Example 4
The sex attractant of comparative example 1 and examples 1-3 was used to prepare lure, and a blank lure was set as a comparative experimental group, which is marked as A5.
Test site: jiangxing city peachblow city Tan lake street yellow river village asparagus base, Jiangxing city, Zhejiang province.
Preparing a lure: respectively preparing Z9, E11-14: OAc (A), Z9, E12-14: OAc (B) and Z11-16: OAc (C) into a redistilled n-hexane solution, mixing the solutions according to the mass ratio of the comparative example 1 and the examples 1-3, adding the mixture into a silicon rubber plug, and obtaining the lure after the solvent naturally volatilizes.
The test is carried out in 2017 on days 8, 16-9 and 21. Each treatment was set up with 4 replicates, noctuid traps were selected, one lure per trap. The traps are 1.0m higher than the ground, one trap is arranged every 10m, different treatments are alternately placed, and the number of the trapped prodenia litura is counted every 2 days. After each survey, the positions of the traps are exchanged, and experimental errors caused by different positions are eliminated.
TABLE 1 attraction effect of different formulations on prodenia litura in field
In table 1, the moth-trapping activity of the wicks having the change rates of a2 to a5 was calculated as the average moth-trapping amount with respect to the change rate of a1, and for example, the change rate of a2 was: (average moth-trapping amount of group A2-average moth-trapping amount of group A1)/average moth-trapping amount of group A1.
Test results show that compared with a sex attractant formula A1 commonly used in the current production, when 0.003mg of Z11-16: OAc (C) is added, the moth-attracting activity of the sex attractant is improved by 80.33 percent; when 0.03mg of Z11-16: OAc (C) is increased, the activity is improved by 31.15 percent; the activity decreased by 29.74% instead with increasing to 0.16 mg. It can be seen that the moth-luring activity of Z11-16: OAc (C) on prodenia litura is related to the dosage, and Z11-16: OAc (C) has obvious synergistic effect on other two main components within the dosage range defined by the invention.
