Description

Attractant for adult bamboo forest golden insects
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of agriculture, and particularly relates to an attractant for adult bamboo forest golden needle worms.
Background
In recent years, with the large-area planting of bamboo shoot forests in southern areas of China and the application of rice chaff covering technology, the wireworms have a disaster in the bamboo shoot forests, and great economic loss is caused. Sieve chest comb claw percussive (melantotus cribric)ollis) is the dominant species of the bamboo forest wireworms, when the bamboo shoots are eaten by boring the larvae to damage the tissue organs such as bamboo shoots, bamboo rhizomes and bamboo roots, a large amount of worms and withdrawn bamboo shoots are caused, the yield and commodity value of the bamboo shoots are seriously influenced, the seed bamboo shoots die greatly, the decline of the bamboo forest land is aggravated, and the loss is huge. Taking Deqing county in Zhejiang as an example, the area of occurrence of chest sieving, comb claw and nail knocking in 2010 reaches 2000hm2Above, the annual loss is nearly ten million yuan. The bamboo species with harmfulness of the chest sieving, the combing claw and the nail knocking comprise more than 60 important bamboo species for bamboo shoots and materials, such as Phyllostachys praecox, Phyllostachys pubescens (P.edulis), Phyllostachys glauca (P.glauca), Phyllostachys nigra (P.iridescens), Phyllostachys albus (P.dulcis), and Phyllostachys praecox (Dendrocalamopsis oldhami), the rate of the most seriously harmfulness of the early bamboo shoots with insects can reach 62-78%, and one bamboo shoot with 19 heads at most. The harm of the golden insects seriously restricts the sustainable management of the bamboo shoot forest in south China, and the control of the golden insects in the bamboo forest is the bottleneck problem which needs to be solved urgently in the current healthy development of the bamboo shoot forest industry.
The needle worm has strong concealment and can change the damage depth along with the change of the environment, and the monitoring and preventing technology is always the key and difficult point of the plant protection work. Scholars at home and abroad develop researches on the prevention and treatment technology of the golden insects from multiple aspects of soil treatment, biological prevention and chemical prevention and the like, and provide various technical means such as crop rotation, water logging cultivated land, bait trapping, pesticide dressing, green muscardine fungus prevention and treatment and the like, but due to the particularity of a bamboo forest ecological system (a planting mode, a root system and the like), the rotation, water logging and other treatments cannot be carried out on the forest land, and most of the technologies for preventing and treating the agricultural golden insects are not suitable for the prevention and treatment of the golden insects in the bamboo forest. At present, the prevention and treatment of the bamboo forest wireworms mainly depend on chemical pesticides, the effect is poor, and the large-area use of the chemical pesticides is easy to cause a series of ecological problems of food pesticide pollution, soil pollution and the like, so that the green, organic and ecological bamboo product brands are greatly discounted. The pesticide residue of fresh bamboo shoots exceeds the standard due to the use of certain high-toxicity and high-residue medicaments (such as carbofuran) in the prior art, so that the domestic and international markets of the fresh bamboo shoots in Zhejiang province are nearly collapsed. Therefore, the method for preventing and controlling the bamboo forest wireworms, which is efficient to pests and safe to the environment and non-target organisms, is particularly necessary.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an attractant for adult bamboo forest wireworms, which is an efficient and safe sex pheromone attractant formula consisting of adult sex pheromones and used for attracting the adult bamboo forest wireworms.
The specific technical scheme is as follows:
an attractant for adult bamboo forest wireworms comprises trans-11, 13-tetradecadiene-1-ol and/or dodecane acetic ester and n-hexane, wherein the volume ratio of the trans-11, 13-tetradecadiene-1-ol and/or the dodecane acetic ester to the n-hexane is 1:10.
Further, the trans-11, 13-tetradecadien-1-ol and dodecane acetate volume ratio was 1: 3.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. at present, golden insects in bamboo forests in south bamboo areas of China explode and cause disasters, and the management of the golden insects is urgent. At present, no similar product of the adult bamboo forest golden insect sex attractant exists in the world, and the invention aims at trapping, killing and controlling the only adult bamboo forest golden insect exposed on the soil surface, is an active exploration and practice for the advanced science and technology, and has important scientific value and social value.
2. The bamboo forest golden insect is extremely difficult to monitor and control due to underground hazard, the attractant has strong targeting property, and has remarkable trapping and killing effects on the bamboo forest golden insect dominant species, namely, breast screening, comb claw and beetle knocking imagoes. The attractant is not limited by environment and can be used for a long time, and pests can be trapped in the whole time period of emergence of flea beetles which are beaten by the breast screening comb claws.
3. The attractant not only can effectively reduce the population density, but also has the function of monitoring the insect situation, and has strong specificity and high precision.
4. Clean and sanitary, non-toxic and harmless, safe to people and livestock, free of environmental pollution and environment-friendly.

The invention separates and identifies the sex pheromone of the adult bamboo forest golden insect by the bamboo forest golden insect gonad leaching technology, which mainly comprises the following steps: trans-11, 13-tetradecadiene-1-ol (E-11, 13-tetradecadiene-1-ol) and the compound dodecane acetate (n-dodecacy acetate). The structure and the extracted GC-MS diagram are shown in figure 1:
the preparation method of the attractant for adult bamboo forest golden needle worms comprises the following steps:
as shown in figure 2, step 1, 1-dodecanol is taken as a raw material, triphenylphosphine and carbon tetrabromide are taken as auxiliary reagents, and the reaction is carried out in ethyl acetate solution at normal temperature to prepare n-dodecyl acetat
As shown in fig. 3, step 2, 8-bromo-octan-1-ol (1) is used as a starting material, hydroxyl protection is performed, the yield is 93%, then the starting material is coupled with a compound 2 to obtain a compound 3, grignard reaction is performed with grignard reagent vinyl magnesium bromide to obtain a compound 4, and then the protecting groups are removed to obtain key intermediates 5, which are respectively esterified with acetic acid snore and n-butyric acid snore to obtain the product trans-11, 13-tetradecadiene-1-ol.
The adult bamboo forest golden needle worm attractant is a mixture of the compound and n-hexane, and the volume ratio is 1:10.
Attractant 1: trans-11, 13-tetradecadien-1-ol n-hexane ═ 1:10
Attractant 2: dodecane acetate n-hexane ═ 1:10
Attractant 3: (trans-11, 13-tetradecadien-1-ol + dodecaneacetic acid ester): n-hexane 1:10. Wherein, trans-11, 13-tetradecadiene-1-ol and dodecane acetic ester are 1:3 (volume ratio).
The intercyline trapping test of the adult bamboo forest flammulina velutipes attractant is implemented in Shanzhen village of Cupressus in Deqing county, Huzhou, Zhejiang province. 2020uL of attractant 1, attractant 2 and attractant 3 are respectively injected into a natural rubber attraction core, and then the attraction core is hung on a beetle striking plate type trapper (Y006 type trapper, produced by Beijing Zhongjie Square Biotechnology Co., Ltd.). The trappers are hung on the forest, the lowest end of the trappers is 1.0m away from the ground, and the interval between every two trappers is about 1500 m.
The following experimental examples and blank control experimental examples were used to perform comparative experiments on the attracting effect.
