本公开的各方面涉及被配置成存储大量液体的容器或平底玻璃杯。图1描绘绝热容器100的等角视图。在一个实例中,容器100可被配置成存储大量液体。容器100大体上包含具有开口102和用于存储液体的内部储存器104的顶部部分。

如同在以上实例中,如图6中所展示,第二外壁208可包含在本文中所论述的真空形成过程期间使用的微凹216。微凹216可位于第二外壁208的底部部分228中。更具体地说,底部部分228界定中心,且微凹216可位于所述中心处。在此实例中,微凹216可类似于圆顶形状。然而,如本文中所论述,预期用于在制造过程期间接纳树脂材料的其它合适的形状。
在此实例中,端盖205覆盖微凹216。此外,端盖205可焊接到第二外壁208。所述焊接件形成接缝234,且接缝234可经抛光使得所述焊接件对于用户并不显而易见。然而,应注意,在图式中说明接缝234以更好地向读者说明容器200的例示性特征。除覆盖微凹216之外,端盖205还将容器200支撑在表面上。
图7展示将端盖205装配到第二外壁208的横截面图的放大视图。第二外壁208可包含径向且轴向延伸的法兰232,所述法兰包含第一部分232A和从第一部分232A分叉的第二部分232B。第一部分232A接纳第二外壁208的底部部分228,且第二部分232B接纳端盖205。
具体来说,法兰232的第一部分232A为第二外壁208的底部部分228提供安装表面。底部部分228包含在轴向方向上延伸的对应法兰236。第二外壁208的底部部分228在法兰232的第一部分232A的内壁上可压入配合到第二外壁208上,且底部部分法兰236可通过任何合适的焊接方法焊接到法兰232的第一部分232A,所述方法例如激光焊接、硬焊过程、电弧焊接或银焊锡。

参考两个例示性容器100、200,第二外壁108和端盖205两者可以被配置成使将容器100、200置于表面上时产生的音量减弱。在一个实例中,例如橡胶、塑料或金属的重量组件可包含于第二外壁108的背侧上或端盖205内以用于在将容器100、200置于表面上时使声音减弱。
在端盖的状况下,如图7中所示,内腔230形成于罩盖的底壁与第二外壁208之间。在一个实例中,重量组件可包含在具有端盖205的内腔230中以便在将容器200置于表面上时使其声音减小。
此外,所述组件可粘附、以可拆卸方式紧固或焊接到第二外壁108、208或内腔230中的端盖205以在将容器100、200置于表面上时辅助使声音减弱。在重量组件包含在第二外壁108、208中的状况下,所述重量组件可以被配置成耐受真空处理腔室的热,其在某些情况下可大于500℃。然而,出于减弱目的置于端盖205中的重量组件不必被配置成耐受真空处理腔室的热,由于端盖205可在形成真空之后添加。
预期其它声音减弱技术。举例来说,第二外壁108或端盖205可具有波纹形状或可具有各种起伏以便在将容器100、200置于表面上时提供减弱。在又一实例中,可在第二外壁108、208上提供多个凹陷,且每个凹陷可用树脂填充以在将容器100、200置于固体表面上时提供额外声音减弱。
在另一实例中,第二外壁108的底部部分128的壁厚度可大于侧壁109的厚度以在将绝热容器100置于表面上时辅助使声音减弱。在某些实例中,侧壁109的壁厚度大致可为0.5mm到0.75mm,且底部部分128的壁厚度大致可为0.8mm到1.1mm。在一个特定实例中,侧壁厚度大致可为0.7mm,且底部部分128的壁厚度大致可为0.9mm到1.5mm或更大。因此,在某些实例中,底部部分128的壁厚度可以是侧壁109的壁厚度的两倍。此外,第一内壁106的厚度与侧壁厚度可为同一厚度。
