技术领域
本发明属于泛生物、中药技术应用领域,涉及一种治疗儿童湿疹的蜗牛酶混合膏剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
小儿湿疹,即特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD),又称为遗传过敏性皮炎、异位性皮炎,是一种慢性、复发性、炎症性皮肤病。多于婴幼儿时期发病,并迁延至儿童和成人期。以湿疹样皮疹,伴剧烈瘙痒,反复发作为临床特点,病患本人或家族中常有明显的“特应性”,严重影响生活质量。主要是对食入物、吸入物或接触物不耐受或过敏所致。患有湿疹的孩子起初皮肤发红、出现皮疹、继之皮肤发糙、脱屑,抚摩孩子的皮肤如同触摸在砂纸上一样。遇热、遇湿都可使湿疹表现显著。
婴幼儿湿疹可以说是家长们最头疼的问题之一了,因为湿疹反复发作,而且剧烈瘙痒,宝宝经常烦躁不安,影响睡眠,进而影响宝宝的生长发育。儿童、青少年湿疹得了湿疹使人瘙痒难忍,无论身体的哪一个部位患了过敏性湿疹,都会因剧烈的瘙痒给患者带来较大的痛苦,甚至影响其正常的学习、生活,长时间治疗不彻底可以导致精神萎靡,烦躁及精神因素障碍。
随着现代社会物质水平的发展,人们对健康生活的需求愈发重视。父母把所有的重心都放在了子女的身心健康上。目前市面上的皮肤产品基本上都含有激素,长时间使用可能会给婴幼儿及儿童身体带来很多负面影响。但是湿疹治疗不及时或治疗方法不科学会导致产生色素沉着或疤痕。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提供了一种配方组合简单、无化学添加剂毒副作用的治疗儿童湿疹的蜗牛酶复方膏剂及其制备方法。
为实现上发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种治疗儿童湿疹的蜗牛酶混合膏剂,原料包括蜗牛酶、蚓激酶和中药组合物药膏;所述中药组合物药膏的原料气包括:蒲公英、金银花、野菊花、甘草、苦参、首乌、羊毛脂、冰片、陈皮、木通、白鲜皮。
进一步,所述治疗儿童湿疹的蜗牛酶混合膏剂的原料中,按质量份数计:蜗牛酶10-20份、蚓激酶10-20份;蒲公英5-8份、金银花5-10份、野菊花10-15份、甘草10-15份、苦参5-8份、首乌3-5份、羊毛脂25-35份、冰片1-3份、陈皮5-10份、木通3-8份、白鲜皮3-8份。
进一步,所述治疗儿童湿疹的蜗牛酶混合膏剂的原料中,按质量份数计,15份蜗牛酶、15份蚓激酶、蒲公英5份、金银花5份、野菊花10份、甘草10份、苦参5份、首乌3份、羊毛脂25份、冰片1份、陈皮5份、木通3份、白鲜皮3份。
一种制备如上所述的治疗儿童湿疹的蜗牛酶混合膏剂的制备方法,具体步骤为:
(1)根据质量份数,称取所述治疗儿童湿疹的蜗牛酶混合膏剂所需各原料;
(2)将上述中药组合除冰片、羊毛脂外的蒲公英、金银花、野菊花、甘草、苦参、首乌、陈皮、木通、白鲜皮清洗干净,晾干;
(3)将洗净晾干后的蒲公英、金银花、野菊花、甘草、苦参、首乌、陈皮、木通、白鲜皮分别磨碎成药粉,并搅拌均匀,得到混合药粉一;(4)将冰片加入混合药粉一得到混合药粉二;
(5)将混合药粉二加水浸泡12-24h之后进行加热煎熬2-4h,过滤,制得滤液一;
(6)将上述滤液一与羊毛脂混合继续加热,浓缩,制得膏状物一;
(7)待膏状物一冷却后,加入蜗牛酶、蚓激酶并充分搅拌均匀,得到膏状物二;
(8)将膏状物二真空封存,发酵20-30天,得到所述治疗儿童湿疹的蜗牛酶混合膏剂。
进一步,步骤(3)中所述的药粉一的粒度为300目。
进一步,为最大程度发挥中药组合的作用,步骤(5)中的加热温度为100℃。
进一步,为使羊毛脂与滤液一完全融合,步骤(6)中的加热温度为90℃-100℃,加热时间为30min-60min。

