The planning task module automatically or manually generates an annual overhaul maintenance plan according to the operation and inspection period, frequency and last completion time data in the operation and inspection regulation of the power station equipment, wherein the annual overhaul maintenance plan comprises at least one of the following data: year, task name, operation category, standard project work content, non-standard project work content, planned start date, planned completion date, team group, work responsible person, quality standard, project source basis, process requirement and quality standard, notice; automatically filtering and generating a monthly overhaul maintenance plan according to the planned start time and the planned end time in the annual overhaul maintenance plan marked as approved, and adding a monthly overhaul maintenance plan task which is not finished in the previous month to the monthly overhaul maintenance plan in a rolling manner, wherein the generation of the monthly overhaul maintenance plan comprises at least one of the following adjustment modes: adjusting in advance, planning and changing, and selectively creating a maintenance work order through multiple tasks and multiple projects;
