Abstract

本发明公开了一种高耐磨大理石瓷砖及其制备方法,包括坯料、釉料和色料,坯料包括长石、叶腊石、白泥、高岭土、硅灰石、烧滑石、刚玉、氧化锌、氧化钡;釉料包括石英、高铝石、改性滑石粉、硅藻土、电石渣;色料包括灰色色料、黄色色料、白色色料,通过添加可塑性与耐火性良好的硅藻土与电石渣进行混合,然后再结合氧化锆改性滑石粉的作用,能够有效的提高原料的分散均匀性,氧化锆改性滑石粉,能够有效的改善原滑石粉的结构特性,使得改性后的滑石粉在瓷砖体系中均匀分散在瓷砖内部,在瓷砖进行烧结过程中,能够有效的促进瓷砖的烧结,提高瓷砖内部结构的紧密程度,促进原料成分之间的致密性,降低孔隙率,从而大幅度的提高了瓷砖的耐磨性。

大理石瓷砖由于其纹理、色彩、质感、手感以及视觉效果可以达到天然大理石的逼真效果,装饰效果也大大优于天然石材,尤其是全抛釉及喷墨技术的诞生及推广以来,广泛得到消费者的青睐。但现有大理石瓷砖的釉面存在一个致命的缺点,即耐磨性较差,使用过程中由于磨损等原因,原本光亮的表面很容易出现划痕,影响光泽度及表面效果。因此,如何提高大理石瓷砖的耐磨性是陶瓷行业面临的一个重大难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高耐磨大理石瓷砖及其制备方法,已解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高耐磨大理石瓷砖,包括坯料、釉料和色料;
其坯料按质量分数计由以下成分组成:长石30-35份、叶腊石10-15份、白泥25-35份、高岭土15-30份、硅灰石10-20份、烧滑石5-10份、刚玉3-5份、氧化锌8-10份、氧化钡1-3份;
其釉料按质量分数计由以下成分组成:石英15-20份、高铝石8-15份、改性滑石粉10-15份、硅藻土4-8份、电石渣5-10份;
其色料按质量分数计由以下成分组成:灰色色料8-10份,黄色色料15-25份,白色色料35-50份;
其中,改性滑石粉为普通滑石粉按比例加入氧化锆得到,普通滑石粉与氧化锆的比例为17:3。
进一步,改性滑石粉的细度为600目-1200目范围。
一种高耐磨大理石瓷砖的制备方法,包括下列制造方法工艺步骤:
步骤一,原料选取,按质量分数计由以下成分;
其中坯料为:长石30-35份、叶腊石10-15份、白泥25-35份、高岭土15-30份、硅灰石10-20份、烧滑石5-10份、刚玉3-5份、氧化锌8-10份、氧化钡1-3份;
其中釉料为:石英15-20份、高铝石8-15份、按比例17:3混合普通滑石粉与氧化锆得到改性滑石粉10-15份、硅藻土4-8份、电石渣5-10份;
其中色料为:灰色色料8-10份,黄色色料15-25份,白色色料35-50份;
步骤二,制备坯体,将步骤一中的坯料导入球磨机中,然后再至喷雾塔制粉,形成粉料,再讲粉料再至压机中形成瓷砖成型坯,再进行干燥烘干,喷水形成半成品坯料;
步骤三,将步骤二的半成品坯料进行烘干,烘干温度为200~250℃,烘干时间为60-90min,然后淋釉料施底釉,施底釉比量为1.7~1.9g/cm3,釉量为680~720g/㎡,形成底釉坯料;
步骤四,将步骤三中的底釉坯料采用色料进行喷墨打印,印制在底釉坯料上;
步骤五,将步骤四中的底釉坯料风干,将风干后的坯体入窑烧制,烧制温度为1200~1280℃,烧成时间为45-80min,烧制完成得到成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的一种高耐磨大理石瓷砖及其制备方法,通过添加可塑性与耐火性良好的硅藻土与电石渣进行混合,然后再结合氧化锆改性滑石粉的作用,能够有效的提高原料的分散均匀性,氧化锆改性滑石粉,能够有效的改善原滑石粉的结构特性,使得改性后的滑石粉在瓷砖体系中均匀分散在瓷砖内部,在瓷砖进行烧结过程中,能够有效的促进瓷砖的烧结,提高瓷砖内部结构的紧密程度,促进原料成分之间的致密性,降低孔隙率,从而大幅度的提高了瓷砖的耐磨性。

综上,按照实施例1-3以及对比例1的制备方法各制备出五块瓷砖,下面对实施例1-3以及对比例1的瓷砖进行磨损量的性能试验,数据由本领域技术人员通过采用符合GB/T3810.7-2016《陶瓷有釉砖表面耐磨性测定》标准的陶瓷釉面耐磨试验仪进行试验得出;
其中按照实施例1所制得的五块瓷砖磨损性(g/cm2)分别为13.3、12.9、13.4、13.3、13.1;
其中按照实施例2所制得的五块瓷砖磨损性(g/cm2)分别为13.5、13.4、13.8、13.2、13.3;
其中按照实施例3所制得的五块瓷砖磨损性(g/cm2)分别为13.7、13.3、13.4、13.5、13.2;
其中按照对比例1所制得的五块瓷砖磨损性(g/cm2)分别为22.3、21.5、21.2、22.6、24.1。
由此可见,采用本发明的制备方法制造的大理石瓷砖,耐磨性更强。

其中坯料为:长石30-35份、叶腊石10-15份、白泥25-35份、高岭土15-30份、硅灰石10-20份、烧滑石5-10份、刚玉3-5份、氧化锌8-10份、氧化钡1-3份;
其中釉料为:石英15-20份、高铝石8-15份、按比例17:3混合普通滑石粉与氧化锆得到改性滑石粉10-15份、硅藻土4-8份、电石渣5-10份;
其中色料为:灰色色料8-10份,黄色色料15-25份,白色色料35-50份;
步骤二,制备坯体,将步骤一中的坯料导入球磨机中,然后再至喷雾塔制粉,形成粉料,再讲粉料再至压机中形成瓷砖成型坯,再进行干燥烘干,喷水形成半成品坯料;
步骤三,将步骤二的半成品坯料进行烘干,烘干温度为200~250℃,烘干时间为60-90min,然后淋釉料施底釉,施底釉比量为1.7~1.9g/cm3,釉量为680~720g/㎡,形成底釉坯料;
步骤四,将步骤三中的底釉坯料采用色料进行喷墨打印,印制在底釉坯料上;
步骤五,将步骤四中的底釉坯料风干,将风干后的坯体入窑烧制,烧制温度为1200~1280℃,烧成时间为45-80min,烧制完成得到成品。
