一种用于生产丙酸钙的流化床,包括机壳,所述机壳内自上而下包括沉降室、造粒室和热风室,所述沉降室上端设有热风出口,所述热风出口连接脉冲除尘器,所述沉降室下方为造粒室,其特征在于,所述造粒室的侧壁在同一水平线上设有多个喷嘴,所述造粒室下方设有热风室,所述热风室与造粒室之间设有布风板,所述热风室的侧壁设有热风进口,所述热风经布风板上的导流孔形成导向气流,所述机壳的两侧分别设有进料口和出料口,所述进料口通过绞龙连接离心机。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及食品添加剂领域,具体的说是一种用于生产丙酸钙的流化床。
背景技术
丙酸钙又名丙酸钙盐、初油酸钙,是一种较新的酸性食品防霉剂,外观为白色晶体或粉末,无臭或略带特异丙酸气味,有吸湿性,易溶于水,水溶液呈弱碱性,微溶于甲醇、乙醇,不溶于苯及丙酮。在潮湿空气中易潮解,加热至120℃时失去结晶水,200~210℃时发生相变,330~340℃分解为碳酸钙。
丙酸钙是动物机体代谢的正常中间产物,被动物采食后较为安全。对霉菌、酶母菌及细菌等具有广泛的抗菌作用,抑制微生物繁殖,可防止饲料发霉,可用作食品及饲料的防霉剂和面包及糕点的保存剂。作为饲料添加剂可有效地抑制饲料发霉,延长饲料保存期,若与其他无机盐配合还可提高牲畜的食欲,提高奶牛的奶产量,其添加量为配合饲料的0.3% 以下(以丙酸计)。
目前丙酸钙的制备工艺主要采用丙酸和氢氧化钙或碳酸钙或氧化钙反应制得,经过分批次蒸发、结晶、烘干,烘干时要么在烘干室内,要么是烘干器,都是分批次间歇式进行,不能连续生产;后续还要增加研磨工序,制成丙酸钙粉末。此生产工艺落后,劳动强度大,产品质量无法保证。
因此,我们有必要寻求一种简单且低成本的技术方案来确保可制备生产一种具备良好的性能,质量高且节省生产时间,节省资源的设备适应于市场的需求。
发明内容:
本发明要解决的技术问题为提供一种循环硫化床设备,可将反应后的丙酸钙溶液直接喷入硫化床,进行造粒、干燥形成丙酸钙颗粒产品,工艺简单且连续生产,提高了生产效率;
同时改造后的流化床还能作为单独的干燥设备使用,对浓缩,离心后的物料进行干燥,达到设备一机两用的目的。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种用于生产丙酸钙的流化床,包括机壳,所述机壳内自上而下包括沉降室、造粒室和热风室,所述沉降室上端设有热风出口,所述热风出口连接脉冲除尘器,所述沉降室下方为造粒室,其特征在于,所述造粒室的侧壁在同一水平线上设有多个喷嘴,所述造粒室下方设有热风室,所述热风室与造粒室之间设有布风板,所述热风室的侧壁设有热风进口,所述热风经布风板上的导流孔形成导向气流,所述机壳的两侧分别设有进料口和出料口,所述进料口通过绞龙连接离心机。
进一步的,所述喷嘴包括内管和外管,所述内管为进气管连接进气口,所述内管外侧为作为进液管的外管,所述外管连接进液口,所述进气口和进液口分别连接气泵和物料管并分别由阀门控制,所述喷嘴出口端设有雾化喷头。
进一步的,所述布风板上设有多组导流孔,所述导流孔呈鱼鳞状倾斜布置,所述导流孔开口朝向出料口方向。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明集喷雾、干燥、制粒等功能于一体,简化了工艺流程,降低了劳动强度;
2、生产过程完全在封闭状态下进行,无粉尘,保护了环境整洁;
3、粒度可控范围宽,满足不同市场的需求;
4、连续性生产,产品工艺重复性好,生产效率高;
5、料层温度低,同时适应于各种热敏性物料的生产,应用范围广;
6、结构紧凑,占地面积小,运行可靠。

下面结合附图说明和具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步说明。
一种用于生产丙酸钙的流化床,包括机壳1,所述机壳内自上而下包括沉降室2、造粒室3和热风室4,所述沉降室2上端设有热风出口5,所述热风出口5连接脉冲除尘器,所述沉降室2下方为造粒室3,其特征在于,所述造粒室3的侧壁在同一水平线上设有多个喷嘴6,所述造粒室3下方设有热风室4,所述热风室4与造粒室3之间设有布风板7,所述热风室4的侧壁设有热风进口8,热风经布风板7上的导流孔9形成导向气流,所述机壳1的两侧分别设有进料口10和出料口11,所述进料口10通过绞龙12连接离心机13。
进一步的,所述喷嘴6包括内管和外管,所述内管为进气管连接进气口62,所述内管外侧为作为进液管的外管,所述外管连接进液口61,所述进气口62和进液口61分别连接气泵和物料管并分别由阀门控制,所述喷嘴6出口端设有雾化喷头63。
进一步的,所述布风板7上设有多组导流孔9,所述导流孔9呈鱼鳞状倾斜布置,所述导流孔9开口朝向出料口方向,热风自上而下经布风板7上的导流孔形成导向气流,从而对物料进行干燥的同时,推动物料由后向前运动,导流孔7的倾斜布置也防止了物料颗粒落入热风室。
使用时,造粒室3的喷嘴6,喷嘴6将雾化状态的料液喷入硫化床,对沸腾状态的细小晶种进行包衣,晶种在流化床内由后到前的流动过程中不断的被包衣、干燥,最后形成成品所要求的颗粒,在流化床出料口11排出。
本发明也可单独作为干燥机使用时,离心后的物料经过绞龙12,进入流化床,在布风板6上被高压热风吹散,并在不断的向前移动的过程中被烘干,最后从出料口11排出。

1.一种用于生产丙酸钙的流化床,包括机壳,所述机壳内自上而下包括沉降室、造粒室和热风室,所述沉降室上端设有热风出口,所述热风出口连接脉冲除尘器,所述沉降室下方为造粒室,其特征在于,所述造粒室的侧壁在同一水平线上设有多个喷嘴,所述造粒室下方设有热风室,所述热风室与造粒室之间设有布风板,所述热风室的侧壁设有热风进口,所述热风经布风板上的导流孔形成导向气流,所述机壳的两侧分别设有进料口和出料口,所述进料口通过绞龙连接离心机。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种用于生产丙酸钙的流化床,其特征在于,所述喷嘴包括内管和外管,所述内管为进气管连接进气口,所述内管外侧为作为进液管的外管,所述外管连接进液口,所述进气口和进液口分别连接气泵和物料管并分别由阀门控制,所述喷嘴出口端设有雾化喷头。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种用于生产丙酸钙的流化床,其特征在于,所述布风板上设有多组导流孔,所述导流孔呈鱼鳞状倾斜布置,所述导流孔开口朝向出料口方向。
