本发明公开了一种治疗皮肤病的药物，属于中草药制剂及其应用技术领域；包括下列原药：荆芥10‑15份，防风10‑15份，川穹5‑12份，旱莲草15‑25份，党参10‑15份，茯苓15‑25份，陈皮25‑35份，僵蚕10‑15份，蝉蜕10‑15份，女贞子15‑25份，丹参25‑35份，补骨脂5‑12份，炙何首乌3‑8份，白芷5‑12份，白蒺藜3‑8份，生甘草15‑25份；本发明配方药精力强，简练实用性强，使用该配方药物治疗牛皮癣、白癜风、湿疹等症不易复发、不存在副作用；组方以理气、助脾胃、强健机体自身的免疫作用为根基，优化整体内环境，在此基础上祛除热毒、杀菌消炎，从而起到治疗多种皮肤顽疾的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及中草药制剂及其应用技术领域，特别是涉及一种治疗皮肤病的药物。
背景技术
皮炎、湿疹是一种常见的皮炎性皮肤病，以皮疹损害处具有渗出潮湿倾向而得名。该病病程迁延难愈、易复发。目前市场上销售的各种治疗皮肤疾病的药物，大都制为膏剂使用，为防止药膏的干燥、变质，常配以油脂调和便于存放。这些油脂药膏抹擦皮肤表面，极易粘污衣物及被褥，形成油渍、污斑。同时，油脂堵塞毛孔造成皮肤不适，也影响疗效。
牛皮癣是一种非传染性慢性皮肤病，临床表现为:以覆盖银白色鳞屑的大小不等红斑，薄膜现状及点状出血或皮损为特征，逐渐扩大成片，可成点滴状、钱币状、地图状、蝠壳状等。本病的治法很多，但西医治疗大多只是以消除皮肤损害为目的，虽见效快，但只有暂时效果，过后容易复发并且副作用大，要慎用、最好不用。口服药物中像可的派、扑尔敏等，服用时管用，停药后反复，长期服用还有副作用，造成机体免疫力降低，肥胖等症状。
手足癣是手癣和足癣的总称。手癣是指发生在手掌和指间，踢与指、趾间皮肤浅部的癣菌感染。足癣是指发生于足跄部及趾间的皮肤癣菌感染。手足癣是一种有真菌侵入手足皮肤角质层引起的皮肤病，大多数是由脚癣再感染到手部。治疗手足癣的西药很多，多以抗菌止痒作用为主，但往往只能达到治表，不能根除的效果，且长期使用会对人体有一定的副作用。中医药对于此病的治疗己有一定研究基础，但能达到根治效果的配方并不多，且有些制作复杂，疗程长，成本较高，不适于患者使用。
白癜风是一种常见的后天性限局性或泛发性皮肤色素脱失病。由于皮肤的黑素细胞功能消失引起，但机制还不清楚。目前主要采用药物治疗和手术治疗，采用药物治疗常含有各种皮质类固醇激素如丙酸倍氯美松软膏、卤米松霜剂，长期使用会对人体有一定的副作用。
发明内容
本发明克服现有技术的不足，所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有杀菌止痒，毒副作用小，疗效显著的治疗皮肤病的药物。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明所采用的技术方案为：一种治疗皮肤病的药物，包括以下重量份配比的原料：荆芥10-15份，防风10-15份，川穹5-12份，旱莲草15-25份，党参10-15份，茯苓15-25份，陈皮25-35份，僵蚕10-15份，蝉蜕10-15份，女贞子15-25份，丹参25-35份，补骨脂5-12份，炙何首乌3-8份，白芷5-12份，白蒺藜3-8份，生甘草15-25份。
优选的重量份配比的原料组成为：荆芥12份，防风12份，川穹9份，旱莲草20份，党参12份，茯苓20份，陈皮30份，僵蚕12份，蝉蜕12份，女贞子20份，丹参30份，补骨脂9份，炙何首乌6份，白芷9份，白蒺藜6份，生甘草20份。
制备方法为：
（1）取党参、茯苓、陈皮、丹参、补骨脂分别粉碎成细粉，过100-200目筛，混合后用水蒸气蒸馏2-5小时，蒸馏2-3次，合并蒸馏液；
（2）取僵蚕、蝉蜕、荆芥、防风、白芷加2-4倍重量95%的乙醇提取2-3次，每次1-2小时，合并提取液；
（3）取女贞子、川芎、旱莲草、白蒺藜、炙何首乌用2-4倍重量的水提取2-3次，每次1-2小时，合并提取液；
（4）将生甘草超微粉碎成2-10μm的超细粉，与上述步骤的蒸馏液和提取液混合均匀。
一种治疗皮肤病的药物所述皮肤病为皮炎、湿疹、牛皮癣、手脚癣或白癜风。
与现有技术相比本发明具有以下有益效果：
