Abstract

本发明提供了一种防止印刷纸张卷曲的工艺。主要解决了传统的印刷纸张容易发生弯曲的问题。本工艺在pet膜与纸张复合后,于剥离之前进行纸张的背面涂布,以水性丙烯酸光油上料干量至0.6g,熟化后再进行剥离,由此可以达到防止纸张卷曲的功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防止印刷纸张卷曲的工艺。
背景技术
现有的工艺上通常是由pet膜与纸张复合后,直接进行剥离,由于使用pet膜转移涂层到纸张后,纸张两面的水分失衡,且转移涂层也有一定的收缩力,导致印品会发生卷曲。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题,进而提供一种防止印刷纸张卷曲的工艺,能有效的防止印品会发生卷曲。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防止印刷纸张卷曲的工艺,其步骤为,
步骤1、在pet膜与纸张复合后,于剥离之前进行纸张的背面涂布;
步骤2、以水性丙烯酸光油上料干量,熟化;
步骤3、熟化后再对印刷纸张进行pet膜剥离,由此可以达到防止纸张卷曲的功能。
本发明的有益效果是:通过采用本发明的技术方案,不在剥离后进行背涂,不会导致纸张的卷曲且不会影响印品正面转移涂层的效果。

下面将对本发明做进一步的详细说明:本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述实施例。
本实施例所涉及的一种防止印刷纸张卷曲的工艺,其步骤为,
步骤1、在pet膜与纸张复合后,于剥离之前进行纸张的背面涂布;
步骤2、以水性丙烯酸光油上料干量,熟化;
步骤3、熟化后再对印刷纸张进行pet膜剥离,由此可以达到防止纸张卷曲的功能。
本工艺在pet膜与纸张复合后,于剥离之前进行纸张的背面涂布,以水性丙烯酸光油上料干量至0.6g,熟化后再进行剥离,由此可以达到防止纸张卷曲的功能,之所以不在剥离后进行背涂 是由于若在剥离后进行背涂会导致纸张的卷曲且影响印品正面转移涂层的效果。

步骤1、在pet膜与纸张复合后,于剥离之前进行纸张的背面涂布;
步骤2、以水性丙烯酸光油上料干量,熟化;
步骤3、熟化后再对印刷纸张进行pet膜剥离,由此可以达到防止纸张卷曲的功能。
