The working principle is as follows: the butt welded whole pipe enters a feeding chute 2, the whole pipe slides to the lowest end of the feeding chute 2 one by one along with the self gravity, then the whole pipe extends upwards through an output shaft of a first air cylinder 12 to drive a top plate 3 to ascend and then retract, in the process, the top plate 3 jacks up the whole pipe at the lowest end of the feeding chute 2 and sends the whole pipe to the top of a vertical support plate 10, a second air cylinder 14 lifts two V-shaped brackets 15 to be used for receiving the whole pipe which slides down along two discharging plates 4, after the whole pipe falls into the two V-shaped brackets 15, the second air cylinder 14 retracts to drive the V-shaped brackets 15 to descend, so that the whole pipe is driven to descend to the height of which the axis is coincident with the axis of the three-jaw chuck 8 to be clamped by the three-jaw chuck 8, the two long-axis air cylinders 28 act to drive the two three-jaw chucks 8 to move towards each other through a support frame 9 until the two three-jaw chucks 8 contact with two ends of the whole, then the driving motor 18 drives the grinding wheel 19 to rotate at a high speed through the synchronous belt 24, so as to grind and level the whole tube welding edge contacted with the grinding wheel 19, because the welding edge at the middle position of the whole tube exists, in order to avoid the welding edge of the whole tube just falling into the V-shaped bracket 15 contacting with the top of the grinding wheel 19, the whole tube tilts with the welding edge as a pivot, therefore, when the grinding wheel 19 is installed, the position of the grinding wheel 19 is finely adjusted to the left or the right for a certain distance, so as to avoid the welding edge of the whole tube just falling into the V-shaped bracket 15 contacting with the grinding wheel 19, the adjusted initial positions of the whole tube and the grinding wheel 19 are arranged in a staggered way, at this time, the edge of the grinding wheel 19 is attached to the outer cylindrical wall of the whole tube, and the welding edge on the whole tube is positioned on the grinding wheel 19, therefore, along with the back and forth movement of the whole tube in the subsequent process, in the process that the whole pipe reciprocates to contact with the grinding wheel 19 rotating at a high speed, the two rotary cylinders 26 simultaneously act to drive the whole pipe to do reciprocating positive and negative autorotation motion, so that the whole annular welding edge can be contacted with the grinding wheel 19 to be ground flat, finally, the rotary motor 37 rotates through the driving threaded rod 38, so that the sliding platform 39 drives the V-shaped brackets 15 on the two second cylinders 14 to translate along the length direction of the third linear sliding rail 42, along with the translation of the sliding platform 39, the two second cylinders 14 finally move to the positions between every two of the three conveyor belts 41, then, the two second cylinders 14 simultaneously descend, the processed whole pipe falls onto the conveyor belt 41 below, and the whole pipe is further conveyed forwards through the matching of the three conveyor belts 41.