本发明所述的治疗儿童湿疹的蜗牛酶复方膏剂,通过采用蒲公英、金银花、野菊花、甘草、苦参、首乌、冰片、陈皮、木通、白鲜皮为原料并粉碎后,再按比例称好搅拌均匀,利用此药方中金银花、野菊花(该品清热燥湿,泻火除蒸,解毒疗疮)、蒲公英(该品解表散风,透疹,消疮)可以治疗各类皮肤顽疾;甘草、苦参、首乌、冰片、陈皮、木通、白鲜皮的祛邪气、祛风、祛湿的协同作用治疗儿童湿疹。羊毛脂作为天然软膏基,是一种非常好的保湿用品,涂抹在皮肤上可以保持皮肤湿润,使伤口部位的皮肤组织保持最佳状态。以蜗牛酶作为催化剂,充分发挥重要组合的药效,配以蚓激酶做药引让药物迅速进入受损细胞,加速细胞的修复能力。治疗儿童湿疹的蜗牛酶复方膏剂的涂抹阻挡了来自空气中细菌和皮肤接触,从而降低了感染的可能性,而蜗牛酶与蚓激酶的催化作用让中药组合迅速进入细胞加快受损组织的修复速度。

进一步,所述治疗儿童湿疹的蜗牛酶混合膏剂的原料中,按质量份数计:蜗牛酶10-20份、蚓激酶10-20份;蒲公英5-8份、金银花5-10份、野菊花10-15份、甘草10-15份、苦参5-8份、首乌3-5份、羊毛脂25-35份、冰片1-3份、陈皮5-10份、木通3-8份、白鲜皮3-8份。
以下用几组实施例对本发明进一步详述,以下实施例中1份为1克。
实例1
一种治疗儿童湿疹的蜗牛酶复方膏剂,包括以下质量份原料:
粒径为200目的蒲公英5份。
粒径为200目的金银花5份。
粒径为200目的野菊花10份。
粒径为200目的甘草10份。
粒径为200目的苦参5份。
粒径为200目的首乌3份。
粒径为200目的陈皮5份。
粒径为200目的木通3份。
粒径为200目的冰片1份。
粒径为200目的白鲜皮3份。
羊毛脂25份。
粒径为2000目的蜗牛酶10份。
粒径为2000目的蚓激酶10份。
本实施例所述的治疗儿童湿疹的蜗牛酶复方膏剂的制备方法,具体步骤为:
(1)将上述中药组合除羊毛脂、冰片外的蒲公英、金银花、野菊花、甘草、苦参、首乌、陈皮、木通、白鲜皮清洗干净,晾干;
(2)将洗净晾干后的蒲公英、金银花、野菊花、甘草、苦参、首乌、陈皮、木通、白鲜皮分别磨碎成药粉(粒径200目),并搅拌均匀,得到混合药粉一。
(3)将冰片加入混合药粉一得到混合药粉二。
(4)将混合药粉二加水浸泡12h之后进行加热(100℃)煎熬(2h),过滤,制得滤液一。
(5)将上述滤液与羊毛脂混合继续加热(90℃-30min),浓缩,制得膏状物一。
(6)待膏状物一冷却后,加入蜗牛酶(2000目)、蚓激酶(2000目)并充分搅拌均匀(搅拌2h),得到膏状物二。
(7)将膏状物二真空封存,发酵20天,得到所述治疗儿童湿疹的蜗牛酶复方膏剂。

一种治疗儿童湿疹的蜗牛酶复方膏剂,包括以下质量份原料:粒径为300目的蒲公英6份。
粒径为300目的金银花8份。
粒径为300目的野菊花12份。
粒径为300目的甘草12份。
粒径为300目的苦参6份。
粒径为300目的首乌4份。
粒径为300目的陈皮8份。
粒径为300目的木通4份。
粒径为300目的冰片2份。
粒径为300目的白鲜皮4份。
羊毛脂28份。
粒径为3000目的蜗牛酶15份。
粒径为3000目的蚓激酶15份。
本实施例所述的治疗儿童湿疹的蜗牛酶复方膏剂的制备方法,具体步骤为:

本实施例所述的治疗银屑病的蜗牛酶中药膏剂的制备方法,具体步骤为:
(1)将上述中药组合除羊毛脂、冰片外的蒲公英、金银花、野菊花、甘草、苦参、首乌、陈皮、木通、白鲜皮清洗干净,晾干。
(2)将洗净晾干后的蒲公英、金银花、野菊花、甘草、苦参、首乌、陈皮、木通、白鲜皮分别磨碎成药粉(粒径400目),并搅拌均匀,得到混合药粉一。
(3)将冰片加入混合药粉一得到混合药粉二。
(4)将混合药粉二加水浸泡12h之后进行加热(100℃)煎熬(2h),过滤,制得滤液一。

实验例
本发明人通过对使用该治疗儿童湿疹的蜗牛酶复方膏剂人群(男童50人、女童50人)进行跟踪试验。人群案例反馈本治疗儿童湿疹的蜗牛酶复方膏剂疗效显著,复发率低,特别是婴儿人群效果更快更佳。
