图4至图6的第二实施例中的可旋转承载器126包括在中心镗孔128中的两个平面轴承位置134、138。在该离心泵中,衬套136、140在平面轴承位置134、138处与可旋转承载器126一体形成。这些衬套136、140将磁铁安装件112和泵转子114旋转地且同心地安装在不动安装轴108周围。围绕镗孔128的可旋转承载器126的朝向离心泵的驱动端的端部包括止推轴承位置142。而且在离心泵中,止推衬套144在止推轴承位置142处与可旋转承载器126一体形成。该止推衬套144面向罐盖56。
像齿轮泵一样,可旋转承载器126具有提供用于衬套136、140、144的正固持和布置的机制的属性。另外,能够在不拆卸磁性耦合件或不从泵移除泵转子114并进而从其安装移除泵的情况下接近如在图5和图6中示出的整个可旋转子组件。通过移除泵轴支撑件102,暴露出紧固件132。紧固件132能够被移除,从而允许可旋转承载器126被撤出,同时使泵的其余部分(包括转子114和磁铁安装件112)处于适当位置。

Claims (8)

1.一种磁性接合的泵,其包含:
泵外壳,所述泵外壳包括在所述外壳中的轴;
在所述泵外壳中的磁性耦合件,所述磁性耦合件包括可旋转磁性驱动装置、在所述可旋转磁性驱动装置里面的可旋转从动磁铁组件以及在所述可旋转磁性驱动装置与所述可旋转从动磁铁组件之间延伸的圆柱形罐,所述可旋转从动磁铁组件具有同心腔室;
泵转子,所述泵转子与所述可旋转从动磁铁组件接合,并且包括轴向通道;
承载器,所述承载器包括被可旋转地设置在所述轴周围的镗孔、在所述镗孔中的支承在所述轴上的至少一个平面衬套以及可接合以与所述可旋转从动磁铁组件一起旋转的径向附接凸缘,所述承载器在所述同心腔室内并且适合通过所述轴向通道以用于从所述泵移除,其中所述泵转子与所述可旋转从动磁铁组件接合,并且所述可旋转从动磁铁组件与所述可旋转磁性驱动装置磁性地接合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁性接合的泵,进一步包含:
内叶轮,所述内叶轮可与所述可旋转从动磁铁组件一起旋转并且可轴向移除通过所述泵转子,所述泵转子包括具有与所述内叶轮的流动的连续性的环形叶轮。
3.根据权利要求2所述的磁性接合的泵,所述泵转子包括向内延伸的凸缘,所述径向附接凸缘紧靠所述泵转子的所述向内延伸的凸缘,所述径向附接凸缘在所述泵转子的所述向内延伸的凸缘与所述内叶轮之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的磁性接合的泵,进一步包含:
紧固件,所述紧固件依次延伸通过所述内叶轮、所述径向附接凸缘和所述泵转子的所述向内延伸的凸缘,并且与所述可旋转从动磁铁组件接合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的磁性接合的泵,所述至少一个平面衬套可与所述承载器分开。
6.一种磁性接合的泵,其包含:
泵外壳,所述泵外壳包括在所述外壳中的轴;
在所述泵外壳中的磁性耦合件,所述磁性耦合件包括可旋转磁性驱动装置、在所述可旋转磁性驱动装置里面的可旋转从动磁铁组件以及在所述可旋转磁性驱动装置与所述可旋转从动磁铁组件之间延伸的圆柱形罐,所述可旋转从动磁铁组件具有同心腔室;
泵转子,所述泵转子与所述可旋转从动磁铁组件接合,并且包括轴向通道;
承载器,所述承载器包括被可旋转地设置在所述轴周围的镗孔、径向地在所述镗孔外面的位于所述承载器的端部上的止推衬套以及在所述镗孔中的支承在所述轴上的至少一个平面衬套,所述承载器在所述同心腔室内并且适合通过所述轴向通道以用于从所述泵移除,其中所述泵转子与所述可旋转从动磁铁组件接合,并且所述可旋转从动磁铁组件与所述可旋转磁性驱动装置磁性地接合,所述至少一个平面衬套和所述止推衬套能够与所述承载器分离。
7.根据权利要求6所述的磁性接合的泵,进一步包含:
可旋转大齿轮,所述可旋转大齿轮被安装在所述泵外壳中,并且接合所述转子以限定齿轮泵。
8.根据权利要求7所述的磁性接合的泵,所述旋转大齿轮和所述轴可从所述泵外壳轴向移除,以暴露出所述承载器,以从所述可旋转从动磁铁组件移动通过所述泵转子。
