the seaweed obtained in the weighing step into a size of 0.5cm to 2 cm; a natural drying step (S500) for naturally drying the cut seaweed to remove water; a hydrolysis step (S600) for removing salt from the marine algae obtained in the natural drying step; a low-temperature extraction step (S700) for extracting the BA, NAA, and GA components used as a composition for picking flowers of fruit trees from the seaweeds obtained in the hydrolysis step; a charging and mixing step (S800) of charging and mixing 18g to 22g of diethylaminoethanol caproate to the BA, NAA and GA components obtained in the low-temperature extraction step; a high-pressure physical pressing step (S900) of performing physical pressing in order to ensure improvement of physical properties and oxidation stability in the process of mixing the BA, NAA, GA components obtained in the low-temperature extraction step with diethylaminoethanol caproate; a stabilizer charging step (S1000) of charging 18g to 22g of a stabilizer for preventing physical change after the physical press-fitting step is performed; a filtration step (S1100) in which the composition obtained in the stabilizer addition step is filtered through a microgrid; and an inspection/packaging step (S1200) of inspecting and packaging the composition obtained in the filtration step in units of weight (g).
However, the invention of patent document 4 is not aimed at harvesting ginkgo fruit, but is significant in the petals themselves, and therefore is not aimed at fruit production, and cannot be applied to picking fruit trees such as apple trees. Specifically, when the composition of patent document 4 is applied to apple trees and the like, picking effect and greenness can be achieved, but as a spraying starting point, the previously fertilized petals promote cell division and dominate in the process of nutrient competition to help fruit development, but patent document 4 cannot exert such an effect at all, but rather, hinders fruit development to make the fruit completely unable to grow, and thus cannot apply the method to picking of fruit trees such as apple trees.
Accordingly, the present inventors have found that the above problems of the prior art, particularly the problem of patent document 4, and as a result of studies to solve the above problems, have provided a picking composition having a specific structure, and thus have provided a composition having a beneficial picking effect of regulating the growth rate of fruits by inducing the withering of petals at a specific time, and also having an excellent effect of helping the growth of fruits and the growth of leaves and roots and of only flower tissues to be necrotic, thereby completing the present invention.

As described above, when marine algae are collected, water washing is performed using water in order to remove foreign matter contained in the collected marine algae (step S200), and the marine algae subjected to the water washing are weighed in units of weight (g) (step S300). Then, the seaweed obtained in the weighing step is cut into pieces of 0.5cm to 2cm (step S400), and then dried naturally to remove moisture contained in the cut seaweed (step S500).
Of course, a drying device may be used for rapid drying, natural drying may be selected to minimize damage to components to be extracted, and a low-speed dehydrator may be used on the side from which water is removed.
After the marine algae obtained in the natural drying step is subjected to hydrolysis for removing salt (step S600), BA, NAA, and GA components used as a composition for fruit tree flowering are extracted at low temperature from the marine algae obtained in the hydrolysis step (step S700).
In a general hot water extraction method, when heating to 70 ℃ or higher, a large amount of components are destroyed or modified, vitamin C and inorganic substances are vulnerable to heat, and thus the components are destroyed, and in the case of proteins, modification by heat occurs.
However, the low-temperature extraction method adopted in the present invention can extract all necessary elements without change in properties, without using water or any chemical agent for extraction, and thus, there is no damage to known components of nutrients or functional substances and a high-purity substance can be obtained.
After the mixing of the BA, NAA, and GA components obtained in the low-temperature extraction step with 18g to 22g of the plant growth substance (step S800), a high-pressure physical compression (step S900) is performed in which a physical compression is performed in order to ensure the improvement of physical properties and oxidation stability in the process of mixing the BA, NAA, and GA components obtained in the low-temperature extraction step with diethylaminoethanol caproate.
The diethylaminoethanol caproate increases the germination rate of seeds and improves the pressure resistance of saplings to increase the germination and growth, increases the weight and the nutritional value by at least 25 to 50 percent, increases the fruit fruiting proportion and the fruit quality, reduces the intake of plants as heavy metals, and promotes the growth of all parts of the plants.
After the physical press bonding step is performed, a stabilizer for preventing chemical and physical changes is charged (step S1000), the stabilizer is diphenylamine, and 18g to 22g are charged.
Then, the composition obtained in the stabilizer adding step is filtered through a microgrid (step S1100), and then the composition obtained in the filtering step is inspected in units of weight (g) and packaged (step S1200), thereby completing the manufacturing process.
Fig. 2 is a photograph of an ovary of an apple tree without any treatment as a comparison, fig. 3 to 5 are photographs of an ovary of an apple tree to which a composition for picking flowers of an apple tree using a natural hormone according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is sprayed, respectively, fig. 3 is a photograph of a state in which 1 time of full bloom 80% and 1 time of middle petal withering are performed, fig. 4 is a photograph of a state in which 1 time of full bloom 80% and 1 time of full bloom 80% are performed, and fig. 5 is a photograph of a state in which more than 80% of middle petal is performed, more than 80% of full bloom, more than middle petal withering and completely withering are performed.
Referring to fig. 2 to 5, a method of spraying the apple tree flowering composition using natural hormones prepared according to the present invention to apple trees is explained as follows.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, as described above, the method for spraying the composition for apple tree decortication using natural hormones prepared according to the present invention to induce decortication of apple trees may select a spraying period from more than 80% of full bloom of the apple trees starting from fruit trees sprayed based on the composition to the time of full bloom, petal withering and petal complete withering, as desired, and particularly, but not limited thereto, the spraying period may be preferably performed 1 time of full bloom 80% and 1 time after petal withering, either alone or together.
In addition, according to another preferred embodiment, the spraying period may be performed individually or simultaneously 1 time when the middle lobe is 80% and 1 time when the entire bloom is 80%, and according to another preferred embodiment, after the complete withering, additional spraying may be performed in a diameter of 5nm to 10 nm.
The action mechanism of the composition for apple tree flowering using natural hormones of the present invention as described above is that, as the starting point of the spraying period, the promotion of cell division and nutrient competition take up the wind, whereby the development of ovaries is differentiated, and the development of hypertrophy morphology by the secretion mechanism of internal hormones is differentiated, whereby petals or fruits sagging during competition are not subjected to nutrient moisture, and thus flowers and fruits fall.
The fruit tree flower-picking composition using natural hormones according to the present invention is added to the starting point of the above-mentioned specific spraying period to specify the fertilization position and amount of the fruit and achieve the object.
The fruit tree using the fruit tree flowering composition using natural hormones of the present invention as described above is not limited thereto, and preferably, may include apple trees, pear trees, persimmon trees, and the like, and most preferably, apple trees.
As described above, the technical idea of the present invention has been described specifically in the preferred embodiments, and the above embodiments are used for the above description and are not intended to limit the present invention. Various changes and modifications within the technical spirit of the present invention may be made by those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains, and thus, such changes and modifications are within the scope of the invention as claimed.