某女宝,男,28天,全身心湿疹。使用本发明的治疗儿童湿疹的蜗牛酶复方膏剂3次后痊愈,至今无复发。
某女宝,6个月。脸部湿疹,多处红斑。使用本发明的治疗儿童湿疹的蜗牛酶复方膏剂2天后痊愈,至今无复发。
某男宝,2岁,大腿侧面大面积湿疹。使用本发明的治疗儿童湿疹的蜗牛酶复方膏剂3次后痊愈,至今无复发。
为了便于理解本发明,下面对本发明中的原料及药效作进一步的阐述:
蜗牛属于软体动物门,腹足纲,有很多种类部分可食用(如法国蜗牛、玛瑙蜗牛等)。它来源广泛,繁殖能力强,饲养简单,以社区富含纤维素的植物性材料为主,可将纤维素水解产生的葡萄糖作为生长发育的能源物质。蜗牛肉除以高蛋白、低脂肪、不含胆固醇、肉质细腻、味道鲜美外还具有很高的药用价值。
蒲公英(拉丁学名:Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.-Mazz.)菊科,蒲公英属多年生草本植物。蒲公英植物体中含有蒲公英醇、蒲公英素、胆碱、有机酸、菊糖等多种健康营养成分。性味甘,微苦,寒。归肝、胃经。有利尿、缓泻、退黄疸、利胆等功效。治热毒、痈肿、疮疡、内痈、目赤肿痛、湿热、黄疸、小便淋沥涩痛、疔疮肿毒,乳痈,瘰疬,牙痛,目赤,咽痛,肺痈,肠痈,湿热黄疸,热淋涩痛。治急性乳腺炎,淋巴腺炎,瘰疬,疔毒疮肿,急性结膜炎,感冒发热,急性扁桃体炎,急性支气管炎,胃炎,肝炎,胆囊炎,尿路感染等。蒲公英可生吃、炒食、做汤,是药食兼用的植物。
金银花,金银花,正名为忍冬(学名:Lonicera japonica Thunb.)。金银花自古被誉为清热解毒的良药。它性甘寒气芳香,甘寒清热而不伤胃,芳香透达又可祛邪。金银花既能宣散风热,还善清解血毒,用于各种热性病,如身热、发疹、发斑、热毒疮痈、咽喉肿痛等症,均效果显著。
野菊花,野菊的叶、花及全草入药。味苦、辛、凉,清热解毒,疏风散热,散瘀,明目,降血压。防治流行性脑脊髓膜炎,预防流行性感冒、感冒,治疗高血压、肝炎、痢疾、痈疖疔疮都有明显效果。野菊花的浸液对杀灭孑孓及蝇蛆也非常有效。
甘草,(学名:Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch)别名:国老、甜草、乌拉尔甘草、甜根子。气微,味甜而特殊。甘草功效为补气健脾、祛痰止咳、缓急止痛、清热解毒、调和药性。
苦参,中药名。为豆科植物苦参的干燥根,春、秋二季采挖,除去根头和小支根,洗净,干燥,或趁鲜切片,干燥。其苦,寒。有清热燥湿,杀虫,利尿之功。用于热痢,便血,黄疸尿闭,赤白带下,阴肿阴痒,湿疹,湿疮,皮肤瘙痒,疥癣麻风,外治滴虫性阴道炎。
羊毛脂,是附着在羊毛上的一种分泌油脂,主要成分是甾醇类、脂肪醇类和三萜烯醇类与大约等量的脂肪酸所生成的酯。羊毛脂可以让皮肤光滑柔嫩。最早发现它的美肤作用是因为有人发现澳洲养羊的工人的双手一般都比常人的细嫩,后经研究发现是羊毛脂的作用。工业上用于配制高级防锈油,低温润滑剂,印刷油墨,纤维油剂,皮革加脂剂,塑料增塑剂,胶乳消泡剂等。医药上用于配制风湿膏,氧化锌橡皮膏及软膏基料。化妆品级羊毛脂可用于冷霜,防皱霜,防裂膏,洗头膏,护发素,发乳,唇膏及高级香皂等。常用作油包水型乳化剂,是优良的滋润性物质。可使因缺少天然水分而干燥或粗糙的皮肤软化并得到恢复。它是通过延迟,而不是完全阻止水分透过表皮层来维持皮肤通常的含水量。
首乌,学名何首乌,为蓼科植物。性味苦、甘、涩,温。其块根入药,可安神、养血、活络,解毒(截疟)、消痈;制首乌可补益精血、乌须发、强筋骨、补肝肾,是常见贵细中药材。
陈皮,中药名。为芸香科植物橘Citrus reticulata Blanco及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮。味苦、辛,性温。理气健脾,燥湿化痰用于脘腹胀满,食少吐泻,咳嗽痰多。
