Claims (4)

1. A process preparation method of a sea-buckthorn and blueberry instant soft capsule comprises a capsule shell and a sea-buckthorn instant powder content arranged in the capsule shell, and is characterized in that the capsule shell is formed by pressing a soft capsule machine by a pressing method, the content takes blueberries and sea-buckthorn as raw materials, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) extracting effective components of crushed blueberry processing residues by using water as an extraction medium and adopting ultrasonic low-temperature reflux, controlling the temperature below 60 ℃ in the whole process, extracting twice in the front and back process, collecting filtrate, and preparing blueberry soluble powder by using micro-membrane filtration clarification, reverse osmosis membrane concentration and vacuum freeze drying;
(2) extracting effective components in the sea-buckthorn branches and leaves by an ultrasonic-assisted extraction method twice in front and at back, collecting filtrate, filtering by a micro-membrane, concentrating by reverse osmosis, and then freeze-drying to obtain sea-buckthorn soluble tea powder;
(3) mixing and blending the blueberry soluble powder and the sea-buckthorn soluble tea powder in a proper proportion to obtain a content for later use;
(4) weighing purified water and glycerol according to a proportion, firstly introducing the purified water into a gelatin melting tank, heating to 40-50 ℃, then adding gelatin and glycerol into the gelatin melting tank, stirring and heating, heating to 60-70 ℃, stirring and dissolving for 30-45 min;
(5) after the gelatin is uniformly stirred and completely dissolved, starting a vacuum pump when the temperature of the gelatin liquid in the tank reaches 65-70 ℃, and defoaming the gelatin liquid in the tank;
(6) cooling the glue solution meeting the requirements to 50-55 ℃, and putting the glue solution into a heat-preserving container for preparing soft capsules;
(7) and (4) putting the content obtained in the step (3) and the glue solution obtained in the step (6) into a soft capsule machine to be pressed into a shape, washing off residual oil on the shell of the capsule by using 95% edible alcohol, then shaping and drying in a rolling cage of a drying machine, and finally removing the capsules which have defects and do not meet the requirements.

The process preparation method of the seabuckthorn and blueberry instant soft capsule as claimed in claim 1, wherein the temperature of the soft capsule preparation operation room is controlled to be 18-26 ℃, the relative humidity is less than or equal to 50%, the setting time is 2-4 hours, the setting temperature is 18-26 ℃, the relative humidity during setting is less than or equal to 50%, the drying time is 24-48 hours, the drying temperature is 20-30 ℃, and the relative humidity during drying is less than or equal to 30%.
3. The process for preparing the seabuckthorn and blueberry instant soft capsule as claimed in claim 1, wherein the defective and unsatisfactory capsule comprises a capsule with abnormal shape, bubbles, oil leakage or adhesion.

The technological preparation method of the seabuckthorn and blueberry instant soft capsule as claimed in claim 1, wherein the particle size of the blueberry soluble powder is less than or equal to 10 μm, and the solubility is more than or equal to 98%; the sea-buckthorn tea powder contains more than or equal to 10g/100g of flavone, more than or equal to 6g/100g of plant crude polysaccharide and more than or equal to 100g/100g of anthocyanin.