党参、茯苓、陈皮、丹参协同具有理气、助脾胃、强健机体自身的免疫作用，固本，为皮肤疾病的祛除打好基础；僵蚕、蝉蜕、荆芥、防风、白芷共同形成解表、祛风、透疹的屏障，从感官体征上祛除皮肤病，消肿排脓，减轻患者瘙痒、搔成瘾疹的痛苦；女贞子、川芎、旱莲草、白蒺藜这四味药从调养机体内部出发，补肾滋阴、养肝明目、活血行气、祛风止痛、平肝解郁，祛风明目，调养机体内在机能的同时，对引发皮肤病的外界因素，热毒等症进行祛除，生甘草调和诸味药，共同形成内外屏障，一方面激发机体自身免疫能力，固本解表，另一方面从外部祛除热毒、杀菌消炎，从而起到治疗多种皮肤顽疾的效果。根据药材所发挥的作用和有效成分的不同，分别处理，提高了有效成分的浸出和利用，使效果明显增强。
本发明的药物组成含有多种挥发油、皂甙，脂肪油、硝酸盐类、树脂、黄酮类化合物及微量生物碱等，其药理作用是抑制细胞膜的合成，特别是对癣真菌、念珠菌、霉菌、厌氧菌等具有杀灭作用。本发明产品适应于各种真菌感染引起的皮肤病，如牛皮癣、脚癣、体癣、股癣、手癣、花斑癣及各种皮炎等，可促进皮肤细胞蛋白合成，促使愈合。临床应用观察数据表明本发明产品治疗率达98%，有效率100%，未发现有毒副作用，而且疗效确切，具有杀菌消炎、止痒，陈湿敛疮之功效。本发明配方合理科学，成本低，用途广，速效、方便、治愈率高。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和实验例详细说明本发明的技术方案，但保护范围不被此限制。
实施例1
治疗牛皮癣的药物，取下述主要原料制备而成（每份取10g）：荆芥10份，防风10份，川穹5份，旱莲草15份，党参10份，茯苓15份，陈皮25份，僵蚕10份，蝉蜕10份，女贞子15份，丹参25份，补骨脂5份，炙何首乌3份，白芷5份，白蒺藜3份，生甘草15份。
制备方法为：
（1）取党参、茯苓、陈皮、丹参、补骨脂分别粉碎成细粉，过100目筛，混合后用水蒸气蒸馏2小时，蒸馏2次，合并蒸馏液；
（2）取僵蚕、蝉蜕、荆芥、防风、白芷加2倍重量95%的乙醇提取2次，每次1小时，合并提取液；
（3）取女贞子、川芎、旱莲草、白蒺藜、炙何首乌用2倍重量的水提取2次，每次1小时，合并提取液；
（4）将生甘草超微粉碎成2μm的超细粉，与上述步骤的蒸馏液和提取液混合均匀；
涂敷于患处，一日三次；牛皮癣和股癣涂敷4周左右天痊愈。
实施例2
治疗白癜风的药物，取下述主要原料制备而成（每份取10g）：荆芥15份，防风15份，川穹12份，旱莲草25份，党参15份，茯苓25份，陈皮35份，僵蚕15份，蝉蜕15份，女贞子25份，丹25-35份，补骨脂12份，炙何首乌8份，白芷12份，白蒺藜8份，生甘草25份。
制备方法为：
（1）取党参、茯苓、陈皮、丹参、补骨脂分别粉碎成细粉，过200目筛，混合后用水蒸气蒸馏5小时，蒸馏3次，合并蒸馏液；
（2）取僵蚕、蝉蜕、荆芥、防风、白芷加4倍重量95%的乙醇提取3次，每次2小时，合并提取液；
（3）取女贞子、川芎、旱莲草、白蒺藜、炙何首乌用4倍重量的水提取3次，每次2小时，合并提取液；
（4）将生甘草超微粉碎成10μm的超细粉，与上述步骤的蒸馏液和提取液混合均匀；
涂敷于患处，一日三次，1周为一个疗程；涂敷4周左右有显著效果。
实施例3
治疗湿疹的药物，取下述主要原料制备而成（每份取10g）：荆芥12份，防风12份，川穹9份，旱莲草20份，党参12份，茯苓20份，陈皮30份，僵蚕12份，蝉蜕12份，女贞子20份，丹参30份，补骨脂9份，炙何首乌6份，白芷9份，白蒺藜6份，生甘草20份。制备方法为：
（1）取党参、茯苓、陈皮、丹参、补骨脂分别粉碎成细粉，过150目筛，混合后用水蒸气蒸馏3.5小时，蒸馏2.5次，合并蒸馏液；
（2）取僵蚕、蝉蜕、荆芥、防风、白芷加3倍重量95%的乙醇提取2.5次，每次1小时，合并提取液；
（3）取女贞子、川芎、旱莲草、白蒺藜、炙何首乌用3倍重量的水提取2.5次，每次1.5小时，合并提取液；
（4）将生甘草超微粉碎成6μm的超细粉，与上述步骤的蒸馏液和提取液混合均匀；
涂敷于患处，一日三次，1周为一个疗程；涂敷1周左右有显著效果。
实施例4