冰片,又名片脑、桔片、艾片、龙脑香、梅花冰片、羯布罗香、梅花脑、冰片脑、梅冰等,是由菊科艾纳香茎叶或樟科植物龙脑樟枝叶经水蒸汽蒸馏并重结晶而得。味辛、苦,微寒;归心、肝、肺经;清香宣散,具有开窍醒神,清热散毒,明目退翳的功效,用于闭证神昏、用于目赤肿痛,喉痹口疮、用于疮疡肿痛,溃后不敛等。
木通,中药名。味苦,性寒。有利尿通淋,清心除烦,通经下乳的功效。用于淋证,水肿,心烦尿赤,口舌生疮,经闭乳少,湿热痹痛。
白鲜皮,别名:白藓皮、八股牛、山牡丹、羊鲜草,拉丁文名:CORTEX DICTAMNI中药名。具有免疫抑制与抗炎、抗过敏、抗菌、止痒的作用,清热燥湿,祛风解毒之功效。《药性论》:“治一切热毒风,恶风,风疮、疥癣赤烂,眉发脱脆,皮肌急,壮热恶寒;主解热黄、酒黄、急黄、谷黄、劳黄等。”现代研究,该品挥发油在体外有抗癌作用。
蚓激酶,是从特种蚯蚓中提取的一组蛋白水解酶(酸性蛋白质),分子量为1.6万~4.5万D。蚓激酶为抗血栓药,临床上主要用于血栓性疾病,尤其是伴纤维蛋白原增高及血小板聚集率增高的患者;用于缺血性心脑血管疾病,可改善症状、防止病情发展。在本文所述的蜗牛酶鼻炎膏中,蚓激酶所起的作用为药引子,利用其自身资料心血管疾病的穿透性,将药物带入鼻腔组织。

Claims (7)
1.一种治疗儿童湿疹的蜗牛酶混合膏剂,其特征在于:由蜗牛酶、蚓激酶和中药组合物药膏组成;原料按质量份数计,由蜗牛酶10-20份、蚓激酶10-20份、蒲公英5-8份、金银花5-10份、野菊花10-15份、甘草10-15份、苦参5-8份、首乌3-5份、羊毛脂25-35份、冰片1-3份、陈皮5-10份、木通3-8份和白鲜皮3-8份组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗儿童湿疹的蜗牛酶混合膏剂,其特征在于,所述治疗儿童湿疹的蜗牛酶混合膏剂的原料中,按质量份数计,由15份蜗牛酶、15份蚓激酶、蒲公英5份、金银花5份、野菊花10份、甘草10份、苦参5份、首乌3份、羊毛脂25份、冰片1份、陈皮5份、木通3份和白鲜皮3份组成。
3.一种制备如权利要求1或2所述的治疗儿童湿疹的蜗牛酶混合膏剂的方法,其特征在于:具体步骤为:
(1)根据质量份数,称取所述治疗儿童湿疹的蜗牛酶混合膏剂所需各原料;
(2)将蒲公英、金银花、野菊花、甘草、苦参、首乌、陈皮、木通和白鲜皮清洗干净,晾干;
(3)将洗净晾干后的蒲公英、金银花、野菊花、甘草、苦参、首乌、陈皮、木通和白鲜皮分别磨碎成药粉,并搅拌均匀,得到混合药粉一;
(4)将冰片加入混合药粉一得到混合药粉二;
(5)将混合药粉二加水浸泡12-24h之后进行加热煎熬2-4h,过滤,制得滤液一;
(6)将所述滤液一与羊毛脂混合继续加热,浓缩,制得膏状物一;
(7)待膏状物一冷却后,加入蜗牛酶、蚓激酶并充分搅拌均匀,得到膏状物二;
(8)将膏状物二真空封存,发酵20-30天,得到所述治疗儿童湿疹的蜗牛酶混合膏剂。
4.如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中所述的药粉一的粒度为300目。
5.如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于:为最大程度发挥中药组合的作用,步骤(5)中的加热温度为100℃。
6.如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于:为使羊毛脂与滤液一完全融合,步骤(6)中的加热温度为90℃-100℃,加热时间为30min-60min。
7.如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于:为使蜗牛酶与蚓激酶与膏状物一充分融合,步骤(7)中的搅拌时间为2-4h。
