Description

Pest prevention and control application and prevention and control method of photinia fraseri
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pest control, and particularly relates to pest control application and pest control method of photinia fraseri.
Background
Holotrichia parallela (Holotrichia parallela) and Tortoise aeruginosa (Anomala corpulenta) belong to Coleoptera, larvae of which account for more than 90% of the total amount of underground pests, are pests which harm various crops such as peanuts, soybeans, sweet potatoes, corns and the like, and often cause large-area harvest. Taking peanuts as an example, the damaged peanuts can generally reduce the yield by 20-30%, and serious plots can reduce the yield by 60-70% and even be in harvest. According to the continuous five-year follow-up investigation of Shandong provinces, henan provinces, anhui provinces, hebei provinces, liaoning provinces and the like, the loss of peanut yield caused by Holotrichia parallela is more than 1.5 hundred million kilograms each year. Thus, pest control is always a major point of pest control. Because the larva stage is long, the larva stage is living underground, the adaptability is strong, and the existing Holotrichia parallela and Holotrichia parallela control method mainly adopts traditional chemical pesticides such as phoxim, imidacloprid and chlorpyrifos to carry out soil treatment, seed dressing or root spraying and irrigation control methods, however, the chemical pesticides have the problems of high residue, environmental pollution and the like, and the ideal control effect is difficult to achieve. The sex attractant is adopted for controlling, the main insect to be trapped and killed is male insect, and the attracting effect of female insect is still to be further improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention discovers that photinia fraseri has excellent trapping effect on Holotrichia parallela and Holotrichia aeruginosa in the research of pest control technology, and based on the fact, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
the invention provides application of photinia fraseri in trapping, prevention and control of Holotrichia parallela and/or Holotrichia aeruginosa. In a specific application scheme, photinia fraseri is used for attracting Holotrichia parallela and/or Holotrichia parallela so as to facilitate collecting and killing Holotrichia parallela and/or Holotrichia parallela.
The invention provides a method for comprehensively preventing and controlling Holotrichia parallela and/or Holotrichia parallela, which comprises the following steps: spraying photinia fraseri with chemical agent in advance, and then continuously trapping and killing Holotrichia parallela and/or Holotrichia diomphalia Bates by feeding with the trapping effect of photinia fraseri.
The chemical agent is one or more selected from imidacloprid, lambda-cyhalothrin, phoxim and chlorpyrifos. Preferably imidacloprid.
In the invention, photinia fraseri can be planted around crops, such as field land, so as to reduce the harm of Holotrichia parallela and/or Holotrichia aeruginosa to the crops, thereby achieving the purpose of increasing the yield of the crops. Therefore, the invention provides the application of photinia fraseri in pest control and yield increase of crops.
The crops include, but are not limited to, one or more of peanut, soybean, sweet potato, corn and the like.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
the invention uses photinia fraseri to lure and collect the tortoise shell, kills pests through physical or chemical means, has the advantages of simplicity, portability, obvious rule and the like, and is green and environment-friendly and harmless to people. Compared with the traditional chemical prevention and treatment means, the method overcomes the problems of high chemical pesticide residue, environmental pollution and the like in the field soil caused by directly applying the chemical agent in the field soil of crops by spraying the chemical agent on the photinia fraseri, and effectively avoids the residue of the chemical agent in the crops. In addition, the prevention and treatment means of the invention can not only greatly reduce the usage amount of chemical agents, but also realize the trapping effect on the scarab beetles for more than 10 days, and can also realize repeated spraying and concentrated killing, thereby having the feasibility of large-scale production, being beneficial to large-scale popularization and having economic and ecological significance.

Detailed Description
Other terms used in the present invention, unless otherwise indicated, generally have meanings commonly understood by those of ordinary skill in the art. The invention will be described in further detail below in connection with specific embodiments and with reference to the data. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention in any way.
Example 1
Photinia fraseri attraction test:
planting corn, soybean, photinia fraseri, elm, peanut and mulberry in a cultivation pool in 2021 for 6-8 months, covering each test plant with a net, arranging three repeats in each group, placing 300 heads of holotrichia parallela and holotrichia aeruginosa in the net, observing feeding quantity, and collecting data. Data were analyzed by using Excel 2010 and tested by Duncan new complex multiple comparison using DPS version V16.05 data processing system.
The test results are shown in table 1:
table 1: attracting effect of different host plants on Holotrichia parallela and Holotrichia aeruginosa
As can be seen from Table 1, the attracting effect of photinia fraseri on two kinds of scarab beetles is significantly higher than that of plants such as corn, soybean, elm, peanut, mulberry and the like.
Example 2
And (3) field cultivation test:
peanut is selected as a test object, and the area of a test field is 600 mu. The photinia fraseri is planted in the field, and 60 plants are planted every 5 meters. The numbers of Holotrichia parallela and Holotrichia parallela on photinia fraseri were observed at night in the field during the peak period of the beetles.
The test results are shown in FIG. 1:
the scarab beetles on photinia fraseri are dense. After collection and counting, the number of the scarab beetles on each photinia fraseri in the peak period of the scarab beetles is 103, and the maximum one photinia has more than 800 head of the scarab beetles, so that the scarab beetles have obvious attracting effect.
Example 3
Comprehensive control test:
the test was performed in the peanut field at 2022, 8/8, at which time the beetle developed a late stage. Different medicines are sprayed on different strains of photinia fraseri, and the method comprises the following steps: 600 times of 5% high-efficiency cyhalothrin microemulsion, 8000 times of 60% imidacloprid suspending agent, 1000 times of 40% phoxim emulsifiable concentrate and 1000 times of 35% chlorpyrifos microcapsule suspending agent are mixed with water for spraying until the scarab beetles are out of the soil, the scarab beetles are dried, and 4 trees are repeated for each medicament. The control was set with clear water. The tortoise shell is lethal after eating photinia fraseri, as shown in figure 2. The test was carried out in the evening, and the number of deaths of the surrounding tortoise shells was as high as 72.4 heads/plant. For 12 days of continuous observation, the death of the tortoise shells is carried out every day due to feeding of photinia fraseri, and the death number of the tortoise shells every day is counted and calculated as an average, and the death number is shown in table 2: the synergistic insect-preventing effect of the imidacloprid and the photinia fraseri is obviously better than that of other medicaments, and the lasting period is up to more than 10 days.
Table 2: insecticidal effect after different medicaments are used for treating photinia fraseri
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the invention in any way, and any person skilled in the art may make modifications or alterations to the disclosed technical content to the equivalent embodiments. However, any simple modification, equivalent variation and variation of the above embodiments according to the technical substance of the present invention still fall within the protection scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