在另一实例中,端盖205的壁厚度可大于第二外壁208的厚度以在将绝热容器200置于表面上时辅助使声音减弱,在某些实例中,第二外壁208的壁厚度大致可为0.5mm到0.75mm,且端盖205的壁厚度大致可为0.8mm到1.5mm或更大。在一个特定实例中,外壁厚度大致可为0.7mm,且罩盖的壁厚度大致可为0.9mm到1.1mm。因此,在某些实例中,端盖205的壁厚度可以是第二外壁208的壁厚度的两倍。此外,第一内壁206的厚度与第二外壁208的厚度可相同。

根据本文中所论述的实例,利用一个或多个真空腔室以通过传导、对流及/或辐射减小热传递的绝热结构的实施方案可在容器100、200内利用。为了实现容器壁之间的真空,容器内的空气可通过在真空内加热容器且经由位于第二外壁108、208上的凹陷或微凹116、216中的开口去除第一内壁106、206与第二外壁108、208之间的空气而去除。具体来说,容器100、200可反转定向在真空形成腔室内,且可在真空形成过程期间将可呈丸剂形状的树脂置于凹陷或微凹中。在某些实例中,树脂的直径大致可为3mm到5mm,且微凹116、216中的开口的大小大致可为1mm。以此方式,当容器100、200经加热时,树脂变为粘性以免经由开口流或滴到容器中,但可渗透到空气使得空气逸出容器的内部容积。一旦树脂冷却且固化,其覆盖微凹116、216的开口且密封容器100、200的内部容积以在容器100、200内形成真空。预期任何合适的树脂。在某些实例中,树脂材料可为合成的,例如环氧树脂,或可基于植物。
凹陷的开口可接着被覆盖或密封,使得水和其它残渣并不接触树脂或微凹。如本文中所论述,微凹或凹陷116、216可被圆盘124或端盖205覆盖或密封。将圆盘124焊接到容器100的底部或将端盖205焊接到第二外壁208的底部提供可反复地使用和洗涤而不会损害容器100、200的结构完整性的更高永久性结构。通过圆盘覆盖凹陷可产生更为紧密的容器,由于端盖将添加到容器的总长度。这可有助于在制造所述容器时由于需要较少材料而节省成本。此外,所述容器将能够在较小容器体积和长度内存储较多液体。
另外,各种其它技术可用于覆盖或密封所述微凹,这可包含对树脂进行涂刷、对微凹进行粉末涂布、将金属或纸粘附在开口上方或添加橡胶或塑料件以覆盖开口。在底部上包含橡胶或塑料件还可以提供非打滑表面,这可防止容器沿着平滑表面滑动。
还预期使容器100、200绝热的额外替代方法。举例来说,第一内壁106、206与外壁108、208之间的腔126、226可用呈现低热导率的各种绝热材料填充。由此,在某些实例中,腔126、226可用空气填充以形成气窝以供绝热或用例如聚合物材料或聚合物泡沫材料等大量材料填充。在一个特定实例中,腔126、226可用聚苯乙烯填充。然而,在不脱离这些公开内容的范围的情况下,可以利用额外或替代的绝热材料来填充腔126、226。
此外,在不脱离这些公开内容的范围的情况下,腔126、226的厚度可以被实施成具有任何尺寸值。并且,容器100、200的第一内壁106、206或第二外壁108、208中的一个或多个的内表面可包括镀银表面、经镀铜或由被配置成通过辐射减小热传递的薄铝箔覆盖。还预期容器100、200可包含绝热盖以用于防止去到或来自存储于容器100、200内的液体的热传递。可使用本文中所描述的技术使此类盖绝热。
在某些实例中,容器100、200可由一种或多种金属、合金、聚合物、陶瓷或纤维增强材料构造。此外,可以使用一种或多种热或冷加工过程(例如,冲压、浇注、模制、钻孔、研磨、锻造等等)来构造容器100、200。举例来说,第一内壁106、206和第二外壁108、208可形成为单个片材且卷成圆柱形且在接缝处焊接在一起。所述接缝可经抛光使得焊接部分对用户不可见。在一个实施方案中,容器100、200可使用不锈钢构造。在一个特定实例中,容器100、200大体上可由304不锈钢形成。在另一个实施方案中,容器100、200可使用钛或钛合金构造。