治疗手足癣的药物，取下述主要原料制备而成（每份取10g）：荆芥10份，防风15份，川穹7份，旱莲草24份，党参14份，茯苓18份，陈皮25份，僵蚕13份，蝉蜕12份，女贞子18份，丹参30份，补骨脂10份，炙何首乌7份，白芷10份，白蒺藜7份，生甘草20份。制备方法为：
（1）取党参、茯苓、陈皮、丹参、补骨脂分别粉碎成细粉，过130目筛，混合后用水蒸气蒸馏4小时，蒸馏2次，合并蒸馏液；
（2）取僵蚕、蝉蜕、荆芥、防风、白芷加2倍重量95%的乙醇提取3次，每次1.5小时，合并提取液；
（3）取女贞子、川芎、旱莲草、白蒺藜、炙何首乌用4倍重量的水提取3次，每次1小时，合并提取液；
（4）将生甘草超微粉碎成5μm的超细粉，与上述步骤的蒸馏液和提取液混合均匀；
涂敷于患处，一日三次，1周为一个疗程；涂敷3周左右有显著效果。
实施例5
治疗皮炎的药物，取下述主要原料制备而成（每份取10g）：荆芥13份，防风15份，川穹10份，旱莲草25份，党参10份，茯苓18份，陈皮26份，僵蚕10份，蝉蜕15份，女贞子17份，丹参30份，补骨脂8份，炙何首乌3份，白芷10份，白蒺藜8份，生甘草25份。制备方法为：
（1）取党参、茯苓、陈皮、丹参、补骨脂分别粉碎成细粉，过160目筛，混合后用水蒸气蒸馏2小时，蒸馏3次，合并蒸馏液；
（2）取僵蚕、蝉蜕、荆芥、防风、白芷加4倍重量95%的乙醇提取2次，每次1.5小时，合并提取液；
（3）取女贞子、川芎、旱莲草、白蒺藜、炙何首乌用4倍重量的水提取3次，每次2小时，合并提取液；
（4）将生甘草超微粉碎成9μm的超细粉，与上述步骤的蒸馏液和提取液混合均匀。
与辅助成分均匀混合，然后涂敷于患处，一日三次，1周为一个疗程；涂敷2周左右有显著效果。
本发明治疗皮肤癣病的临床观察
门诊患者共40 例，其中男20 例，女20 例。年龄20-30 岁15 例，31-40 岁15 例，41岁-50 岁6 例，50 岁以上5 例。其中牛皮癣患者15 例，白癜风患者10例、手足癣患者10例、其它皮炎患者5例。
治疗方法：每日早中晚涂抹本发明药膏，一周为一个疗程，连用1-4周。
疗效评定标准：
显效：经治疗后，观察2 个月无复发者。
好转：症状明显减轻者。
无效：达不到好转标准。
治疗结果见表1

表1 结果表示，用本发明药膏治疗3 天，总有效率就达98%，治疗完2 个疗程，总有效
率100%。
本发明可用其他的不违背本发明的精神或主要特征的具体形式来概述。因此，无论从哪一点来看，本发明的上述实施方案都只能认为是对本发明的说明而不能限制发明，权利要求书指出了本发明的范围，而上述的说明并未指出本发明的范围，因此，在与本发明的权利要求书相当的含义和范围内的任何变化，都应认为是包括在权利要求书的范围内。
Claims (3)
1.一种治疗皮肤病的药物，其特征在于包括以下重量份配比的原料组成：荆芥10-15份，防风10-15份，川穹5-12份，旱莲草15-25份，党参10-15份，茯苓15-25份，陈皮25-35份，僵蚕10-15份，蝉蜕10-15份，女贞子15-25份，丹参25-35份，补骨脂5-12份，炙何首乌3-8份，白芷5-12份，白蒺藜3-8份，生甘草15-25份；制备方法为：
（1）取党参、茯苓、陈皮、丹参、补骨脂分别粉碎成细粉，过100-200目筛，混合后用水蒸气蒸馏2-5小时，蒸馏2-3次，合并蒸馏液；
（2）取僵蚕、蝉蜕、荆芥、防风、白芷加2-4倍重量95%的乙醇提取2-3次，每次1-2小时，合并提取液；
（3）取女贞子、川芎、旱莲草、白蒺藜、炙何首乌用2-4倍重量的水提取2-3次，每次1-2小时，合并提取液；
（4）将生甘草超微粉碎成2-10μm的超细粉，与上述步骤的蒸馏液和提取液混合均匀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗皮肤病的药物，其特征在于包括以下重量份配比的原料组成：荆芥12份，防风12份，川穹9份，旱莲草20份，党参12份，茯苓20份，陈皮30份，僵蚕12份，蝉蜕12份，女贞子20份，丹参30份，补骨脂9份，炙何首乌6份，白芷9份，白蒺藜6份，生甘草20份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种治疗皮肤病的药物，其特征在于所述皮肤病为皮炎、湿疹、牛皮癣、手脚癣或白癜风。