图8到10展示与上文关于图5到7所论述的实例具有类似构造和功能的另一实例容器300,其中相同参考数字表示具有类似功能的相同特征。容器300可使用如上述实例中所论述类似的技术和材料形成。然而,在此实例中,替代使用压入配合以首先将端盖305紧固到容器底部,端盖305可仅通过焊接件被固持在适当位置,例如激光焊接件、硬焊过程、电弧焊接件或银焊锡,以形成接缝334。类似于以上实例,在将端盖305焊接在适当位置之后,接缝334可经抛光使得其对于用户不再明显。
在此实例中,如图9和10中所展示,侧壁309可为第二外壁308的底部部分328和端盖305两者提供安装表面。侧壁309可包含小竖直壁区段309A以用于接纳端盖305和底部部分328两者。小竖直壁区段309A还可包含较低最底部表面311以用于接纳端盖305且用于在端盖305与侧壁309之间形成焊接件。所述焊接件可由本文中所论述的焊接件和任何其它合适的焊接技术形成。
另外,如同在以上实例中,第二外壁308的底部部分328可包含轴向延伸法兰336以用于将底部部分328紧固到侧壁309。具体来说,小竖直壁区段309A还可以界定内壁313以用于接纳轴向延伸法兰336。在一个实例中,底部部分或部分328的轴向延伸法兰336可焊接到所述小竖直区段。除任何其它合适的焊接技术之外,此焊接件还可由本文中所论述的焊接件形成。
如图9和10中所展示,底部部分328可通过底部部分328的轴向延伸法兰336在小竖直壁区段309A上或附近紧固到侧壁309的内部部分。这可通过任何合适的方法实现,例如激光焊接、硬焊过程、电弧焊接或银焊锡。一旦将底部部分328紧固到侧壁309,容器300可经历如本文中所论述的真空处理过程。
在完成真空处理过程之后,为了盖住微凹316,端盖305可再次通过任何合适的方法在小竖直壁区段309A处紧固到侧壁309的底部,所述方法例如激光焊接、硬焊过程、电弧焊接或银焊锡。在一个特定实例中,端盖与侧壁之间的焊接件可为除接合之外的激光焊接件。此外,将端盖305激光焊接到侧壁309可有助于避免第二外壁308上的任何燃烧标记从而在抛光容器300外部之后得到容器300的外部的更好的成品表面。在替代性实例中,小竖直壁区段309A、端盖305和接缝334可匹配第二外壁308的轮廓从而使容器的整个外部部分得到一致且连续的轮廓。此外,可尽可能地缩短小竖直壁区段309A从而使容器的外部部分得到一致且连续的轮廓。此外,在容器具有竖直壁的替代实施例中,可不需要竖直壁区段309A。
在一个实例中,由一材料形成的绝热容器可包含具有开口延伸到内部储存器中以用于接纳液体或内含物的第一端部的第一内壁和形成容器的外壳层的第二外壁。所述第二外壁可包含被配置成将所述容器支撑在表面上的第二端部。所述第二外壁可包含微凹,且所述微凹可包含圆形底座和内部部分,其会聚到延伸到所述第二外壁中的开口。所述开口可通过树脂密封,且圆形底座可被与容器由相同材料形成的圆盘覆盖。所述容器还可包含密封真空腔,其在所述第一内壁与所述第二外壁之间形成绝热双壁结构。第一内壁、第二外壁和圆盘可为不锈钢或钛。
第二外壁可包含底部表面,且微凹可位于底部表面中。底部表面可界定中心,且微凹可从中心偏移且可类似于圆顶形、锥形或截头圆锥形。圆盘可与第二外壁的表面齐平使得圆盘和微凹对于用户并不直观地显而易见。焊接件可将圆盘连接到第二外壁。替代地,树脂将圆盘密封到第二外壁。
在另一实例中,绝热容器可以由一材料形成且可包含具有开口延伸到内部储存器中以用于接纳液体的第一端部的第一内壁和形成容器的外壳层的第二外壁。所述第二外壁可包含微凹,且所述微凹可包含圆形底座和内部部分,其会聚到延伸到所述第二外壁中的开口。所述微凹可类似于圆顶形、圆锥形或截头圆锥形。所述开口可通过树脂密封。所述容器还可包含密封真空腔,其在所述第一内壁与所述第二外壁之间形成绝热双壁结构。第二外壁可包含底部表面,且微凹可位于底部表面中。底部表面可界定中心,且微凹可位于中心处。
罩盖可覆盖所述微凹,且焊接件可将罩盖连接到第二外壁,且所述焊接件对用户可能并不显而易见。所述罩盖可将容器支撑在表面上,且所述罩盖可接纳重量以用于在将容器置于表面上时使声音减弱。第二外壁也可具有第一厚度,且罩盖可具有第二厚度且其中第二厚度可大于第一厚度以在将绝热容器置于表面上时使声音减弱。
形成绝热容器的方法可包含以下中的一个或多个:形成界定容器的第一端部的具有一材料的第一内壁,第一端部具有延伸到内部储存器以用于接纳液体的开口中;将具有所述材料的第二外壁形成为容器的外壳层,所述第二外壁界定被配置成将容器支撑在表面上的容器的第二端部,所述第二外壁包括微凹,所述微凹具有圆形底座和会聚到延伸穿过第二外壁的开口的内部部分;以及通过树脂密封所述开口以形成密封真空腔从而在第一内壁与第二外壁之间形成绝热双壁结构且将由所述材料形成的圆盘紧固在圆形底座上方。所述方法还可包含将所述微凹定位在外壁的底部表面中。底部表面可界定中心且微凹可从中心偏移定位。所述方法还可包含形成与第二外壁的表面齐平的圆盘;将圆盘和微凹形成为对用户并不直观地显而易见;和将圆盘焊接到第二外壁。在一个实例中,所述方法可包含将圆盘激光焊接到第二外壁。替代地,所述方法可包含通过树脂密封件将圆盘密封到第二外壁。所述微凹可形成为圆顶形、锥形或截头圆锥形。
形成容器的另一实例方法可包含以下中的一个或多个:形成具有开口延伸到内部储存器中以用于接纳液体的第一端部的第一内壁;将第二外壁形成为容器的外壳层,所述第二外壁包括微凹;在第二外壁中形成微凹且形成具有圆形底座和会聚到延伸穿过第二外壁的开口的内部部分的微凹;通过密封树脂密封所述开口以在第一内壁与第二外壁之间形成密封真空腔以作为绝热双壁结构;以及提供罩盖以覆盖所述微凹,将罩盖焊接到第二外壁且抛光所述焊接件,使得所述焊接件对用户并不显而易见。所述方法还可包含配置罩盖以将容器支撑在表面上;提供具有重量的罩盖以用于在将容器置于表面上时使声音减弱中的一个或多个。第二外壁可包含底部表面,且微凹可位于底部表面上。底部表面可界定中心,且微凹可位于中心处。所述微凹可形成为圆顶形、圆锥形或截头圆锥形。

Claims (10)
1.一种绝热容器,包括:
第一内壁,具有开口延伸到内部储存器中以用于接纳内含物的第一端部;
第二外壁,形成所述容器的外壳层,所述第二外壁包括微凹,所述微凹具有圆形底座和会聚到延伸到所述第二外壁中的孔的内部部分,所述孔经密封;
密封真空腔,在所述第一内壁与所述第二外壁之间形成绝热双壁结构;以及
覆盖所述微凹的罩盖和将所述罩盖连接到所述第二外壁的焊接件,其中所述焊接件对于用户并非直观地显而易见。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绝热容器,其中所述罩盖将所述容器支撑在表面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的绝热容器,其中在将所述容器置于表面上时所述罩盖接纳重量以用于使声音减弱。
4.根据权利要求1所述的绝热容器,其中所述第二外壁包括底部部分且其中所述微凹位于所述底部部分中且其中所述微凹的所述孔由树脂密封。
5.根据权利要求4所述的绝热容器,其中所述底部部分界定中心且所述微凹位于所述中心处。
6.根据权利要求4所述的绝热容器,其中所述第二外壁包含被配置成接纳所述底部部分和所述罩盖的竖直壁区段。
7.根据权利要求6所述的绝热容器,其中所述竖直壁区段界定内壁以用于接纳所述底部部分且界定最底部表面以用于接纳所述罩盖。
8.根据权利要求1所述的绝热容器,其中所述微凹类似于圆顶形状。
9.根据权利要求1所述的绝热容器,其中所述第二外壁具有第一厚度且所述罩盖具有第二厚度且其中所述第二厚度大于所述第一厚度以在将所述绝热容器置于表面上时使声音减弱。
10.根据权利要求1所述的绝热容器,其中所述第一内壁、所述第二外壁和所述罩盖是钛或不锈钢中的一个。
